I need help disabling the touchscreen on my HP Envy. I've tried to look it up on here but I have found nothing. I'm not really sure how much more explicit I can get about what kind it is. If you have any advice on how to figure that out, that would be helpful. Thank you.

My laptop screen display color is distorted
My laptop was updating and being charged at the same time. I left the computer alone for about 2 hours and then the screen color was suddenly green at the startup. Then when I login to my laptop it became pink! What happened to it suddenly? I tried to get to the BIOS by pressing f10 but I can't. Help me!!

I just bought a HP envy M6 X360 yesterday andi after 1 day i am having this issue with my touchscreen .
The screen records automatic touches in multiple places in the screen , mostly on the topmost part of the screen.
i searched for the solution but i dont have any technical idea . This "ghost screen" is really annoying , it sometimes makes it impossible to tyoe in the password . please help me with this . I dont know if it is a hardware defect or issues with the drivers . plz help ...

Writing Pen/Stlus for Touch Screen
I contacted HP Store about a pen to write on the Envy x360 13t-y000 CTO Touch Screen. Product # W8Q19AV & Serial # 5CD6482R7C received 12/2/2016. HP OEM installed Windows 10 64 bit and Office 365 Personal.
I want to "write" using a pen or stylus in Office 365 2016 OneNote. This is the reason I got a touch screen and 3-in-1 with a tablet position. I want to take handwritten notes in OneNote during meetings and classes.
HP Store recommended the Targus AMM01TBUS, HP SKU# JA12O3. Also bought Adonit Jot Pro, HP SKU# YP3969. I bougt both. They are Capacitive compliant.
I've tried using both devices to write in OneNote and "writing" using Edge writing tool. The lines are spotty and leave many blank spots on the screen and I have to write very slowly. I tried both devices in laptop and table positions. Also tried in tablet mode which didn't allow any "writing." Totally satisfactory.
Both work fine to touch bottons and icons on the screen but not writing on screen.
In OneNote, I noticed my palm left a partial palm inpression on the screen. As I understand it, Capacitive technology avoids this from happening.
I've gone to Win 10 Personalization settings as a previous post back in Sept. 2016 suggested. I found nothing there related to this issue. Also, I checked Display settings. Nothning there. I searched Win 10 settings for "touch screen" and got no results.
I've searched the internet and I've learned different HP computers require different pens or stylus. Why won't one do???
I see three issues; (1) My Envy x360 13t screen may not have the required tecnnology to allow "writing" (2) I may not have the right pen or stylus - which I hope is the case - (3) I need to change a setting in Win 10 or OneNote.
I've expended a lot of time and effort on this problem. I hope HP Tech Support can solve this problem for me!!!

Recently bought HP Notebook 15-ac135nv with AMD Radeon R5 M330 video card.
When I tried to open webpages that support WebGL for 3D content in real-time( Sketchfab ), I get an error, mentioning that my Video Card doesn't support WebGL...
Could that be real? newly video card from AMD and doesn't support WebGL?
(never had before AMD video card, used to nVidia, so this is really frustrating..!)

Touch screen on HP Pavilion not working

Yellow Corners/HP Envy Issue
First - let me say that Clayton, the tech I've been working with at the Executive Customer Relations Department is AMAZING. I have already gotten a hold of corporate and have made a FB post.
In May, I purchased an ENVY 360 because it had received great reviews and I wanted to replace my HP Pavilion from 2007. The computer didn't work properly. In December, I finally got in touch with HP and sent it in for repairs. After two attempts at a repair and the unit still not working (display issues), the tech I've been working with decided to replace it with an upgraded model.
I'm updating the drivers and whatnot now - caused another crash.
So what's the deal - display issues AND bad hardware? The whole line?

Thin vertical red line on the center of my screen during Netflix and YouTube playback
While viewing Netflix and YouTube there is a thin red vertical line running through the center of my screen. HP support claims its an issue with Netflix. Netflix support claims it is an issue with HP...(sigh....) No one has been able to help. Who will save me from the evil red vertical line???
BT Mouse, touchpad n system. They will move and freeze, move and freeze for 5-10 min on startup.
Product number E0W59UA#ABA. BT Mouse and touchpad. Both will move and freeze, move and freeze for 5-10 min upon start-up. The system itself will load a program, stutter/hang a bit too now that I think about it. I have tried going into the device manager and removing the check box for Generic USB Hub under "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" (I have two). Less than 24hrs ago I did a complete fresh install, updated all drivers/Windows 10, and the latest BIO for my system. I Used HP Support Assistant for all drivers, but I had to go to HP for drivers because the Assistant said all was up to date. Device Manager shows no issues or conflicts. I have been building and repairing computers for 25 years, but I am kinda rusty for the last 5 years. I have tried to have my Bluetooth items (Mouse and speaker) off until the system fully boots, nothing different. When I turn the system on, it seems to start just before the lock screen. Occasionally, I lock the system and when I go to unlock it, same thing. Whatever I type and or move the mouse during these "Hiccups", the system remebers the charactors and puts them in, or the mouse whereI expect it to go. I Have tried using a wirerd USB mouse, no help. After the system catches up, I will have no issues and it runs fine. I will take any feedback I can get.
