I'm new here so I'm not sure if this is the right spot to post my issue I am having....

I I have this driver update installed on my laptop but the Automatic Find HP Product services site and the HP Support Assistant doesn't see it on my laptop??? Why is this?? Only Recovery Manager sees it installed as an Update in the list
I have disabled the HP Support Assistant due to the software downloading multiable times automatically and this becomes very annoying if you have dialup and downloading with WiFi Hotspot is just too expensive so I use the Automatic Find HP site to download the installers for all the updates I need

I hope someone can tell me how or why this is happening, I am running out of patience...
