Screen is blinking sporadically

Vertical Dotted Lines on the left side of the screen of HP Envy 13
I have brand new HP envy Notebook 13-ab0XX, product number 29E20EA#A2N, Windows 10 Home 64-bit.
Every time I connected external hardware, a dotted vertical white lines appeared on the left side of the screen.
It went away for a while. But when I connected an external dvd driver, the vertical line dots appeared again.
Please help me how to fix it.

Cyberlink Power DVD 14
Cyberlink Power DVD 14 was already installed when I purchesed the PC. The program always worked fine, but when I tried to watch a workout dvd on 4/17/17 it didn't open. In general the pc is working, only the cyberlink program is not working. Maybe an update may have caused a conflict. Thanks in advance for answering my question.

My Touchpad stopped working. I check under the mouse configuration and it appears as active, and the click buttons are working but not the touch..

hp g60-453NR, turns on but with a blank display.
My laptop was not used for quite sometime. It powered on when tried and it was hung after sometime. so I shut it down by long pressing the power button.
But, after that incident, everytime I try to power on the laptop, I only get a blank screen. I can see that the machine is working but only the display is not coming up.

problem with Intel.HD.Graphics.Drivers
i got hp pavilion 261ne laptop and win 10(64bit) on it. i have problem with Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel. when i open Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel and go to the display part, it just shows a empty box and i can not change the display setting. i have to say before it worked well and sudenly this problem occured.
i installed the driver from hp support and last version of Intel® HD Graphics Control Panel from intel site but nothing changed.

Can the built-in Display port carry audio and video? I have read that many ports only work with video. I am trying to use my work computer at home, without the docking station, to connect Display port using a converter to HDMI to my TV.

Problem to connect my HP Pavilion Entertainment lap top to View Sonic monitor
The screen of my HP Pavilion laptop stopped working and I ordered a new one which was replaced by a technician. After working for a few hours, the display started to break into five displays. I tried to connect it with a View Sonic monitor which I use with my HP desktop but it is not doing anything. I used the VGA cable but it seems that the monitor is not recognizing the lap top at all. The monitor has worked very well with my macair and macbook without any problem, of course using an additional cable to connect to the VGA cable to the mac. Thank you for your support.

Screen keeps going black and i have to relog in after a few mins of inactivity -have changed setting
Hi,
My screen keeps going black (I think the laptop goes to sleep) and then i have to re-log in.
I have changed all the settings so that it does not ever go to sleep, but this has not made a difference. This has only started happening recently.
Any suggestions why this could be and how to fix it?

Keyboard will not work on HP Pavilion 13-r010dx x
Keyboard will not work along with the mouse touchpad. Tried connecting external keyboard to USB port. keyboard was not recognized. Tried system restore to date before keyboard stopped working...the resore point was not accepted. Tried to uninstall keyboard. Didn't work. Tried resetting computer. Didn't work. Guess it must be hardware but there is no obvious physical damage. PLEASE HELP!

MY MOUSEPAD/TOUCHPAD!!!!
For my HP ENVY m6, the touchpad/mousepad properties tab is not accessable.
In this link, it shows possible ways to locate the touchpad/mousepad properties tab.

However, in step 3 of "Opening the ClickPad Properties" and step 2 of "Opening the Touchpad Properties" do not apply to me because when I do exactly as they say, the clickpad and touchpad tab is not there. There is only the usual mouse properties such as : Buttons, Pointers, Pointer Options, Wheel and Hardware.
I've looked everywhere on my pc on how to disable/enable my mousepad, but to no avail have I found anything.
The mousepad is still functioning, but it's so ridiculously bad at being a mousepad, I have to disable it.

Video Pallette diagnose test came back with failure
product number: F9J15UA#ABA
serial number CND4214F5G
When running the component test -video - color palette through the diagnostic tool by pressing "ESC" when rebooting the laptop I get a failure:
Failure ID 94Q2L4-7728KI-XD7V7G-Q2C803
When doing the interactive part it gives the failure message above. That is the color blue!
What is wrong?

computer spasm
So I'm having issues with what I guess would be the touchpad? When I'm on my computer random windows start popping up and closing out. I recently tried to troublshoot this question thinking it was my wireless mouse. So since then I have removed my mouse, but the problem still persists. Not sure if its the touchpad having issues or if its my software. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
