Blue screen error during recovery.
I have Hp pavillion g6 2010tx with windows 7 64bit.
One day it was updating drivers and it started "a blue screen error" .I had also tried to recovery with RCB after installing 3 of discs during software installation.
Atkmpag.sys error blue screen and the recovery fails. Please help me every hardware ia fine i had been to service centre they told me that every hardware is fine its a driver issue but i even can't perform recovery.

Spectre x360 Screen Cracked
I purchased my Spectre x360 six months ago and have taken very good care of it. Every night I clean the keyboard and screen and make sure that there are no obstructions before closing it and storing it on my desk for the night. However, this morning I opened my laptop and noticed on the bottom of the screen near the left hinge there is a crack. As a college student, this was a graduation present and I am hardpressed to afford any repairs and was distraught to find out there was damage to the computer that I take very good care of it. As a long-time HP user and satisfied customer, knowing that I had 6 months of warranty my boyfriend called the technical support and customer service centers multiple times in order to try and resolve this issue. After four calls he was able to connect with a support representative who after setting up a case number said that the cost would be over $400 after discounting it. After some separate investigation we discovered the LED is operating fine and only the touch screen glass has been cracked. Upon further analysis of the crack, the brittle failure could have only occurred through high pressure or high torques, neither of which have occurred. It is outrageous that such a company that provides a warranty cannot amend an issue that is the company's own fault and is so widespread. This is not an accident that should be covered under Accidental Coverage as it is not my fault that is happened. I have been very happy with this product up to this point and just want the problem to be fixed.

my touchpad quit working when I tap on it.
the tap option on my envy's mouse stopped working again. this has happened before...it stopped working for a couple week. I tried fixing the problem using hp support but I couldn't figure out how to fix it. after basically givjing up it miraculously started working agian. 4-6 month went by where the touchpad worked fine but now it wont work again. am I somehow turning the touchpad off and I don't realize I am doing it??? I'm stumped. any help?

Spectre x2 12 browsing front page pics poor resolution
Hi, Just acquired Spectre which is a good Surface Pro clone for less money. One issue that bothers me is that when web browsing, the frontpage of say BBC News load quickly but the pics are quite low res, making them look blurry/out of focus. This doesn't happen on my old Surface Pro.
The resolution and sharpness of pics is fine if I select an article on the BBC site, or view another photo full screen. It seems HP have made the choice to dowgrade graphic quality in or order to speed up the loading of front pages.
How can I change this?
Have the latest HP graphics update running Win10 Home. Would earlier graphics driver improve this? Presumably upgrading to Win10 Pro will not help?

I replaced my HP 2000 2c12NR WINDOWS from OS 8 to window 7.Almost all drivers are installed except Keyboard.FN keys are not working.I checked BIOS setting,Its ok.
HP web does not showing drivers for my device (windows 7).It shows only windows 8 drivers.
I tired in searching these drivers for my notebook.Please Help..!

Switchable graphics not working in new HP 250 G5
Hi, week ago i bought a new Notebook and i had a problem. Switchable graphics not work, i trying to reinstal all drivers, reinstall windows and nothing. in notebook i have intel graphics and amd radeon r5 430 with 2Gb memory. when i reinstal drivers to amd, graphics card changed name from R5 m430 to R5 m330. But still card not works. I dont now what to do. Please help.

Blank screen with arrow awaiting input, I think.
Hi the root of my problem is I'm disabled, old and have no understanding of this laptop computer. It was given to me yesterday as a gift. There's no manual only 1 page setup instructions. I started with instructions to connect to my wifi which I did. More questions I didn't know how to answer so I let it sit. I returned to a blank screen like a screensaver on my old desktop. An arrow appeared when I touched the pad. The touchscreen is working but nothing I do will move me past this blank black screen. I'm afraid I might damage it so I've packed it up for return. Is there a manual for hybrids? I'm so sorry for my ignorance. Thank you. Also, I'm guessing about it being 32 bit. It's a beautiful thing but I won't be after tearing my hair out. Sorry again.

HP Probook 6550b go to sleep/ hibernate when unplug power and also hibernate when booting on battery
Please help me, my HP go to sleep when I unplug the power and also hibernate on battery when booting up
At time if I increase the back light to the maximum it will run normal but battery will run down fast. I have format it and have been using it with out installing the VGA driver for 4 days it work normal but as I just install the display driver the system go to sleep, so I run restore from safe mode it work normal because the display driver as been uninstall. Some one should please help me on what to do. Please is this hardware or software issue. Mind you I am using bios update F. 60 because of this issue still same thing.

ProBook 4720s Blank Display, all else seems fine.
Hello
I have the ProBook 4720s Energy Star with an Intel Core i5 processor.
My computer boots but there is no display. I had it checked and the screen is in perfect working condition. I tried having it fixed and it only lasted a short while before it goes blank again because of the over heating. It always had a heating problem.
It is not too old and in very good condition and I would like to get it fixed. I would also need a new battery and keyboard.
I would like to send it to HP but am out of warranty. I am willing to pay a fair price for the work involved of course if they fix out of warranty products.
Could someone help with this issue?

HP Envy 360 keyboard cuts out when screen top fully opened
Want to use computer in laptop mode (not tablet mode) with the screen rotated 360 degrees all the way open (to the tablet position, I guess) and with a monitor connected via HDMI. With the computer/screen in that position, I want to use the regular on-board keyboard; sometimes it will work and sometimes it is disabled. Some toggle I'm missing?
I set the computer to ask before enabling tablet mode when I swing the screen around; I tell it no, but it still randomly disables my keyboard.
Feels like there's a simple solution to the randomness somewhere, since I know it IS possible for the keyboard to work with the screen fully rotated.
