After installation of drivers which I get from your link, this laptop runs windows 7 64bit
more or less satisfactorily. Many many thanks for your valuable support.
But, one thing, all the ports (usb ports & sd card port) are functioning, excepting the HDMI port
which was working properly when I had installed windows 10 on this laptop.
I have installed-

3)Driver-Graphics-AMD High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver sp71253.

a)Broadcom 802 11bgn WLAN Driver for Windows 7 sp70888.
b)Broadcom Bluetooth Software sp71440.
c)Realtek Local Area Network (LAN) Driver sp71268.
6)Driver-Storage-Realtek Card Reader Driver sp71266.
Is it a problem of driver or hardware (HDMI Port)?
Please once again help me to solve this problem, so that I can connect my laptop with my LED TV.

According to HP Support Assistant, my pavilion (ab141na) is equiped with dual gpu.To be more specific here is a screen grab of the assistant.
I tried several games without any luck. For example Sherlock Holmes vs Jack the Ripper is giving me no more than 5-6 fps. Sherlock Holmes Crimes and punishments is even worse. I used the amd system monitor and i realise according to the output (csv) of the application that the game is always playing using the APU and not the GPU.
I dont know, its the first time that i have a dual gpu laptop and i dont know how to use it properly maybe.
Any help would be appreciated.
Since I got the computer 9 months ago, I have had issues with the display. After numerous call sessions with HP, it is still not know if it is hardware or software. I woudl like to know if anyone else has had these issues.
When I open the notebook, about 50-70% of the time, the screen fades in and out in verticle bars for about 5 minutes and I am unable to do anything until it stops.
This week, a new issue has occurred where the screen when I first open the computer is blacked out. It is supposed to have an image.
Anyone else having this issue with this model???

2. i installed amd ccc driver provided by hp. but there is no option too.

Hello support forums, I recently bought an HP Envy 17 notebook and decided to install a few games on it to play during my free time, however I've ran into a rather annoying issue that has only propped up recently. Previously I could play nearly any game I wanted with little to no performance issues anywhere from minecraft to diablo 3 to need for speed with no slow down or stutters and only a little bit of heat, but now a days at almost random intervals my graphics will crawl down to a screeching hault and just linger there for 5-10 seconds and then resume as if nothing ever happened. Although I can get used to it, some days these slow stutters will become annoying consistent and other days I can go an hour or more without them at all. When I got this laptop fresh I had no issues with it whatsoever but now a day it's getting so bad I'm considering returning it getting something with similar specs that isn't being produced from HP.
Whenever I load minecraft I crash immediately. Upon investigating it was reccomeneded I update to the latest intel graphics driver. The version installed on the notebook is Intel HD Graphics Family 10.18.10.3574 (4/24/2014).
There is a much newer version on the intel site but I cannot get the notebook to update to it to save my life. Please advise as I want to play Minecraft with my family.

My pc screen suddenly opened up all grey. I cannot see Windows but I hear the chime when the password screen opens and when I put my password in, I hear the sound of my Windows home screen opening. I cannot see tne icon to shut down Windows so I have been just turning off my power . I tried to run a recovery disk but I cannot see the icon to start my DVD drive. I suspect this is a grafics hardware problem but I'm not sure. Has anyone had this problem and what is anything can I do to correct this?

I have HDMI port, however when I connected my laptop to TV using HDMI cable, I found it not working. When I right clicked under My PC and looked under Display it is not listed there either.
Please help me to resolve the issue.

THIS HAPPEN AFTER I FORMAT THE SYSTEM.

hello i have a problem with my webcam i cant even skype and when i try to install the drivers it refuses to respond with the intergrated web cam how do i solve this issue? my laptop is hp 620 and its currently running on ms ultimate and its intel pentium.
I have heard that HP has repaired some of the laptops like mine that have the faulty left hinge. However, when I contacted them about fixing mine, I was told it would cost me $280! This laptop cost $1,000.00 and I'm supposed to pay for a design flaw? Yes, my laptop is out of warranty, but 99% of its life has been spent on a table without the lid being opened and closed anywhere near as much as most laptops.
This is unacceptable. I have to leave my laptop open now and have it in just the right position so that the display is not screwed up. Do I really have to purchase from Dell now?
I'm having trouble with my laptop. I bought it as it had a damaged screen and have since replaced it. However, I am still not getting any display (on screen or externally via VGA cable). I have since replaced the Motherboard but still no joy.
