Please let me know the driver I need to use for AMD Radeon R7 M440 card. I tried downloading and installing the AMD crimson 16.9.1 control panel but it installs a M340 driver and is not compatible. Unfortunately, in a haste, i also removed the HP Drivers partition.

I have recently bought the HP Envy Notebook [Product Number: P6M30PA#AB4].
The display boxes are squashed for any apps that I open up, and I have tried adjusting the display setting in the control panel. Please see below-- the display on Microsoft Word is very small (NB: Recycle Bin icon is set to medium size for reference). This happens with other displays such as opening a SanDisk USB drive that requires inputting of password, etc.

Hello, some days ago I updated my Graphic Card driver (Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000). I had a look at the Intel website and found the right driver for my computer. The day after this, I started to notice some little problems, for example the cooling fan worked hard also when there was no program open. Another difference was that when I opened any folder, I could see a quick refresh of all the icons in the desktop, as if the computer had to load them any time, and this didn't happen before. I also noticed a small slowdown in the programs speed, so I thought that the problem was the cpu overworking, but I looked at that and the activity (with no program open) was about 20%, and I think it's quite normal. Today I have visited the HP website and I have gone to see the drivers to install for my computer model. I found out that there was a more rcent driver for my graphic card, rather than the one I had installed at the beginning... so, my question is, could it be a graphic driver problem? And should I try to download the one linked in the HP website, for my computer?

My Laptop recently hung and I could not even do a ctrl/alt/delete to run the task program to see what was happening, so I powered off manualy. Upon startup, I have a black border running down the right hand side of the page and cannot see the taskbar along the bottom. I have set the resolution to 1280x720 to enable access to the bottom taskbar. I have updated the driver for the display, but this did not cure the problem. How can I get back to 1280x800 ?

My brightness function keys sometimes flip so that F2 makes things brighter and F3 makes them darker, and the darkest setting goes from mildly bright to completely black. Generally, restarting my laptop or letting it go to sleep and waking it up later will have them flip back to normal, but this time it's not fixing itself. I've done an AVG and a CCleaner scan to check for issues and found none. All drivers appear up to date. I don't know what steps to take next.
Last night my notebook laptop's screen would not come on, even though the computer has power. The F12 button has a solid "orange" light and the Cap Lock key has a white light that blinks constantly every 3 seconds. I've plugged an external wide screen monitor to my laptop to see if it would work, but the external monitor says it's getting no signal from the computer. What would be the cause and fix for this? I would like to get this notebook fixed as I've had it for about five years and never had any issues with it until now. Thanks for any and all advice.

SCREEN STARTED BLINKING FROM LAST 15 MIN
I have been trying --without success-- to get my Spectre x360 15t (with Intel Isis 540 graphics and the I7 6560 processor) to work reliably in the UHD Color mode (4:4:4 chroma), at 60 Hz (60p) with a Samsung UN40KU6300 TV. This is a UHD (3840x2160) TV, with the UHD Color capability on the HDMI port 1.
I have, in fact, been able to get the TV to recognize the laptop output in the correct mode (3840x2160 60p UHD Color) several times, which required the workaround whereby the HDMI cable had to be unplugged while the computer was booting, and plugged in only after the boot was finished. The TV has the UHD Color mode enabled on port 1. When the cable is finally plugged in, the display SOMETIMES recognizes the connection and clicks into the right mode. Other times, it'll just flash the computer desktop image briefly (for half a second), and then the signal is lost (and the message appears on the TV to that effect). Even when the correct connection is established, it is easily lost if I replug the cable, or reboot the computer WITHOUT unplugging the cable. When replugging the cable live, sometimes the TV displays the message that the resolution is incorrect on source. I have verified that the display configuration is correct in the Intel Graphics control panel, where the external display does, in fact, appear as "Digital Television Samsung", at the 3840x2160 resolution and at 60Hz.
The TV has a lot LESS trouble recognizing a 3840x2160 60p connection WITHOUT UHD Color. So, when I connect the laptop to the TV on the HDMI 2 port (which does not have the UHD Color capability) or even the same HDMI 1 port, but with UHD Color mode disabled, the TV recognizes the signal EVERY TIME, although it still requires that the cable be unplugged while the computer is booting and plugged in only when the boot is complete. Replugging the cable live in this mode also still causes the loss of signal and/or the "incorrect resolution" message.
One other piece of information is that on the few occasions that I WAS able to establish the correct 3840x2160 60p UHD Color connection with the TV, half of the time the HDMI Audio driver disappeared from the computer (or at least the "Samsung Digital TV" option no longer appeared in the Playback Devices window), and the only way to get it back was to reinstall the Intel Isis 540 graphics driver -- after which the Samsung audio device would reappear, but the TV would again be unable to connect in the right mode.
I have completely ruled out the possibility that the problem is caused by an incorrect or faulty HDMI cable (by trying it with THREE different cables, all rated specifically for High Speed, HDMI 2.0 and UHD Deep Color).
I have explored just about every option and workaround I could think of, and there is just no reliable way to get this connection to work. I need to figure out where the problem lies -- is it in the graphics chip, the motherboard, the Intel Isis 540 driver or the TV firmware?

Touch screen responds with no reason. The left side of touch screen (side with window icon) suddenly respond like someone's finger sweeps on that edge (up and down fast and repeatedly). I al so have the record video but I cannot upload it here. The touchscreen response went on and on none stop and uncontrolable clicked on several things so I had to restart the machine then it gone. These have happened so many time. No dust or scratch on the touch screen or touch pad to cause that response. I just brought it a month ago when I was in Thailand. Now I stay in US. Could you recommand anything except sending the laptop back to Thailand.
I have an HP Pavilion 15 L3S53EA laptop, and when I go to HP Drivers site, and type in my model name, it gives me drivers for my laptop, but for my GPU, it gives me 3 drivers that are identical, but not the same.

I just got a new HP Envy x 360 in July 2016 and a new HP monitor 27es Display in mid-August.
It was connecting to the monitor by using HDMI fine till last week. From a week ago (around Labor day), it stopped recognizing the monitor.
I have an old HP laptop, and it is fine connecting to the the monitor by VGA. So, it is not the monitor's issue.
I remember I did the recommended HP update around the same time. I am suspecting that update caused the issue with HDMI. Can anyone help? Thanks.
Windows update recently and now my touchscreen only right clicks. I have tried to figure out how to swap it back to how it was without doing a system restore because the update will have to be done again anyway.
Anybody know how to fix this?
