Graphics Card

Hello, I have two questions regarding to my HP 2000 Notebook PC; for one, can the video card be replaced? (I'll add the computer's properties if needed.) If I can replace this video card, can it be any video card? Such as AMD, to NVIDIA, or Evga to AMD. To specify, I have an AMD Radeon HD 6310 Graphics with 384 MB of dedicated video RAM, and I'd like to replace it with a NVIDIA 9300M GS with 512MB.
