Hi. I am having a problem with my screen jumping so much that I can't do anything. What's going on? I upgraded from W 8.1 to W 10 several months ago. Not sure if it's 32 bit or 64. thank-you.

Display Driver Crash in Windows 10
so i have the intell(r) hd 4600 display driver on my laptop ocasionally while i am playing a game or watching youtube etc,etc. the driver will crash i have updated the driver rolled it back and reupdated it to see if it would fix it and nothing worked the only thing i can see differently between my driver version and the one on here for my laptop is the date is different on the one i have but the number is the same. this site says 10.18.15.4248 rev c and that it was updated may 5 2016, the one i have says 10.18.15.4248 and 6/29/2015 for the driver date though if i try and update it it says it is fully updated

Envy m6 with AMD A10-5750M APU 2.50Hz
I know my graphics card is updated to the most recent update, but this just keeps happening. I've had the laptop for about 2 years and this has been going on for about half a year. But its never been THIS bad, I want to know if it's something I can do just from updates and whatnot through the laptop, if I need to send it to be cleaned or such. plshlp

Can't access blue character keys on HP G62 laptob
I am unable to access the blue characters on the keyboard, despite trying to hold control, shift and right shift at the same time. Could somebody please tell me how to do this? Thanks

Intel HD driver locks up laptop
Hello, I hope I can get some help here. I have an HP Pavilion dm4 1162us laptop that started acting up after attempting the Windows 10 upgrade. It failed and ever since, I have been unable to use the laptop. It would sometimes not boot up and then if it did I could attempt to log in and it would lock shortly after. Thinking it was something to do with the OS, I reloaded Win10 clean on a new hard drive and it was fine until it installed the Intel HD video driver. I can go into safe mode and it works fine so I changed the driver to the standard vga driver and the laptop works fine, however, I need multiple monitor support which I cannot do with the generic driver and I would like to have the intel driver loaded so I can take advantage of better graphics. Thinking it was a problem then with the driver and Win10, I installed Win7 back onto it and it does the same thing. I've tried the oldest driver I can find, the newest and everything in between as well as a BIOS update. Can someone PLEASE help me with this? It's to the point where if I don't get this fixed I'll have to buy another computer and that just sucks. It worked before, it CAME like this so I don't know why it would stop working all of the sudden. RAM tests show that the RAM is good.

Problems with HP Truevision HD
Found someone having the exact problem as me on this forum and below is his description:
Webcam is dead. Well not dead, but the Device Manager sees it and runs Windows Generic USB usbvideo.sys driver. When App or software launches, the light comes on (hardware is accessing) but immediately goes on/off with loop of camera/no-camera.
This is NOT working.
Try to open Windows Camera- and I can watch device manager freak out and flash camera, no-camera, camera, no-camera... over and over. If I disable the device, then the app stops sending looping error messages and says no-camera. (yeah I know I disabled it, but the loop tells me this is a DRIVER specific issue.)
I uninstalled the device, allowed Windows to detect, still installs basic driver.
I need to find a CURRENT working DRIVER for HP TRUEVISION HD WEBCAM
Where can I find a driver- not software- just the driver?????

quick question: I know HP does not officially support active stylus for the Spectre. But still, I need that! That's why I have to ask before I buy...

Black screen
I was playing chess on my cpu and it suddenly turned off...but that happened a lot of times...due to overheating...but this time...when i re opened it...it didn t show me the desktop no more...just a small line in the left...and a big black screen...with nothing on it...all my lights are on...these means it s working...right?!

HP Problem 11 ME Go Notebook PC
I've just bought the HP ProBook 11 EE G1 Notebook PC ProBook for my son to do his online school stuff but the screen view has gone side ways to the key board which makes it unusable unless I want him to get neck strain from having to tilt his head to see whats on the screen!
Anyone know what to do to sort it? Other than shutting down and restarting which I have tried and it's not worked.

Hdmi port non responsive - hdmi signal unknown and not picking up any graphics or showing on monitor
Unable to connect my compaq cq60 PC using my Hdmi port have troubleshoot hdmi cord using another laptop and hdmi cord is fine and working so is the TV monitor a message is coming up Signal unknown how do i fix this???? The laptop isnt working for buisness or pleasure because none of the graphics drivers from Hp (and Ive tried them all) are working properly.
We upgraded the laptop to windows 10 a while back and we learned that apparently doing that makes it so the recovery harddrive that came with it wont work. I tried factory resetting but that didnt work at all, leaving me no choice but to reinstall windows 8.1 fresh. Obviously thats not how it was shipped to me as I assume its missing crutial HP installs and such to make the switchable graphics work.
Ive ordered the media to revert back to factory settings but my question is, is that even going to work? It seems like after windows 10 came out the drivers for my specific laptop, and other people that ive read about just wont work for switchable graphics.
AMD and Microsoft both say to talk to HP. So that being said, here I am. What is someone to do with a crippled computer that was still fairly recently purchased when all of the video drivers wont work? Ive gone through HP assistant, ive gone through the hp website and downloaded everything individually but still with no luck.
I look forward to hearing from someone.
