No driver for Radeon R5 m430
I have failed to find a video driver for Radeon R5 m430. My os is WIn 7 64.
Tried AMD/Intel switchable driver sp75504 but if has identified the videocard as m330 with an yellow sign.
Could someone pls share a link with proper driver.

Half of My Screen is Different Colors
Sorry if I answered the product information incorrectly and unclearly, but I still hope someone can help. Almost all the time, half of my laptop shows randomly colored lines and I have to either hold the screen or hit it lightly for it to show the full screen. It's a mirical when it actually shows the full screen like now. Almost nearly the slightest movement will cause half of the screen to go crazy with colors. I'm pretty much afraid to move it or put it down unless I am going to have to not be on it for a while. I have had this laptop for about four years, if that helps. The laptop will sometimes show rainbow colors only in the middle of the screen rather than on the whole half of the screen. One side is always uneffected (The left side). It began about a few weeks ago, but wasn't a big problem until now. I don't take it much out of the house. While carrying it from one room to another, I may have accidently hit it (if that helps). Would I need tools to fix it, an expert to fix it, or would it be better to buy a new one entirely?

my mouse keeps diapearing on my hp spectre 13 imch. the mouse will reapear when im on my desktop.
my mouse keeps diapearing, and when i return to my desk top it returns. when i go on to chrome the mouse disapears again. you think it has to do with the screen being a touch pad cause i notice right after using the touch pad on the computer screen the mouse disappears.

Envy Screen White when opened
I have had this issue for a few months now and I do not know what to do. Every time I open my laptop after a bit of time not using it (i.e. walking from one class to a diffrent one) the screen is white and I have to tap on the back of the screen while its open in order for the images on the screen to appear (the silver plastic plate not the actual screen). Multiple times, I have attempted to let the screen return to normal by waiting and letting the system have some time on the white screen and it doesn't work. I sent my laptop to HP last december to try to get this situation fixed (among other issues), but within a day of getting back I was having this issue again. I cannot send my laptop in anymore as I cannot afford to not have it for my college classes, I need a solution now.
What do I do?

Glitches
I bought a new laptop for school and it worked great the first couple times I used it with the exception of a glitch here and there, no big deal. However as I was writing a paper for school dots, as though I was touching the screen kept appearing consistently and randomly in a row virticly on the right side of the screen. I restarted the computer and it was fine. I then heard the computer start talking and reading the screen in the middle of the night while the computer was still closed and when I opened it up the screen was black but I could still see the icons on the screen. I did a reset I the computer and thought that would work, and it did, until today. I opened my laptop and the screen was zoomed in x200 and when I flipped it to tablet the spots on the screen again and it wouldn't go into tablet mode. Help

I had broken hinge and someone from hp called me. We talked about me hinge and he sent me a box to send in my computer in to get it fixed. A few days later it was returned to me just like new. So this is a thank you to hp for doing the right thing. It may be a little late but I could back on here till now. Thank you for fixing my hinge. Its been so long like about three months but I think the person who called was Leo.Any way I like my hp laptop. And I would buy again if this one stops working.

I can't close The blue sound bar icon on my new HP360,HELP???!

The black with blue sound bar icon is stuck and staying open in the upper left hand corner of my screen with my brand new 360???!
Any help is is appreciated to move and or close it, and what is the best way to open and close it as I'm required to,use it quite a lot for some of my classes this semester!

External monitor via HDMI not working on a HP Spectre 13 Ultrabook (Model no. F5C93EA#ABU)
I have a HP Spectre 13 Ultrabook (Model No. F5C93EA#ABU) originally shipped with Windows 8.1 64 bit.
About 2 months ago it was updated to Windows 10 64-bit with no great problems (update in place).
Recently I observed that the external HDMI port no longer works when trying to connect to a TV. I have since tested many combinations of external monitors and cables together with other laptops and proved the problem is with this laptop,
We have updated windows 10 to the latest aniversary update to attempt to fix the problem and have also uninstalled and reinstalled the Intel Gaphics Driver which is currently at version 10.18.15.4248. This the latest driver is as posted at the HP website and tends to the be the version that is also automatically installed via windows update.
I notice that actual baseline release date of 10.18.15.4248 is August last year. Intel have many later non-OEM versions but this is the latest HP OEM version.
I am at a loss on how to fix the problem and have had to resort to a plugabble USB3 to HDMI adapter to provide external monitor support.

screen flickering issue in hp pavilion AU003TX..
I bought an Hp notebook AU003TX..Second day of purchase I found my notebook's screen flickering and it was uncertain,it occurs may be one time or two times a day. Called the tech support no they told me to ON it in BIOS mode and it. was flickering in BIOS mode also so they said it's an hardware prblm we will send an engineer.Engineer arrived and in first half hr he said there is no prblm bt after some time flickering occurred and he said there may be some problem.I demanded DOA BT they denied and said there is no hardware issue drivers has to be updated so I got it replaced from my dealer and the previous notebook when checked drivers were already updated.Now after 4-5days again the same issue was found in my new notebook.Now service people says window or drivers has to be updated and these are already updated.They took the notebook and after two days returned saying there is no issue however the tech support says there is hardware problem as screen is flickering even in BIOS mode. The case has been closed and the problem is not solved yet.

Video Crashes & Restarts. Suspect H/W Issue
While viewing videos or running games I get the "AMD drivers have stopped responding". Video subsystem restarts then crashes again within seconds.
Updated AMD drivers, upgraded to Windows 10, reloaded AMD drivers, Completely reinstalled Windows 7 Pro 64 and AMD Redeon package ... all to no avail.
I suspect that this is a hardware issue but cannot find on-line how to request a replacement system board. I am HP Certified but have lost the link to my HP Service page where I can order the warranty part myself.
Yes, a 2-part question. I believe I know the resolution but cannot find an HP hardware support solution. Laptop is still under warranty.

Elitebook 6930p doesn't recognize VGA to HP HD TV
I attached a VGA cable from my HP HD TV to my Elitebook, but when I press the function key f4 [fn f4] I get the message: "Your pc can’t project to another screen. Try reinstalling the driver or using a different video card."
I attached the VGA from the TV to the Elitebook then booted up the Elitebook, but it still doesn't recognize the TV as a monitor. I then did a web scan for an update for my ATI Radeon HD 34 Series Display Adapter and I'm told mine is up to date.
What else do I need to do?

Can't adjust contrast on Envy 17-n106
I can't figure out how to adjust contrast. When it comes to very light colors, I simply can't see them: everything is white. The keyboard has F2/F3 to adjust brightness, but nothing for contrast.

Screen tinted green
Hi there. This laptop is about two years old, and yesterday I encountered a rather frightening error. After loading up a video (I had many other things open including a game (all settings on low) Skype + other tabs on Firefox) my screen tinted to green, proceeded to flash slowly with bright white and pink, and promptly switched itself off.
After that initial error, I attempted to boot up the computer numerous times which resulted in a 5-10 second startup with a black screen, after which my laptop would shut itself down again. Rather frightened by this i shut it down again and did not touch it for about a day.
Today I opened it again and discovered that it was correctly starting itself up now, however now the entire screen is tinted in green. When i upload screenshots, they appear completely normal to the person viewing them on their end, which means this is completely on my side.
There was no real problem with the screen until then. The only other problem with the laptop is physical damage. About three weeks ago it received a rough physical shock on one of its corners which snapped the hinge in half. This was no problem until it received another similar shock one week later (not by me this time!!!) in the same area. Since then the casing at the front has been prone to "falling off". I admit it was stupid in hindsight but I had been snapping the casing back on daily. Maybe I screwed something up on the inside?
All my friends seem to think that it's something internal like the graphics card but I'm unsure... I think it's more likely caused by my own error in dealing with the casing. Any help even if it's just information on what I might have done to it would be greatly appreciated...!
