My touch screen is not working . I have followed all the methods provided in the support forum and doesn't seem to work.
I don't even have a touch screen driver again and it is not available on drivers list to be downloaded .

I am Istiak from Bangaldesh. I am using HP ENVY 15-j139tx. My sister brought new HP ENVY x360 15-aq160sa from UK for me. In new HP ENVY x360 15-aq160sa there is no extra graphics card but in my HP ENVY 15-j139tx there is extra graphics card of NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M.
Now can I remove graphics card from HP ENVY 15-j139tx and add that to HP ENVY x360 15-aq160sa? Is it possible? Or ENVY x360 15-aq160sa supports extra graphics card that I can add? If yes please let me know that model of graphics card that I can add.
I too am having this problem. Now I need it replaced, it is just over a year old. I have ordered the wrong part 2x, cant seem to get the right product numbers. I need the bezel and case replaced. Too many people with the same problem. I was told it is the design of the computer that causes this. Shame on HP for selling a product that wont' make it over a year.
My laptop compaq CQ58 when i switch on it goes into F1 system info window and says press <esc> to continue but nothing happebs if i press <esc > even if i press F10 when booting it just goes to F1 . i have removed the battery and press on button for a minute then put Ac power to boot but nothing changed please help me with the best solution

Il mio problema è che con qualsiasi programma lavori ogni 10-30 secondi il notebook sospende l'attività per poi riprenderla dopo pochi secondi.
Esempio : sto scrivendo e mentre lo faccio per alcuni secondi si sospende la scrittura e quindi non vengono digitati i caratteri, riprendendo a digitare dopo qualche secondo saltando le lettere.
Questo è un fastidioso inconveniente che non mi è mai capitato con nessun PC o Notebook.
Come posso risolverlo.

My HP Folio 13 screen has developed a bad white flicker all over the screen. If I push down on the area by the right hinge (to the right of the wireless icon on the body "bezel") it flickers. Loosening the small screw on the bottom right of the LCD display brought back the function of the screen for a day but it then reverted to all white again.
How do I open up the case and reseat the cable to see if that solves the problem? Specificqally, I'd like to know how to access the cable at the back of the LCD display and within the right hinge. Is there one of those two areas that you would check first? I've read that it is most likely a pinched video cable that has either loosened the main connection at the back of the LCD display or the issue is where the cable is being pinched within the hinge.
I'm completely inexperienced when it comes to laptops and taking them apart. I just lost my job and my laptop isn't under warranty so I'm hoping to find some easy, clear directions on how to dismantle the minimal amount while trying to access the video cable and fix this issue.
I've seen that others have the same or similar problem, and claiming that it's a design flaw (my laptop is no longer under warranty however.) I live in Philadelphia so if there are local repair shops you can recommend that would also be appreciated. Thank You!

I have had a problem with stuck pixels since I got this laptop, I have already gotten it fixed once and the pixels were gone fro a bit and some red stuck pixels have showed up. This is supposedly covered by warrenty. I also have multiple bright spots which are worst when I am at max brigtness, but some still are visible when it's on low.
I am wondering if I am still covered by warrenty considering the first problem is but the second apparently is not.
Hi! About 10 days ago my laptop had downloaded and installed some windows 10 updates. Since than I noticed that while using Google Chrome the touchscreen was not responding to the swipe up/down and to links' tap. When I start using Chrome everything seems ok than the problem appears. Sometimes it disappears on hisown, than appears again, sometimes not. Anyone has the same problem?

I have a Zbook G3 which has and HDMI port to connect to an external display. The monitors I have are EliteDisplay E241i which have display port connectors (as well as RGA and DVI, but I'd rather not use those). Can you please point me in the direction of a good connector that will allow me to display my Zbook on the above monitors?

Since approx. 1 year I own a HP Envy 17 laptop. Right from the beginning the "0" key in numlock was not working. Recently also the delete key on the top of the keyboard (next to prt sc) is no longer working.
In the device manager 2 keyboards are mentioned:
- HID keyboard (seems to be my USB mouse)
- standard PS/2 keyboard
Any suggestions for solving this problem? Should I replace any driver?
N.B.: compared to my other laptops (Toshiba and MSI) the HP Envy 17 is one package of trouble sofar. I really regret buying this laptop.
I have a hp 8560w that I replaced the charger receiver in the laptop. After replacement the LCD will backlight but won't display. A second monitor displays with a docking station but not with the vga cable plugged in to the side of the laptop. Already replaced the LCD cable to no avail. Is this a motherboard issue or is it something else that I can check/replace?
Can someone tell me where the fuse location is for the Backlight on a
HP 15-f233wm. Or where I can find the pinout for the video connector.

Upon opening the notebook on my desk, a series of cracks surfaced on the upper-left bezel of the screen, and extended across the screen. I keep my notebook for the most part on my desk, and when I travel, I put in the HP leather case, and in a well-paded bag. I've owned this notebook since August last year, and it has performed excellently besides the occaisonal loud fan noise and overheat.
I talked with a helpful HP Customer Support Rep, and I was told that if I were to send in my notebook, and screen damage will be presumed inflicted by the customer. I have also been in contact with the HP Executive board, but their reply did not grant me any help. I would like to know if I can send in my notebook for a proper examination, or if I can speak with a case manager on this issue. I really do not want to file a complaint to the BBB, but I feel that will be necessary if the material defect is to be assumed a damage on my part.

My display is not working . I want to buy a full hd display. I have tried online as well as offline but i couldn't find any in india.
My HP Pavilion 27-106a All-In-One(Touch Screen) desk top is only 8 months old and has suddenly developed problems. At the time the problem first became evident, lots of "flahing circles"appeared on the screen. These flashing circles appear in vertical lines jumping all over the screen. Stability of the screen is now very poor with screen size changing from "maximised"to "half screen" and back to full size with touching the mouse or screen. Screens lock-up and computer is slow to respond or won't respond nessesitating a "restart".
I have turned the computer off and disconnected the power but the problems persists. Overall the computer seems to be very unstable and at times has a mind of its own.
Operating system is Windows 10 x 64 bit
