HP TouchSmart tm2 Runtime Error Pen_Tablet.exe
Recently I got a tm2 touchsmart notebook from a computer fair that didn't initially come with a pen but the touch screen seemed to work perfectly fine.
Eventually I managed to find a replacment pen and as you can see, it works perfectly fine with the tablet pc input pannel
But if I load up an art program such as Gimp or Krita, I get This error message
After that, my pen isn't seen by my notebook at all until I reset.
My copy of windows is fully updated and I made sure to have the most recent pen tablet driver

screen was fine when closed,it sat on a desk overnight and in the morning the screen has cracked fully across from ,

this is a product defect and should be covered under warrenty

cracked screen on spectre x360
Same, had funny argument with online tech, who insisted that it was non-covered "accidental damage". Told him that there was no accidental damage, unless he means that an accident happened during the laptop's design phase. Finally he agreed to take it in and let the warranty department decide if it was a defect or "accidential damage. " I'll report back on the results.

mouse cursor disappears after I touch screen few times.
After using the touch screen few times and trying to use touchpad for small button clicks, mouse cursor just disappeared and can't find it. But when I exit web browser, I see mouse curson back on backscreen. When I open browser again, it disappears. Only way I can get back my mouse cursor back is restarting the laptop.

need to update intel graphics driver to accommodate OpenGL 3.0, current driver for OpenGL version 2.
Trying to run Sketchup, get error message from sketchup that graphics card supports OpenGL version 2.1 and Sketchup requires version 3.0 or greater to run. They suggested updating graphics card driver to correct. not sure how or where to get driver and which driver to use. Current driver is 8.15.10.2900 as identified by Intel system Identification, for "Intel (R) HD Graphics" card, no number or model shown.

Can't use touchpad and keyboard at the same time
I just got a hp envy and I was wondering if there is a way i can use the touchpad and keyboard at the same time I already turned off smart sense abut it still will not let me use it at the same time I found this out trying to play a game that requires looking around with the touchpad and moving with the keyboard

brightness increasing and decreasing
hi there,
i am having a brightness problem (increasing and decreasing) in hp 15 ac122tu notebook (os windows 10 64 bit).i tried windows 7,8.1.All these having the same issue.updated the drivers and installed hp support application etc. i contacted the nearest service centre and they dont know the problem.The issue comes only in using battery,while charging its ok. all are saying that os issue and i changed the battery too.The same issue comes in all os. I purchased the DOS model.please help me to solve the brightness issue.........

Hi . I cannot run Sony Vegas Pro 13 because of its GPU demanding features . Along with Photoshop which i can run without any GPU demanding features .Also . I have HP's drivers . My Laptop model is : HP Pavilion dv6-3105se.but when i uninstalled all of those drivers . both of the Apps worked properly . But slowly . I had to be patient a little bit .

Webcam non functioning in HP Pavillion X2
Hi all,
The webcam preinstalled in my HP Pavillion x2 has stopped working after I have upgraded the operating system from Windows 8 to Windows 10. I cannot find drivers online on HP website. The webcam is no more listed in Device Manager. The webcam worked properly in Windows 8 before. I have tried to solve the problem following the instructions in the HP website, solution not found.
Anybody can help me with this issue?

HP wide vision HD camera
I received my new HP Envy 360 Convertible 3 days ago. I am very displeased with the webcam quality and the lack of software to edit cam settings. The image is very grainy and pixelated no matter how great the lighting of the room. There has to be some software or a better driver to make the image clear. I've contacted HP and spent several hours with them trying to find a solution. They only things they suggest are to send it in for repair or do a complete system recovery. After what I've read online concerning this camera issue, neither of the suggestions offered will correct the issue I'm having. Are there any other suggestions?

screen blinks
Hello,
My laptop is fairly new and when I plug in the charger (or take it out) it blinks once.
I know this doesn't sound like a huge problem but I was wondering if there is any way to fix this.
So clearly the problem is this:
I plug in the charger. Computer notes that it is now charging. Screen blinks (completely goes black then returns).
or
I unplug the charger. Computer notes that it is now uncharging. Screen blinks (completely goes black then returns.)
Please help!

compact flash trouble
I am trying without luck to open 3 different old compact flashes . I am using a universal card reader, but the notebook says there's an error. How do I get the computer to open and display these? Is Snapfish where to start?I need REALLY detailed assist as I don't talk computer talk well at all.

Hp Pavilion 23tm monitor touch screen not working
My touch screen monitor has been giving me grief since i purchased it 2 years ago. I have read the forums and tried doing what was reccomended. Im still having no luck. I look for drivr updates, computer says driver is up to date. Its starting to get frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated..... yes i have cleaned it with a computer grade cloth.
