AMD Radeon R5 M330 DRIVER is not working!

Hello.

I bought a [HP Notebook-15-ac {P.N: N1K67EA#ABV}] on January 2016, later I noticed that it had AMD Radeon Graphics driver chip (I didn't have much knowledge in laptops, etc) but I couldn't find it in the "Display Adapter Properties" so I downloaded it from HP Drivers by entering my laptop's model number then after that it only showed up the Catalyst Control Center (I don't know if thats the AMD graphics or is it just a control center for switching from intel to amd), I tried playing games after switching the graphics from the control center, but still, the screen lags as well as it does while am using intel graphics, so I asked my friend out for help and he told me to download the amd graphics card from this website [http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/mobile?os=Windows%2010%20-%2064] so I did as he told me and when I finished setting up both this one and the one from HP Drivers, I got this message [http://prntscr.com/ei00jd] and also when I checked out my AMD graphics card from [programme: Speecy64] the AMD graphics card temperature was like this>[http://prntscr.com/ei03b0] so it means its not even activated on the laptop.
Thanks in advance.

Feature request for stylus driver

$

Hi, I'd like to submit a feature request for a future driver update to "HP Pen Control", if possible. The request is basic: The ability to add a user-defined offset to the placement of the cursor.

This would be helpful to those artists like myself who hold the pen at a slant. My grip slants the stylus at around 45 degrees. When the pen is slanted, the placement of the cursor is not positioned at the point of contact the pen has with the screen. Here is a photo to illustrate:

offset.jpg

The size of this offset appears to be consistant across the entire surface of the screen.
Since I do a lot of detail work, I'm finding that drawing is unintuitive and involves many "undo"s due to this misalignment.
However, merely applying a simple offset would result in a much more natural drawing experience for slanted-drawers.

It's also worth mentioning that this would give HP another edge over its competitors, as I've come across other machines which have this issue.

Thank you for any help,

Laptop Screen Frame Issue...Are my Hinges to Blame? How do I fix This? Help!

I've owned my HP laptop for almost three years now, and up to this point it has worked great throughout it's use. Recently, it seems like the hinges to open and close my screen have been putting some stress on the screen frame. Every time I open my laptop up, I have to take about 5 minutes to open it carefully so the frame doesn't come loose on the bottom left corner. Closing it is an issue too, as I usually have to close my fingers on it to keep the frame from going loose, resulting in it coming loose despite my hardest efforts, in which case I have no choice but to close it and snap everything back into it's rightful place.

I took my laptop over to Best Buy for their input, and the only thing they suggested was superguling the frame to the screen. I took their advice and tried it, letting it sit for 2 days open while it set. (You can never be too careful!Smiley Happy) The superglue did nothing and my frame is still loose, and I now have an ugly line of superglue on the bottom of my screen that sets off my OCD every time I need to get work done.

If anyone has any idea on how to go about fixing this situation, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!

HP Pavilion 15z-aw000 CTOV1M95AV

I am trying to figure out what stlyus I can use for this touch screen.  I have the regular generic stylus and it sorta works, but I want to find out if I can buy a good digital pen like a wacom or something similar that will give me pressure touch and such for doing artwork.  I thought when I ordered it could, but now I am not sure and don't want to spend $70 or so on a pen if it will not.  It does say in my startup that synaptics is running.  If anyone can help, that would be great and if you need any info please let me know.  I tried asking HP, but no one seemed to have any idea.  Thanks in advance!

Display Issues after Windows 10 upgrade

After upgrading from factory installed OS Windows 8.1 to Windows 10,  I began experiencing issues with laptop display (icons larger than normal, stretched screen, split screen at bottom of display).  I assumed that this was a graphics driver issue, so I began searching HP Support site for appropriate driver.  Unfortunately, I have not been able to locate a driver that supports Windows 10 under this model.  Can someone assist me with this?  Is there even a compatible driver?  Just looking for options.  Any assistance would be great appreciated.

I put my HP ProBook 440 G4 into sleep mode for an hour and after returning found that the Clickpad was not functioning. Have tried all methods suggested online; searched in Mouse Settings. There is no function key symbol for enabling/disabling the Clickpad on the keyboard.

Help would be appreciated.

Display behavior while laptop closed - 2 Issues with my new Spectre x360

$

I just purchased a brand new Spectre x360 13-AC023DX.  I have 2 external monitors.  Each of the monitors are connected to the Spectre via the 2 USB-C connections, with a USB-C-to-HDMI connections.  I keep the laptop lid CLOSED at all times. The two external montors display fine, no issue there.

Here are the two issues:

1. I can not wake the computer from sleep without opening the lid.  Clicking on my mouse or keyboard does nothing to wake it.  I have to open the laptop lid (almost all the way) then it will wake and the 2 external monitors will react.  I can't even wake it by pressing the power button on the laptop.

2.  When I reboot the laptop (again, keeping the lid closed the whole time), it starts up showing 3 displays attached to it.  The 3rd one represents the laptop screen itself.  The 3rd screen should not show up in display settings when the laptop is closed.  The only way to get the 3rd screen to disappear is to, again, open the laptop, then re-close it.  Once you do that, WIndows display settings will properly show only the 2 external monitors.

I've upgraded the video drivers to the latest.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Hello,

This morning when I turned on my laptop, the two finger scroll function was no longer working. I didn't make any changes to the computer yesterday, didn't download any new software or anything else and haven't done anything else that should have caused this.

I can still use the touchpad to move the arrow around the screen and to left click, but it won't register the two finger scrolling or any of the other additional functions. I have gone onto the HP site to find out how to get to the software to check the settings, but they are all fine and listed as being on, yet it still doesn't work.

I have already attempted to restart the computer and this didn't help.

Thanks,

Valerie

Jumping cursor

The cursor on my HP Envy randomly jumps around whil I am typing.  If typing an email, and I pause for a moment, the cursor will randomly jump somewhere else withing the email.  Is there some way to stop this?  It can be very frustrating when you have to backtrack all the time to complete anything.

How do I change to my Recommended Settings?

I use an HP 2009m for gaming. I use a Xbox One for gaming. Everytime I power on the monitor and turn on the Xbox it says Current Settings: 640x480-60Hz and It just says Recommended Settings: 1600x900-60Hz. How do I change it to those settings? My uncle had an old Xbox One that he used on the same exact monitor and it fit the screen but with the current settings. It has black bars horizontally and the quality is absolutely terrible. When my uncle used it I have the exact same cords and everything. At the time of my uncle using the same setup, he had 1080p or so when mine is like 144p.. But the main question is... How can I change my current settings (640x480-60Hz) to my recommended settings (1600x900-60Hz). Please respond ASAP

Dim Screen

I was plugging in a HDMI cable that was slightly faulty (took a bit of wiggling around to get the picture to go to the second screen), and all of a sudden the screen on my laptop went dead, but everything else continued to operate normally.

I held down the power button and turned off the laptop. Now when I turn it back on again, the screen is very dim and I can see the HP logo on boot, and on some occasions but not all, a "please wait" message at the bottom. Also, if I leave it for a while, it sometimes, but not always, displays the message "your laptop failed to start correctly" or something to that effect. It gives me the option to restart the PC or go to advanced options. I can barely see any of the screen and have to use a torch in order to see what I have described above.

Can anyone explain what is happening?

Thank you.

Pavilion dv4-2165dx Display Connector Pinout

This might be an unusual request, however, I was wondering if anyone knows the pinout of the 40-pin connector for the display on the HP Pavilion dv4-2165dx? This is the connector that connects to the motherboard. I have salvaged the display and want to see if I can convert the connector to HDMI for use as an external monitor.

If anyone has done such a conversion before, please let me know how.

Thanks!
