Usually when using my pc it allows auto rotation of screen..BT suddenly it stopped working..In tablet mode there LL b a option rotation lock in action centre BT now it's also gone so I don't know how restore my pc into auto rotation.
I have already installed a driver sp68464 driver which I saw in some post in this forum yet in vain...
Need solution for this problem.thank you

ho un problema, ho appena preso un

dv6-6c65el l ho formattato meso il windows 7 home x64 , quando provo ad installare i driver della ATI il pc si blocca, ora ho provato a mettere nel bios l impostazione fixed perchè ho letto che il problema poteva essere il fatto della dinamicita' tra due schede.

Ho anche un problema con il wifi, ho installato tutti i driver e non li riconosce

Hi guys,  I hope someone can help...my daughters HP laptop-Pavillion two in one with touch screen is spazzing out!  It has anti virus installed and this is not picking up any viruses.  When she uses it, whether in Minecraft, Sims or Netflix etc, it begins flicking violently.  It will randomly open and close files but mostly it brings up the calendar in the bottom right corner and flicks it open and closed while scrolling through the months and days violently and on it's own. down the righthand side of the screen, round blurs flick up and down.  The cursor moves all over the screen and we have no control.  It does eventually stop...for a bit...then off it goes again.  I videoed it and tried to upload but its too large. This laptop has not been dropped and is only six months or so old.  My other daughter has the same device with the same anti virus and has no issues with it.

I currently have the new HP Spectre X360

 

Using the Insignia USB Type-C to HDMI External Video Adapter which I have connected an external montitor (Not using any of the other ports)

 

Seems like there are many issues similiar to mine (for different laptops)

 

Issue:

 

When my computer goes to sleep and I awaken it, the monitor will not be recognized unless I unplug and plug back in the HDMI cable or go to Intel Graphics Settings and detect additional monitors. Very time consuming. Seems like a handshake issue of some sort

 

I have all the latest updates from Windows and HP. 

 

I have tried everything and before I try a new adaptor wondering if there is a solution.

Dear forum,

 

My HP elitebook is connected with a displayport, active HDMI adapter to a samsung 4K tv. Great display. When I opt for "second screen only" I would like 4K @30 Hz or 60 Hz. This is quite a hazzle but in the end this works.  I would like to store these settings. Is that possible? I would like to achieve that when I start the laptop I can choose second screen and I am done. Unfortunately, then the Hz is too low, causing a blinking screen. At HD instead of 4K this works fine.

 

Not always I need the second screen, the default is the laptop's own display. 

 

When my laptop is in its dockingstation, it is separated from the tv and I cannot directly see the tv. That complicates the set up each time.

 

I would prefer to have the situation that the screen is cloned, the laptop's display at HD and the samsung at 4K. I presume this is too complicated.

Its been 2 months since I purchased this laptop. After using games like League of Legends I ran it on 60+ fps on medium high. Then it suddenly went black screen and restarted. After restarting the radeon settings disappeared. But since I started playing again it didn't affect my fps too much, but I lost my Radeon settings. So up until now I been playing without radeon settings and its always on 40+ FPS. And today it restarted again, and I got AFK ban when it wasn't my fault it was the Laptop itself restarting randomly with a black screen.  I'd love to hear solutions.

I am on the latest version of windows 10 and I've reinstalled every driver and it still disconnects randowmly. I am at my wits end. I have an elite x2 g1 with the keyoard and since about a week ago my display and dock will randomly disconnect from my computer without me unpluging the usb-c connecter.

My laptop start to make refreshing by itself it blinking I can't open anything when I press ctrl+alt+delete the process open a lot of apps in the background process and I can't end any task because the apps also blinking I don't know what to do I hope there's a solution without erases anything in the laptop

Hello,

I have a question about action keys (fn + f1 or f2 etc...), I've read an article on the support (http://support.hp.com/gb-en/document/c02035108) I was wondering if it's possible to disable action keys for only one combination but not for all like it is explained in the article.

It would help me a lot because the only combination I don't need is fn+f1 and I would like to get rid of it.

I haven't been on my desk top in about a week. I went on this morning no problems but then a few minutes on it started getting glitchy and static for like 1 second then it went away. Then I went off and turned off the monitor for like a few minutes then came back on and the entire screen is full of static like one of those tv horror screens. I restarted it and made sure there was no loose plugs but it kept doing it. I even turned it off for 2 hours or so and it still was the same. What do I do?

Hi,

I started noticing problems when watching a series of episodes on Netflix. (Peaky Blinders)

On the 4th episode in season 1 towards the end, the visual & audio started to go into slow motion. The audio sounded really tinny. This continued throughtout the entire season 2.

Then I noticed that it wasn't just Netflix that this was happening with, it was happening with any video I tried to watch, whether that be a video on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, or anything else. They would all eventually start playing in slow motion with slow audio.

My default browser is Microsoft Edge, & I have heard that this browser is experiencing several problems with apps including Netflix. So I tried watching Netflix using a different browser, Google Chrome, but the same thing is happening. Everything going into slow motion with audio following suit. I do not want to mess around with apps on my laptop, as I am unsure of what I am doing, but I know enough to know that something isn't right.

Any solutions to this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I have a months free trial on Netflix, but it's only going to waste because I can't watch anything on it!

All of a sudden, I have a vertical dead spot in the touch screen on my Envy 360.  No new programs downloaded or changes that I know of.  It runs vertically from the top to the bottom of the screen.  I tried the component tests and it passed the touch pointer test but times out on the drag ad drop test because it won't allow me to drag two of the test boxes.  in the lodg it says the test is canceled.

 

HP online suport is useless.  I have chatted with two of them and they don't seem to even understand the issue let alone know how to fix it.  The computer is only two months old!

 

I'm not sure what else to do...  anyone have these issues?  Do I just need to send it back for service under the warranty?

hp probook was given to me from a client and i noticed that the system come up but the screen is too dimmed to seen.

so after too much troubleshooting i realize that when what when i removed the power switch it will work fine and if i connected the power switch ot will not works fine and it will be dim. please help me out

Dear HP community,

 

I am configuring my new (3 day old) Omen by HP laptop equipped with intel core i7 and nvidia gtx 1070. My aim is to be able to set the computer display to use the Intel integrated graphics card instead of the Nvidia card. However the Intel integrated card is not found anywhere in my system although this is included in my chipset! The OS is windows 10, and the Intel graphics card does not even appear as a "Display adapter" in the Device Manager as expected.

 

When I try to install the "Intel high-definition graphics driver" from the HP support web I get the following error: "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software"

I have an issue when i rotate its lid then its keyboard and mouse remains on due to this problem i can’t use my laptop in tablet mood. I also change the mood by changing the setting in setting-system-tablet mood but it does not work, I also install and reset the BIOS drive. The other problem is when I go to setting-system-tablet then "Make windows more touch-friendly when using your device tablet -on" does not appear as you told me that this should remain on but this option does not appear. I want when I rotate its lid then its keyboard and mouse should not work.

you can see  "Make windows more touch-friendly when using your device tablet -on" this option is not avaiable. Kindly help me to fix this problem.

Hello,
My computer decided to black screen today. I had put it to sleep when it was low battery and it died while in sleep mode. I fully charged it and tried to reboot it, but no display. It works on an external display, but can't display anything on the laptop screen. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
