any touch pens that i can use whit this computer

The screen of my hp envy 14 flickers and goes off when I'm installing my AMD ATI graphics drivers. When I restart the PC it doesn't boot to the desktop anymore. I have to restore it to the previous state in safe mode for it to work again. Please help because I need the AMD graphics for my designing.

I just purchased a new HP Spectre x360 13-w011tu laptop pre-loaded with Windows 10 Home. I am unable to play any videos on the internet. I have tried Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox and Chrome (Chrome is my preferred browser). I have spent hours trying to research this issue with no success. I have tried selecting/unselecting "use software rendering instead of GPU rendering", i have tried updating the graphics drivers (graphics is Intel HD Graphics 620), I have tried installing/uninstalling Flash player.

Are there any other methods to fix this problem? Rolling back to previous Windows version, as other people have suggested, is not an option as I purchased a new laptop.

EDIT: SOLVED!! Originally I went to Device Manager, right clicked and tried to update graphics drivers there. It said that I had the latest drivers installed. But i tried again to download and install the latest graphics driver directly from the HP website and it worked!!

After I updated my nvidia geforce experince I am not able to see my nvidia geforce experience option only. What should i do to get it back?

The following issues are occuring sporadically and intermittently:

• At log-in and password entry - entry freezes after several characters entered - requires Esc and sometimes other strokes
• At home screen - two dim white circles flashing in top left corner - mouse jumping to this location (and in my case activating the recycling bin located there)
• Touch screen ability sporadic
• Screen changes brightness by several hues (there does not appear to be an auto brightness on/off involved) - one non-selected brightness level shows a very pixelated screen

• Hardware devices in system appear OK.
• Performed two factory resets with same results.
• No error messages.
• No viruses or malware found.
• Belarc profile posted below.

Is this hardware and or software?  Any suggestions or solutions?

Hello, Ive been think about converting my laptop to a touch screen. i was wondering will i have to buy a whole new screen or is there another way to do so.

I have a Pavilion 15-n210dx that when i turn it on the screen is blank. If i connect to an external monitor, i ger the image on the monitor but not on the laptop screen.  The screen respond to the touchm i simply don't have an image: everything is black (not even a dim image). 

I am wondering if it is the LCD that needs to be replaced or a different component

on three HP 450 G2 notebook models, after upgrading to Windows 10, some icons and characters you see faded, blurred.
I also tried installing Windows 10 from scratch, but the problem persists.
I tried the video card driver (Intel HD 5500) both from the intel site from HP website, but without positive results.

Wondering if anyone has had the same problems on this type of model and whether it has found a solution.

There is a line at the top of my screen but not right at the top. Above the line is normal and below the line my screen is flickering i  can see 2 of everything and it is Pink/Green. And if this helps you out it happened about 40 minutes after i updated my computer

Please help and if you cant can you recommend a good computer for £350 or less (that would help me out)

My touchscreen works...to a point. If I slide my finger up or down the screen, it selects what I've touched, but none of the other functions work. I can't touch to scroll, and there is no settings options to change this. While trying to find the settings, I discovered that in System, I have no pen or touch options available. In device manager, there isn't a hid-compliant touch driver, but there is a USB touch driver.

I have access to two other notebooks of the same model and both are working as they should and both show the hid-compliant and not the USB option.

yet i can not seem to find it on the website, not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing, also I'm trying to find a stylus that will work with my laptop

After update to Win 10 64bit I cannot use Radeon graphic card anymore (before I had Win 7 64bit). I tried to reinstall drivers of both cards many times and it's not helping. I have the latest one right now. Before install new one, system was clinned with CCliner and Driver Sweeper.

3D Mark inform me:

"3DMark 11 has found DirectX 11 system files, but your graphics adapter reports that it supports only Direct X 10_1.

3DMark 11 requires both DirectX 11 system files and DirectX 11 capable hardware to run. If you are certain that you have DirectX 11 hardware present, there may be a problem with your video drivers. See 3DMark 11 FAQ for more information."

So it seems that 3D Mark not even see my AMD card.

The same with other programs:

dxdiag shows only Intel graphic.

In games options (Civilization VI) I can choose only Intel graphic and it's too low.

PLEASE HELP, what can I do?

1. So yesterday I did a windows 7 installation on my laptop.
2. And I already have downloaded drivers from hp website.
3. So now the only thing is installation.
4. I think the intel driver is already present so it should install on its own.
5. But it installs some graphics driver which is named as VGA video controller in device manager.
6. So I tried to manually install the intel graphics driver in the standard way i.e. double click , then install , then yes to all.
7. But after that nothing happens.
8. The cursor just loads something for few seconds and then that's it nothing.
9. After that when it visit device manager and in the display drivers it still shows that same VGA driver.
10. Then I tried to install the wifi network driver even it did not get installed.
11. And also the AMD driver doesn't get installed.
12. Can anyone guide me with any solution and also is there any specific way of driver installation.

Hi guys,

I've a problem with my AMD 6770m video card, probably with a chipset. 2 years ago monitor just freezed. After restart I've found out that I can't use AMD video card, instead laptop was using integrated graphics. Tried to swith to AMD but without results. Service Center said that video chipset died.

Now I want to change the chip myself, but don't know which part number to order. Found 2 numbers: 216-0810084 and 216-0810001. Both of them are 6770m, but I don't know exactly which of this two will fit my laptop.

Does anyone had such kind of problem with HP Pavilion DV6-6179er ?

Hello all,

Am running a HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC. There is a color issue with my display panel. The color appears faded and lighter colors are not visible on screen. If I twist the screen slightly the colors revert back to original but once I leave the screen the colors go off again. External monitor works fine. So there is shouldn't be any problem with the board. If anybody could suggest some solution for this I would be really greatful.

Dear all, hi and sorry to bother...I may sound silly but I have somehow managed to minimise the keyboard on my Elite X3 and it is impossible to reset it to the original larga size...please help.
