Have new Ultraslim Docking Station 2013 and two VGA-to-Displayport adapters for my two older monitors. If I don't dock the laptop (Elitebook 745 G3) and plug either of the monitors into the VGA port (without the adapters) directly to the laptop, the monitors both work. If I plug one of the monitors into the VGA port on the docking station and dock the laptop, the monitors will both work (one at a time since only one VGA port on docking station). However, if I use either or both of the DisplayPort ports (using the VGA to Displayport adapters) on the docking station they don't work. Anyone able to provide some guidance?

HP Elite Book 9480M is not detecting dual monitors HPZ27S
I am working on a HP Elite Book 9480M and I just received two HP z27s monitors. When I plug one monitor into the docking station and/or the laptop each individual monitor works so I know that it is not the monitor or plugs. I tried to connect using the both DVI cords and a DVI to VGA connectors.
So in essence, each monitor works individually but when I hook up both at the same time, "input signal not found" and it is not detecting anything.
I am at a loss. Any suggestions?

out of sync audio and video
couple days ago my laptop did a critical update as it was described, right after i noticed that when using netflix in chrome browser after about an hour of play time, the audio and video became out of sync with each other. i would have to restart the computer to continue watching then about after another hour or so the same thing would happen. at first i thought it was the browser so i installed the netflix application, the same problem occurred. i tried using different browsers and the same thing occurred. i even tried restoring the comp to an earlier period and it was of no help.
can you please direct me as to how i can fix this problem.

original wallpaper from pavilion dm4
I recently updated my laptop and for some reason my wallpaper has disappeared. I've had that wallpaper for 5 years (since 2011, when I bought the laptop) and I've come to really love it. I can't seem to find it anywhere though. I believe it just came pre-installed on my laptop because I remember liking it so much that I didn't want to change it. It had kind of whimsical trees and birds and worms on it. And it was by an girl artist - I remember there was a name on it, but I don't remember the name at all. If anyone happens to have this file or can find it somewhere, the help would be greatly appreciated!

Touchpad disable issue
I cannot find how to disable the touchpad. I've read the other threads and my issue is I have no synaptics tab under the mouse/device control panel. I had an old hp laptop where I could disable it there and in lower right corner.
This is frustrating to not have an option.

Envy touch Screen Issue
After a windows auto update my touchscreen no longer responds. I think it is a driver issue.
My windows is INSISTING that the best driver is this generic driver from 2006. The display also shows up in the wrong place in the device manager. It's not in the HID list.
I'm also having issues with the wireless since an update. It, for lack of a better term, stutters. Other devices will connect just fine and stay connected. But this laptop will drop the connection or simply not 'see' the network.
Any help is appreciated.

MASSIVE FPS DROPS PLEASE HELP!

About the PC:
In January 2016 I purchased a HP Notebook 15 - ae065sa from PC World for around £550 reuced from £650. I saved up for this for ages and yet it's faulty Ever since I bought it I had some issues regarding the FPS. So this computer comes with a NVIDIA Geforce 940M, which I know isn't the best graphics card in the world but it was the only one I could get for my price range which wasn't a desktop!
Specification:
GPU - NVIDIA Geforce 940M (2GB)
CPU - Intel i5-5200U 2.2GHz (duel core as its a laptop)
1TB Hard Drive
8GB RAM
The Problem:
When playing games I can get a playable FPS on low settings in games like CS:GO (70FPS), Rainbow 6 Siege (60 FPS) and Battlefield 1 (40FPS). I keep having an issue that means my frame-rate significantly drops to between 5-15 FPS for around 10 seconds to 1 minute. As a keen gamer this really sucks and is unplayable. It's basically slow motion, and in combat I stand 0 chance in coming out alive!
What I Have Done:
I've tried everything! From updating all possible driver for my computer and graphics card. Stopping random background processes and start up programs. All of my in-game settings are all at low or switched off, the resolution has even been scaled down.
I though it may have been a have a heat issue so I sent it off to be looked at by KNOWHOW. The fans were replaced and the BIOS chip replaced, yet nothing seemed to change.
I believe its not due to a poor graphics card as it can achieve good FPS, but it drops like I mentioned above. I also don't think its heat related as the fans were repalced and this problem occurs when I just start up my pc and lpay straight away, when its still cold.
I've looked at the task manager performance page, nothing is at 100% when these drops occure, im really stuck on what to do next...

I use it to take notes but it reboot each time my tablet. I update all my drivers and system but this bug still appear.

Touchscreen stopped working
The touchscreen on my HP Pavilion 14-b141sa laptop stopped working yesterday morning. It was intermittently failing to register touch for a while but now it doesn't respond at all.
It did this before a couple of years ago, but luckily I was able to fix it earlier this year thanks to a SoftPaq called SP63116. Now it has stopped working once again and SP63116 doesn't help when I run it.
I tried all of the troubleshooting advice on this page, the official HP help page (short of fully reseting/restoring the system) but none of those solutions worked either.
To be clear, I tried checking everything in device manager, hard reseting, reinstalling the touchscreen driver, installing all available updates, checking I had the latest BIOS and drivers (Couldn't do a component test; that option wasn't on my F2 start-up check anymore strangely...)
And as I said, I tried SP63116 again but all it does, after going through the set-up screens, is flash up for a moment then disappear without doing anything. I'm suspecting because I used it once before/it's out of date.
Any help? It's not the end of the world not to have a touchscreen but it is useful sometimes.
(If it's at all relevant, the battery on the laptop is a bit old and is getting the message it needs replacing. I doubt that would be affecting it though)

Display Screen on HP Envy not working
Display screen on laptop is not working. However, when I hook it up to an external monitor through an HDMI cord the display of the monitor portrays on the external monitor just fine. When issue first started, it was a white blank screen when connected to monitor that displayed functions normally. I allowed laptop to update, and then laptop screen worked properly. A few days later same issue, blank white screen on laptop display. Now it is just a black screen. I am writing this through the malfunctioned laptop, with display on external monitor. Brought it to Geek Squad and they said it was probably a software issue. Please help!

pavilion g7 screen goes blank after login
Hi, I've been having problems with my display whenever I login. When I login, the screen goes blank, but is backlit.
It will remain like this even if I close & open it. The only thing that changes it is restart, where the screen goes to normal... until I login, and the cycle repeats. Any help would be apprieciated!

Need help disabling protrait screen mode in spectre
Hello,
I have a new spectre and I never use it in tablet mode. often times when I put it in sleep mode and take it to a meeting it will switch the display to portrait mode and there is no way to get it back to the normal landscape mode. Nothing works aside from a hard reboot. My IT department has tried to disable it and tell me they've disabled it but it keeps happening. Now they want to reimage my computer and if that doesn't work send it back to HP. I've tried the control alt arrow down function and that doesn't work. Someone please help!!

Cracked Screen
I opened my laptop tonight and the screen was cracked, I carried it downstairs and did nothing to it, so it is so WEIRD. I just spent an hour on the phone and politely explained my situation, the person on the phone said it is $424 to fix. I explained my dissappointment and said this had to have happened before it is clearly a defect. They told me nope, so I paid the 424, like everyone else and then I get on the forums and it is rampant. Clearly HP has a problem. I am pretty nervous, becuase I just bought a boat load for my employees and this thing just cracked this easily, I am seriously considering not ordering any more. I fought everyone, they all wanted the surface, but we might have to reconsider. Sorry HP, I think you are great, but you need to figure this out, and not charge everyone so much to fix it. Too bad the laptop is awesome, and the screen was amazing.

Touch pad pointer freezes when I pick up my laptop
Whenever I physically move my laptop (like pick it up to move it closer or to a new location) the pointer for my touchpad freezes. I have to close my laptop and open it back up to get it working again. If i keep my laptop in the same spot it will work perfectly. This problem only happens when I physically move the laptop.
