After updating the drivers on the chip set driver I flew on the touch screen where I can find the driver on the touch screen? and also after that I stopped illuminating light on the F6 key without sound with the help of a driver, you can solve this problem? because the problem in the driver instead of a physical nature !!!

i cannot get computer to play a dvd
i fired this up after months of not using using. system updates as suggested. also updated vlan. disc in , says no disc and suggests see log.

Replacement for touch screen
I have a HP Pavilion Notebook 17g-150cy purchased at Walmart in 2016 and currently using my TV as a monitor thru the HDMI connection.
The glass and 17.3-inch diagonal HD+(33) WLED-backlit touchscreen display (1600 x 900)
is damaged and non-operational. My cobalt blue casing is intact with no cracks or scratches.
I wish to repair the device and I am unable to locate the maintenance and service manual for my specific model number.
I was only able to locate the maintenance and service guide for the HP Pavilion Notebook 17 Models 17-g000 – 17-g099 AMD models.
- Is there a maintenance and service guide available specifically for my notebook?
- Can I use the above maintenance guide for parts?
I reviewed the maintenance and service guide for the HP Pavilion Notebook 17 Models 17-g000 – 17-g099 AMD models (pages 62-68) and wanted to know........
- How I determine which screen (part numbers) to research and purchase, HD or FHD?
- Can the display and casing be purchased as one (1) piece?

Zbook won't detect 2nd monitor
Here is my setup:
Zbook 17 G2 mobile workstation
HP 230W advanced dockingstation
Two Dell P2416D monitors conneced with DP digital cables to the docking station
NVIDIA Quadro K2200M video card
Onboard Intel HD Graphics 4600
Here's the problem: Only one monitor can be detected using NVIDIA control pannel or windows display settings no matter what I try. If I connect the second monitor using a VGA cable it will work, (but at lower res), but it isn't detected at all using a DP cable. The DP cables and monitors are fine because I can switch them out with each with no problem. If I disconnect the cable on the non-detected monitor a message appears on the display "DP cable disconnected". I have updated my BIOS, NVIDIA driver, Intel driver and monitor driver with no luck. (Device Manager shows only one monitor). I have tried a Hard Reset on the computer with no luck. I can plug in the second display into the DP port in the side of the laptop instead of the DP2 port on the back of the docking station and it still won't detect it. I have no idea what it could be and there is noting left to update. How do I get this second monitor working? Any Ideas will be much appreciated.

What do I need to change the screen for pavilion 14-b026tx laptop?
Hi,
I know it is a rather old laptop, but since I added a ssd and a 8gb ram to it, it works very fast actually. However, the monitor seems very dim and not wide view. Thus I'm thinking of changing a HD+ or FHD screen for it. Is it possible? How can I tell the screen I want to buy is compatible with this laptop? Besides, I heard I need to buy another video cable to support FHD screen, is it true? If so, what kind of cable do I need?

HP ProBook 450 G2 - Shift & CTRL Keys Not Working
Hi all,
I am writing this post as I am unfortunately having issues with my ProBook keyboard.
All of a sudden I powered it on the other day, and soon noticed there is an issue with my shift and ctrl keys (left and right).
Pressing them seems to provide no response and although only really a minor issue, it can be really annoying as the keys are used for many shortcuts and functions.
I have tried a few things to fix the issue but after failing I am now posting here!
What I have tried so far..
- Restarted the device mulitple times
- Booted in safe mode (shift does not work in safe mode either)
- Uninstalled all keyboard drivers from device manager (after rebooting they all keep reappearing anyway)
- Checked the HP drivers site and cannot see a specific driver for the onboard keyboard
- Installed generic third part software to identify and update all laptop drivers. This completed but no mention of the keyboard.
At this point I am a bit stuck. Firstly it would be great to locate the appropriate driver for the keyboard, or something generic.
All other buttons work with no issue including the function keys. I do hope it is not a hardware issue!

Flickering taskbar notifications area
Hi
The notifications area of the taskbar has just started flickering (sort of). It seems that the icons are displayed with a bit of space between them and then it flickers and they are displayed more bunched up, and it cycles through this every second or so. It's very distracting but doesn't otherwise seem to be a problem. Nothing else on the screen nor on the taskbar flickers, just the icons like volume, keyboard, language, power, network connection...

My HP pavilion G6 2004 tx working effectively on yesterday.
But today when switch on laptop it show this error as in video.
Brief Description of error..
1. When power button pressed display show booting screen and in 2-3 sec it turn off. With a click sound
2. Also AC power plug led not glow or blink.
3. Laptop not turn on when battery is removed and plugged in AC adapter plug.
Please help me.

Video Card Question
I just reformat my laptop and all of a sudden all my games are malfunctioning. They are not working well. Before there's no lag in all my games. But after the reformat, all of them have lag.

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5000 series
Hey,
Please are there ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5000 series drivers for windows 8 64 bit? I have tried to update my HP ENVY 14-1260 BEATS drivers online. It automatically gave me a black screen. I could still hear the music I was playing before it went black. Please help.

Pink Screen
Screen has gone pink and sometimes has what can only be described as 'screen burn' when it is forst turned on. I ran diagnostics (which is really difficult with the display problem) and it did not report anything. Plugged laptop in to an external display & picture is fine. I appreciate the laptop is out of warranty but I only purchased it on 28th Sept 2015, 16 months ago. It is not used very often, maybe twice a week if that. Having done a bit of research I have managed to deduce that is this is known problem. I am now faced with a repair bill for at least £150 which I don't think is acceptable.
This product is not fit for purpose.
Has anybody else had this and how did you sort it out?

Connecting Monitor to HP Spectre 13 Ultrabook
How do I connect my HP Spectre 13 Ultrabook to my HP Elite Display 232 monitor?
The only ports available are USB type Cs. I also have an adaptor to convert these to a type A. I've tried connecting to the type A via the usb connection on the monitor to no avail.

L9V78AA hp ultrathin bluetooth mouse, change scroll direction? device specific driver?
I have the HP ultrathin bluetooth mouse, L9V78AA, using it with the HP Envy Notebook (WOQ62AV) running Windows 10.
The mouse is working, but I'd like to change the scroll wheel (virtual, no actual wheel) direction. Is there a way to do this?
The device is using a generic Windows bluetooth mouse driver. I thought maybe this device would be configurable with device specific software, but I haven't found any. The HP support assistant software says everything's up-to-date.
I did find on the HP site a Windows 8.1 driver, but I don't know if it will work on Windows 10 or not.

AMD driver doesn't install
I've got HP Pavilion dv7-4024so with Windows 7 Home and Mobility Radeon HD 5650. I have downloaded newest graphic adapter drivers from this page, but neither of the two install properly. Each time logs say installation has failed. What gives?
