The cursor has completely disappeared from my screen
I got my laptop back from HP only last week after they completely replaced my keyboard as some keys weren't working. Gradually things went haywire for the cursor which was jumping around at first but has now completely disappeared from my screen.

(after it was cracked). It has white dots on it when I try to touch an icon etc.. I tried to calibrate, components test etc. it is still not working correctly. When I tried the components test, when i would touch a block to erase it, the other side would erase.
Any suggestions??

AMD Radeon HD 8750M doesn't detect
Hello. My notebook is HP Probook 450 G1 with AMD Radeon HD 8750M and Intel HD 4400
I just reinstall Windows on my notebook . And now i have problems with AMD driver, cause i can't install drivers for it.
First of all i must observe that device manager and GPU-Z doesn't detect it. The second thing i've detected - in GPU-Z shows that multi-gpu is OFF. In BIOS dual graphics switched on, so i can't realise what is the problem. Allready turned my BIOS to default, but didn't help .In my old windows always was ok, but now she doesn't detect AMD too, only Intel HD.

HP Omen laptop Model 17-w033dx
I just purchased an hp omen 17.3 model 17-w033dx 2 days ago, and it is not working properly straight out of the box. I can not play any game with any system requirements for longer than 10 minutes without the frame rate tanking. I have tried to run 4 different games, all which should definitely be able to be ran by the hp omen 17.3. I have tried all variations of graphics settings and they all fail to work consistently. I'll begin with getting over 150fps and it will drop all the way down to 15-25 fps and stay there until I restart the game. Even restarting the game doesn't fix the issue sometimes. I purchased this laptop thinking it was a gaming laptop, turns out I cant even run Hearthstone on low settings for longer than 10 minutes. What a disappointment and waste of my time. I've tried tinkering with all sorts of graphical settings, making sure everything is set to performance, it did not make a difference. Needless to say I will not be purchasing any "gaming" equipment from HP in the future. As for my Omen, I will be returning it as soon as I get the chance.

Z-Book G3 M1000M Netflix presents no video with external monitors
I am a poud new owner of a new Z-book G3 Studio with the 4K screen and Quadra M1000M video. I am having difficulties with two streaming services, one is Netflix the other is Xfinity streaming.
When the workstation is running standalone with no external monitors there are no issues using the streaming services. Once I've plug in an exteternal monitor into the built in HDMI port or the display port or 15 pin connector on the HP 150 Thunderbolt docking station and extending the displays, the streaming services only play back audio. There are no errors presented. The video is just black. It does not matter if I am using the Microsoft Store Netflix application of running it from a browser. I should mention this is true no matter which screen is the main screen.
Disconnening the montitors does not fix the issue alone. I need to disconnect the second monitor, logoff and log back in.
All thread around Netflix issues point to the need to updated display drivers but I've checked an have the latest. I've also looked at setting in the Nvideo Control panel and do not see anything relevant.
I am running windows XP Professional 64bit, I7, 16GB
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello! I have trouble with my HP 15-ac165ur, OS: DOS. I install Windows 10. So I need drivers go to hp.com, and search drivers. So for videocards in the site I see: one AMD R330 driver, and THREE! 3! Drivers for Intel HD 520!? So when I install ALL THREE DRIVERS, I have problem.
When I work on notebook, sometime display off and ON after 3-5 seconds, Windows says: "Trouble with Graphics adapter..." When I push Photoshop it says: "Your display driver doesn't install..." So help me, please!

I BOUGHT A LAPTOP 12 DAYS BACK AND MY SCREEN HAS BEEN FLCKERING SINCE THE SECOND DAY.
I purchased a hp pavilion laptop au 003 tx ON THE 26TH OF JUNE......since the second day the screen has been flickering......i called up the customer care and was told to update certain drivers which i did through the link i received from Hp......though after the updates the problem still persists.....i hv to call customer care atleast 20 times to connect.....kindly guide me on how to resolve my problem....

One Missing Driver And 2 Devices Not Working Properly
So I've recently switched to Windows 10 (32 bit) ... My netbook only has 32GBs so I figured I get more space using 32 bit and I have a lot more now.
But minor issues though, I can't seem to get the touchscreen to work or find any drivers for it.
I also have an invalid driver; PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller.
And I also have two devices in device manager where windows can't load the required drivers.
For my touchpad drivers I don't see anything in devices that I think could be them.
I appreciate any help on any the problems above even though 32 bit isn't support; I imagine the manufactures may support 32 bit. I got some drivers update using driver easy, but I can't seem to get it to update these drivers.

8470P screen upgrade
Sorry for the second post on the same topic, but I'm hoping someone who has tried this can let me know if it worked.
I have the 8470P with native screen res of 1366x768. I would like to upgrade that to 1600x900. If I also buy the corresponding display cables to go with the new panel, will this upgrade work? I believe all connectors for both screen resolutions are 40 pin.
One screen retailer stated that "HD screen (1366x768) uses one channel video cable, while HD+ (1600x900) and Full HD (1920x1080) use 2-channels video cable, thus they are not compatible. You can upgrade screen resolution by switching video cable to Full HD only! Please, refer to manufacturer to find compatible video cables for HD+ and FullHD resolutions." This sounds like it is possible to upgrade if the correct display cable is purchased. Does anyone know?

webcam
After spending some time trying to download a driver for webcam in order to use Skype, I have come to the conclusion that perhaps this computer doesn't have the necessary hardware. Page 11 of the manual shows the "Webcam light" and "Webcam" with the caveat, "select models only".
My computer does indeed have a little camera above the display screen. However when I view the drivers available for my computer and operating system, there are no drivers for a camera or webcam.
How do I know for sure this computer is not capable of using the Webcam (for Skype)?
If the hardware is not capable, is there a way to upgrade this computer? Or otherwise enable Skype?

How to Best Set Up Dual Monitors Extended Monitor on ZBook G2 15 Inch Notebook

I purchased a ZBook 15 G2 Mobile Workstation in February 2016 and noticed something I didn't expect with this computer. When I play video on both screens the external screen is playing at 15fps. I saw this with my older EliteBook but expected that it would be cured since the new one includes a video card. I assumed that with a video card that both monitors could process video at the given frame rate.
How do I make use of the video card or other setting to maximize the video playback quality (and other graphics) on the external monitor?
Details: I have a ZBook 15 inch G2 Mobile Workstation with an NVIDIA Quadro K610M Graphics card, am running Windows 7, have 16 GB RAM and a 7200 RPM hard drive. I am using a VGA (XVGA) output. I believe there is also a thunderbolt 2 output.
I am using a software called TrialDirector that utilizes Windows Media Player. The video is playing on both screens, but the screens are set in Extended Screen mode. The software mirrors the video onto both screens.
There must be a way to set the onboard screen to run from the onboard graphics and the external to run from the card.

Graphics card not detecting
I have installed windows 7(64bit) on my laptop and while installing the graphics driver i am facing the problem the graphics card is not getting detected even after installing the amd driver. The graphics card is not getting displayed on the device manager screen also as it was getting displayed before in my windows 7. I have the graphics card of AMD Radeon HD 6490.
