Hp Probook ProBook 470 GO Switchable graphics question
Hy, a just bought a ProBook 470 GO witch switchable intel 4000 and amd 8750m graphics card and some games like Rome Total war 2 doesn't see my amd card, i have set the game in catalys control center to high performance, and every thing else to maximum performance.
Before this i had an DV7 6000 servies with intel 3000 and amd 6470, and it worked perfectly, i only had to set the catalys control center to high performace card and every aplication detected may amd card, are there any drivers like this for the pro book?

Webcam not Working---"Unknown Device"
I have a Pavilion G6-2237US NOTEBOOK PC. I unistalled the driver for the webcam after the camera flickered on and off during skype calls. After reinstallling the cyberlink youcam driver (from this link: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?os=4132&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&sw_lang=&product=5318955), the control panel listed no camera, but instead "unknown device". TheCyberlink youcam software opens, but it gives an error mesage saying that it cannot find a camera. Restarting the computer (and removing the battery inbetween and holding the power button) and using the HP recovery manager is not working. At one point, it recognized the camera again and called the driver something along the lines of a usb video. it had a black screen. But soon after it called it stopped recognizing it and the "unknown device" popped up on the driver devices again. I don't know if it's helpful to mention that when the camera was working the white balance could only be tuned to red or blue and if it was put in the middle it went black. In any case, the unknown driver came back and looking under properties revealed an code 43 error. Additionally, selecting "update driver software" and searching online yielded no results.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I haven't reset to factory seetings, but I'm trying to avoid that in the next couple months.

Operating system: Windows 7 Professional
I noticed a vertical line (white in color) at the right hand side of my screen on the first day I switched on my computer. At first I thought it would go away after i reboot but it did not. Next thing I noticed was that another line appeared left of the first line. This line is pink in color and both lines still exist.
No changes were made to the system prior to any of the lines showing up. No error messages from the system.
Can someone please tell me if they have experienced the same problem and/or what I can do to resolve it.

some programs blurry after screen replacement/upgrade
Hi all, I have an HP 15-j078ca (Windows 8/8.1 x64) that recently underwent warranty to fix the screen that was splitting. Normally this model comes with a 1366x768 resolution screen but when I got it back it had a 1920x1080 screen which was a nice surprise. The problem I am having is some applications are very fuzzy/blurry. I can change the properties to disable DPI scaling which solves the blurry part but makes in uncomfortably small. The programs I'm having issues all work fine on my desktop with the same resolution screen and I've reinstalled them with no avail. I'm willing to reinstall windows if that would help but am wondering if anyone has any other ideas.

issue with skype finding camera on my HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC
My HP Pavillion dv6 appears to have a built in webcam HP TrueVision HD but I have never used it. I am travelling and I am trying to do Skype video calls but Skype says there is no camera. Has anyone else had this issue resolved?

Garbled Screen of Folio 13 1020 us
I bought this notebook in Sep., 2012. I was playing with my Folio 13 1020us when I left and got a phone call. One minute later, I came back and found a garbled screen. There are horizontal lines on my screen, and the patterns are the same like the image shown in the following url.

I try to press F4 to switch the screen mode (to the duplicate or extend mode without connecting a projector), which has been set to a different resolution, and it worked. The screen changes back to normal. But I can't trust it any more.
I would have several job interviews in one or two weeks. Can anyone tell me why is this happening, and how can I prevent it from happening again? I don't want to lose job offers because of a broken notebook. Thanks very much!

intel (R) Graphic Family driver version problem on dm4
I have a Pavilion dm4 2050us notebook PC and the Intel (R) HD Graphic Family driver is version 8.15.10.2279.
Windows Movie Maker 2011 and 2012 requires a newer driver than 8.15.10.2321 (see microsoft note for Movie Maker error c945000e). This has been a problem for what looks like over 2 years now. How can I get an updated driver that is newer than 2321? HP scan for updates to drivers does not give a newer driver.

CAPS lock Blinking & black Display
I am facing issuse with HP Pavilion g6-2004tx Notebook PC . It caps lock key is blinking & black display.

envy 4-1118tx switchable graphics problem
Hi, I have windows 8 installed on my Envy 4-1118TX notebook. The drivers for the AMD Radeon HD 7670M installed perfectly without any errors and the device manager also registers the graphics card to be working properly but still i ont get the switchable graphics options so that i can use the AMD card for graphics. I tried disabling the intel card (intel HD 4000) but the display swtiches to default PNP graphics rather then the AMD card. I tried running the catalyst drivers on the product drivers on the HP site still no avail. Can you please help me resolve this issue

screen fades to black on compaq presario cq62 laptop
need help with correcting or solving problem with screen fading or flickering. Goes black seems as if battery is poor but have it plugged to power source which shows I am fully charged. Seems to be happening more often. Anyone else have this thanks in advance
