I purchased a HP Stream 11 today and I am trying to watch BT Sport. The video skips jumping and lagging. This is not a connection problem as I've tried on other laptops and everything runs fine. I have downloaded and enabled Adobe Flash Player.
Is there a way to fix is this or is this model just not good enough?

I have a problem with my HP 15 Notebook PC touchpad. It stopped working, I already tried to restart the device and going to device manage into the control panel. Under the voice mice the touchpad does not appear anymore (I m not sure it was there before, I ve never checked, but I guess it was).

I have an HP Envy x360 Convertible 13-y0xx laptop and was wondering if there was an active stylus I could use on it. The only stylus I could get to work was a capacative stylus which still skips on the screen, which does not work for taking notes in a college class. Any help or recommendations would be great. Thanks!
Due to drop the display screen cracked badly.
Machine turns on, but I don't see anything on the screen.
I am planning to buy the Touch glass + Digitizer online and fix it myself.
These two parts sufficient for display or there is more to it to behind these two parts?

I have a HP8440 Elitebook laptop with a VB041UT docking station. With the laptop lid closed, I can display 2 screens (via DisplayPort and VGA connections). When I pop open my laptop and its screen becomes active, the display connected to the VGA port disappears. Bottom line: only can have 2 screen active at once. It does not support 3 screens.
I am running 64-bit Windows 7 Professional.
Hello guys! This is unnacceptable! I can't install successfully any driver. I'm trying loads of versions from 8 to 17 from the HP site as well from amd site and nothing is working (been using DDU to clean files from previous installs...). The problem is that or it says that the drivers are not supported by my setup (and i'm downloading specific drivers for W7 64-bits everytime, no mistakes!) or that the driver package not ok, anything... I need an urgent response with a direct link of the last stable drivers... Tired of searching around the internet

I have an HP laptop with AMD Radeon R5 M330 Graphics Card. On installing games like PES 17, the graphics card isn't available for them. Until a year ago, FIFA 15 used to work perfectly but now it does not and freezes. The graphics card is not showing as being available. Kindly provide a solution for this.

as today i noticed that my laptop is not detecting display driver that is amd radeon r4 . i installed driver many times but still it is not detecting . and i use to work wtih low brightness my laptop brightness is not going low .so pls resolve m problems .....
Hi there, i bouth NP notebook 15-ac129nu. Install Windows 7 64 bit, sp1. But camera, usb not working. In device manager, ther is not camera. When i put some flash drive in usb, there is no nothing. Where to find driver for it? In site NP, or some other place. I did't find it on site HP. Pleace help me.

I'm writing to report something that happened to my HP ENVY 15-j012la and maybe get some help. Around dec. 23-24 I was playing Heroes of the Storm as I regularly used to do, but suddenly the screen of my pc glitched in the middle of the match. I play the game in low settings, because the laptop uses to heat.
I've tried to reset the OS to the factory settings, but the result was still the same. Let's say that there is a horizontal line that crosses the screen by the level of the URL bar on Google Chrome. From the line up, it can all be seen properly. From the line down, though, it is very hard to do so. Sometimes I get pink vertical lines all over the screen, everything is pink or looking like in high contrast. And some other times, the screen starts going even more crazy by doubling what's on it and shaking a lot. You can't even tell which is the real mouse cursor. You see double, I mean.
I tried to connect the laptop to the TV with an HDMI cable and on the tv it looks normal. Made a screenshot using the sniping tool and sent it to my phone to see how it looks and it looks normal. I can infer it is the screen itself, then. I made a couple of pictures with my phone as I'm writhing this post to help you better understand my situation.

is there any way to change the colour of the backlight and/or the physical keyboard on the new omen range?
I have an HP 15. It is connected to my flat screen with an HDMI cable. The image from the laptop is a small 15 inch image on the flat screen with a huge black border around it. Clicking full screen on the laptop makes no difference. When I connect my HPG62 to the flat screen, it sends a good quality video that fills the entire flat screen. Any suggestions on how I can get the HP 15 to fill the entire screen would be appreciated. Thanks.
Just purchased a brand new HP Envy 360 M6 Confertible with Windows 10 Home Version 1607.
When I start the computer or wake it up from sleep, screen bubbles appear which prevent me from entering the pin number to lon on. The computer is two days old and I purchased it in the United States but I live in Switzerland so shipping it back to the shop in the US is simply not practical and far too expensive so please do not state the obvious.
Once logged in, the computer works perfectly.

I was just watching a programme on my laptop and it suddenly went all glitchy and nothing was re-loading or loading, and tabs were freezing into white boxes, etc. and then my screen began 'flashing' as I moved the cursor. I seem to have a RGB issue with the pixels on my screen, e.g. Facebook and Skype are now pink and green pixels are picked up everywhere. I don't know how to solve this issue? Whether or not it's just to do with a loose wire or something? It literally just broke in front of me as I was watching a programme.
Touch screen is unresponsive. I have used the http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03488148 site bt could not find a solution. My laptop no longer appears to have the HID compliant touchscreen driver and I need to re-download it, but it is not listed in the available drivers on the HP website. It does not appear in my device manager under Human Interface Devices or under Mouse and other Pointing Devices. Where can I recover this driver?
