I have a Pavilion dv7-6c23cl Entertainment PC, and one day the camera just stopped working on it, I can't skype with pic anymore, did I hit some disable button, is there even such a thing? How do I fix it?
Less than a month ago I purchased a touch screen HP Notebook with WIndows 10 Home 64-bit
My touchscreen worked just fine the other day. When I shut it down it did some updates. Today is my first time using it since the updates and my touchscreen isnt responsive. No matter where I touch the screen, nothing happens. I have restarted the computer, cleaned the screen- neither work.
I do not have any options to calibrate my touchscreen settings like my computer has suggested.
I really do not want to have to make phone calls or send in the laptop, I am looking for a solution I can fix on my own.
What should I do??
I have Chromebook model number 14-AK013DX that I just replace a cracked screen on but now the new screen seems to blank but if you put a flashlight up to the screen you see the images on the screen. I sent screen back and installed another one and it's still the same. Everything seems to working fine. Volume, brightness. It's almost like the brightness is all the way down. Has anyone run across this?
I did use my hp last night and when I open this morning I see screen has cracked. I am sure it wasn't there when I shoutdown the laptop in the night. Today when I checking on hp support forum there had been number of cases similar to mine. This is surely a manufacturing defect could you please let me know what must I do.

i have downloaded Catalyst Control Center several times but it is still not working. I have Paviliion dv6-3125er, Radeon HD 5650 GPUs is working fine but the problem started when i uninstalled the Catalyst Control Center in order to get a new updated one from AMD website. But the AMD site said my version of radeon hd 5650 is not supported anyway i have tried everything i uninstalled the ATI GPU driver and install it again. Somehow I downloaded Catalyst Control Center the and the installation finished and the same problem it is still not working. Please any help would be appreciated. Now i lost the Catalyst Control Center and the switchable graphics config.

I have bought a HP Pavilion x360 13-ac004na 4K Convertible Laptop, with the HP Digital Pen.
I am wanting to find out which drawing/art software packages I can use on the laptop that will respond to the HP Digital Pen (in touchscreen mode).
I know that Windows Ink is compatable, but are any other software packages, such as Sketchbook, Photoshop, Manga Suite etc etc?
I use 2 external HP 25 Monitors for my Spectre x360 2 in 1.
When I close the lid, one of the external monitors taskbar moves to the right and then left on the area by the clock.
As soon as I open the lid, the issue stops.

I' ve bught a new Zbook 15 G3 with Nvidea m1000m and windows 10 Pro 64 bit.
Evrything is updated, from the bios to the driver of the video card to windows 10.
But when I connect a seconday monitor and use it with the monitor of the laptop, in the secondary monitor I see out of focus in particular in application like Autocad or Outlook 2013.
While the secondary monitor is out of focus the principal is always working fine even if I switch the principal to the external monitor.
So the problem seems to show up while coexist the monitor of the laptop and the external monitor.
I tried different monitor with different resolution (1920x1080 or 1920x1200) and also different cable and ports (alredy tried VGA, HDMI and VGA with adapter from USB-C) but the problem is always present.
I had also put the performance to maximum quality in the power options of the video card, but nothing changed.
The problem is showing in the magiority of the application but not to all, for example the folders (so explorer.exe) is correctly defined .
How can I resolve the problem?

I have an HP Omen 17.3" but I drop either drop frames or have low frames when my charger isn't plugged in.
I tried: Going max performance (under battery settings)
Changing to always performance under Nvidia control panel
But no luck. I am scared if I constantly leave my laptop plugged in, it might damage the battery, I play League and the games are long.

I have an IQ804 Touchsmart system on which Windows 7-64 was clean installed.
I am not intrested in touchscreen part of the system. But I would really like to turn off the beeping that happens when a cat decides to curl up next to the screen.
I would really appreciate any suggested solutions.
