My son has cracked the touch screen and we need to get it repaired, Currys from who we purchased it have advised that they do not repaire this model. We are UK based. Please does anyone know of any company that does do this type of work.
Last week (10.02.2017) HP Support Assistant offered a new update entitled "AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver_KB" as Softpaq Number SP78743, Version 21.19.137.514Bp3, Size 410.13MB. It fails to install with no message or indication of why.
I've search for any reference to SP78743 (Google & HP website) and found nothing. I've also serch the AMD website for reference to this driver and also found nothing.
Does anyone know anything about this or should I just trash it from HP Support Assistant?
I need a keyboard diagram which explains all keys...especially function keys.
Hello, i have a HP G72 b50sq with a ATi radeon GPU witch is dammaged and cannot be reballed.
I installed windows 10 and disabled the graphic card in device manager.
Windows update is installing it, leaving me blind.
Can i update the bios with a bios version of a HP G72 (G72-B60US; HP G72-B66US; HP G72-B20SA)
wit no dedicated gpu, so my broken gpu will no longer be recognized at all?
Hi, my problem is simple, i want to access TouchPad properties as explained on the HP website but it's not there. Here's an image that shows what it's supposed to be (the image on the website) and what I got beside. I wanna point out that my driver is up to date (maybe that's the problem...)

I just loaded Win 10 Enterprise onto my ZBook 15u G2 and I cannot get my 3 HP LA2405wg monitors to display at the same time. I am using the 2013 ultraslim dock with 2 DP connections going to 2 of the monitors and the other connected directly to the DP on the machine itself. This is exactly how my ZBook 14 is set up running Win 8.1 and it works perfectly. The only way I can get all 3 monitors to display at the same time is by running one via VGA while the other two remain DP, but when I do that, the VGA will only to to 1920x1080 while the other two are 1920x1200. Any suggestions?

I am having problems with my cursor. The arrow moves on the screen on its own without me even touching or moving the touchpad. It randomly clicks anywhere on the laptop and opens applications or closes them. It happens when I turn my laptop on from the sleep mode. The cursor works fine after I restart or shut down my computer, but not when I start it from the sleep mode.

Hello! I'm having an issue with my webcam. Not long ago it used to work very nice. I even used to to broadcast with it. but all of a sudden it stop working. It doesn't get recognized.
When I open cyberlink youcam I get an error that no webcam is recognized and I need to connect my webcam.
and only the logo will show. If I open manycam the camera won't start either and a black image will show.
I see that in device manager the Imaging devices won't show. The HP TRUEVISION won't show either. It does not appear.
I've tried everything.
Unistalling all the videosoftwares I've installed like manycam, skype etc.
I even unistall cyberlynk youcam ad reinstalled it with HP Recovery Manager. It worked at first and i was able to use my cam with skype but the next day the same error showed and won't let me use my cam.
I've tried system re-stores point. didn't help.
I've tried all the manuals, nothing solves the issue.
I only need it to use skype.
I'll attached an image where you can see that no capture device will show.
I don't know if I need to install a driver or something but please don't give me the youcam tutorial steps already done all of them and none of them worked.

i am having problems with my Radeon 8610 Display driver , when it is active i will recieve pixels / icons go black or white even the taskbar and other ones aswell, i have done driver updates, was on windows 10 but reverted to 8.1 to see if it would fix, the basic display adapter works fine by the looks but whwn i activate the radeon i am recieved these "glitches or artefacts" as i have tried to look up the names of the problems, is it the GPU going in the motherboard? thanks for the help
I bought the HP Spectre x360 13-W012TU 13.3" 2-in-1 Laptop (i7) not long ago. I am very confused in which stylus is compatible with my laptop as there are answers that tell me my laptop is not compatitble with any, then some are saying Dell's active pen is compatible. Can someone please inform me on which stylus is truly compatible with my HP Spectre x360 13-W012TU 13.3" 2-in-1 Laptop (i7) if any. I bought my latop from JB-HI-FI for $2398 if the price can help determine the exact laptop i am using.

I got this laptop about 3 months ago and the touch screen was responding perfectly however it stopped responding and hasn't worked for 2 weeks. I've updated it whenever it needed to be updated so I went to the Microsoft website and tried to find the problem. I've tried turning it off, cleaning the screen, and some other things. Before I came here I looked at the pen and touch setting and it said 'no pen or touch input available for this display.' Why does it say that? I've looked around but I couldn't find a solution. Please help.

Ever since the recent software update, the external monitor my laptop is connected to won't maintain a connection unless I leave the laptop screen open. It's connected through hdmi cord and it will flash on and off repeatedly if I close the monitor. Suggestions??
Hello, I have a problem with fps when i play Starcraft 2, the problem is LOW FPS in late game.
The game start without anything problem, but in late game (+ units and fights) is i have drop fps.
I have even tried putting all the graphic settings on LOW and still does the problem persist.
Game start: 60fps ~ 65fps.
Late game: 15fps, 40fps (+units).
I update Drivers Nvidia and Intel, update BIOS and others updates.
What is the problem with this "gamer notebook".

I have a 27 in HP desktop monitor that I want to mount to the wall, the specific name of it is 27vx 27 Inch Backlit Monitor. I don't see any specific attachments on the monitor but can it be mounted some other way?
