Letter keys not responding to normal typing. J,K,U,I and some others. Is this something I should send out or could there be a reset that would help.

Screen bleed
I just bought a brand new Pavilion X360 Convertible 15-bk193ms Signature Edition 2 in 1 and the bottom corners of the screen bleed from the backlight display. Is this fixable without losing my laptop for months sending it back for repair? I know it can't be solved with any adjustments that are available on board, and it can't be a driver or software issue. Here's hoping for a quick fix response but judging from other threads and posts I've seen that is wishful thinking. I believe in HP products and unlike most others I love Windows. Keep me feeling that way please and help me fix this. Thank you. (This is the 4th HP I've had and the first with problems)

Unable to connect second monitor using HDMI to VGA adapter
Hey,
I use a HP Envy x-360 m6 Convertible laptop running windows 10. I tried connecting it to my old ASUS VH192D monitor using a HDMI to VGA converter (the laptop doesn't have VGA port and the monitor doesn't have a HDMI port). When I first connected the monitor to my laptop both the laptop and the monitor adapted to their native resolutions and were working fine. I tried to change the ASUS monitor's resolution to 1080 (native resolution 1366x768) which threw me an error saying OUT OF RANGE. I then changed the resolution back to its dafault value but the error message was still being displayed. I hard reset the monitor and also tried a software reset. Both were unsuccessful. On doing some research, I found that there could be numerous causes to my problem. I checked all the possibilities but I still can't find a solution.
The first thing I checked was the cable and the adapter. I plugged the cable, adapter and monitor to all my other computers and it seemed to work fine. I then checked if all my drivers were up to date. I updated my display drivers individually (though they were already up to date) and also restarted my computer numerous times.
As I was trying to solve my issue I noticed that my laptop no longer recognised the second monitor. When I checked the advanced display settings the second monitor was not detected but when I selected duplicate screens from the options, my laptop resolution automatically adapted to the second monitor's native resolution and both monitors were working. But the other projection options like extend or show only on 2 the monitor displayed OUT OF RANGE. I've also checked my in built intel graphics settings to see if it was trying to push a higher resolution or a differnet frequency to the second screen, but nothing seemed out of place there. I've even tried to reinstall my intel graphic driver. Which again wasn't very helpful.

elite x2 camera
The front (non-screen side) camera of my elite x2 is not recognized. it is not available using Microsoft Camera and it is not available in Device Manager. How can I get this to work?
I have a logitech webcam connected to my USB-C docking station and it is available in Microsoft Camera.

Hp Pavilion x360 touchscreen ghost touch and does not drag and drop
I received this laptop last November 2016 and i noticed that when i use the touchscreen continously the drag and drop stops working. I downloaded and installed the softpaq that hp support provided but it did nothing. Now my laptop ghost touches on the upper and middle left when i turn it on. I tried disabling and uninstalling the touchscreen driver. It works however the problems comes back again after a few days.
I am hoping that someone knows the solution to this. Thank you!

How do I reset my memory?
My laptop is displaying a black screen when I turn it on. The power light comes on, so does the power cable light. The caps lock button is blinking white 3 times over and over. HP trouble shooting advised me to reset my memory, but I don't know how to do this. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Horizontal cross lines across entire on screen - able to see even when turned off
Hi,
I have a HP Pavilion 24-B015A 24" Touchscreen All-in-One Desktop PC, which I have only had for about a month. I noticed a few days ago this perfectly straight horizontal line at the top of the screen that looks like little X's/crosses. I can also see them very faintly when the screen is on but also when the screen is turned off - which means it mustn't be a graphics problem. I just wanted to know what the exact issue/cause of this is as I couldn't find any information about it online. Please see attached image:

scroll indicators persistent on the screen
The scroll indicators do not disappear and are persistent on the screen after having used the touch pad. Look at the attached picture.
I have reinstalled the drivers of the screen and of the mouse pad, but it is still the same

Blu Rays will not play
I tried to play a Blu Ray disc but suddenly my notebook does not recognise it. I have updated the Cyberlink software from the HP site but still no joy - Any help will be good.

Blank led screen and hdmi but separate vga display show ok
After having looked on TV with hdmi connection I have no lcd display and np more hdmi. Only VGA on an old acer al1914 works.
I have updated drivers and BIOS. Hard reset with battery disconnected does not fix problem.
Projector setting does not work and I can not adjust screen brightness with f3 or f4 buttons.
Properties tell drivers work ok. Unisnstalling and reinstalling amd driver does not cure.
Please suggest other possible actions before I leave it for repair.

DROPED LAPTOP CANT SEE SCREEN
I DROPPED MY LAPTOP AND CANT SEE THE SCREEN AT ALL. I CANT FIND THE REPLACMENT SCREEN ON LINE SO I CAN DO THE REPAIR MYSELF. CAN I BUY THE SCREEN ONLY OR I WOULD HAVE TO SEND IN FOR REPAIR?

How do I get rid of the on-screen volume/play/pause display on my HP Pavillion?
Everytime I adjust the sound on my laptop, or skip a song using the buttons on the keyboard this grey box appears on the top left of my screen. This is shown in the image below. Is there any way to get rid of it as it is quite irritating as it always gets in the way. - Thanks

Elitebook 850 G3 - Cisco programs like Webex displays in a very very small font
We have new 850 G3's and when we launch Cisco Webex the resolution is very very small and there doesn't seem to be a way to change the size of the program window or font. This is not normal (works on many other laptops & pc's within the company). This is also happening when I try to use my cisco phone programs (cisco agent desktop, realtime montioring tool) I have downloaded from the cisco phone server. I did appy the fix for the flickering screen to see if that would help but no dice. All other programs (notepad++, browsers, etc) load and view normally. Has anyone run into this issue?

Well, as you can see by the subject my integrated webcam is not working I don't know why. But if you're gonna recommend me to the device manager there's no imaging devices in there. But if you have a solultion please make it as simple as possible please and thank you.
