When I was working in Windows 8 there was an option to scan multiple pages. Now I can not find the cute Scan and Print butterfly. How can I can a 3 page document and keep them as one file?

HP EliteBook 840 G3 Notebook PC + docking station my monitos go black
Hi,
I'm using the above Elitbook 840 G3 with docking station. My external monitor(which connected with display port) form time to time goes black and returns. It happens mostly in the end of the day.
Who do you tihnk is the blame I have used it without the docking station and it was O.K.
I have invetigated but, nothing to do with screen saver and the power managment.
Does it a problem with the docking station how can I verifiy it?

my computer screen goes black when power a/c is plugged in since upgraded to w 10.
You asked for serial numbers, no sure if that is safe, but here is mine. Display goes black when I plug in Power a/c adapter. with Windows 10, the problem happened since upgrading to W10. I tried to change power settings as you said, to NEVER, there is no such area you said to turn off in my computer personalization, in the power settings. My brighteness is fine, it goes black. help.
My other new HP computer is going in the sho and I must rely on this W10 lap top while it is gone. It seems it is all W10 problems. how do we fix it?

Fingerprint Scanner not working but SimplePass thinks it does.
So earlier today, I logged into my computer seamlessly with the fingerprint scanner multiple times. Then, all of a sudden, the light has stopped working and I can't login with the scanner no matter how many times I attempt it. I've opened up simplepass, and it seems to think there's no problem with it. When I try to register a new finger, it simply gives me the directions and says 0% (no "not connected" or anything like that). When I swipe my finger it doesn't recognize it, though, and it stays at 0% until I press cancel. What should I do. I've already rebooted the computer and that hasn't seemed to work.

Brightness Keys not working

I have HP 15-ac 120tx laptop with windows 10 whis is i recently brought. On my laptop brightness keys (f2+f3) is working fine for few days, but suddenly its not working. I also try to changed the brightness from grpahics propertiy but its aslo not working (Apply button is disable). please give me any solution for this.

HP EliteBook 9470m - Cannot Adjust Brightness
Hi there, I have an issue with non-responsive Brightness Adjustment on my laptop.
Symptom is that brightness does not increase or decrease when adjusting the setting using the FN Key + F9/F10 which are the designated buttons to adjust. There is also no change when I unplug from power outlett (which in theory should make the screen brightness come down).
I have installed the latest bio, and have tried looking for new software/drivers, but to no avail... I simply can't reduce the brightness (and it's quite bright - to the point it is uncomfortable to use at night).
Suggestions how to handle?

Hello! I have an HP Omen 15 with a NVIDIAGeForceGTX 860M and in games I'm always getting bad fps and it is always laggy. I noticed that the new HP Omen has a NVIDIA GeForceGTX960M so I was wondering if I go to the store where I bought it from, would they let me trade it in for a new one with a 960? HDMI stopped working after Windows 10 upgrade from Windows 7 on HP Pavilion dv 3
Ugraded to Windows 10 - HDMI not working, searched for hours trying to find a solution and no idea what to do, so rolled back to Windows 7. Once rolled back HDMI working again so some kind of compatability issue.

problem with instil amd display driver

i have HP Pavilion DV6 6C45 and almost two weeks ago i partitioned it then i installed windows 10 and after that just for test i installed Ubuntu 16 but after some days again i partitioned it then installed windows 10 againbut sicne then no driver installs currectly specially during the installation of AMD graphic drivers my screen used to refresh but now it doesnt and when the proccess is compelet it needs restart but after my system restarts screen goes black.
i even download my drivers form HP and AMD for both windows 7 and windows 10 but non of them worked.
please guide me.what should i do??

Small white spot on monitor, more visible with white screen
Hello everybody. I own a Zbook, and today a small white dot appeard on my screen. Is brighten then his surroundings and it can be perfectly be seen on the white background. Is quite annoying. Anyone knows a cure for this? my notebook is under warranty, but i still i will prefer if i can fix it somehow whitout changing the display. Thank you

Elitebook 8560p display goes black (dim)
My display goes dim in the middle of me working on it. I have to shut it down and restart the machine to get the display back. Does anyone know how to fix this?

unwanted clicks when hovering
When I simply hover over a link, it is selected. No click. It is impossible to use like this....it clicks on things that i do NOT want to click on. This is a new HP Pavilion laptop. I cannot find the settings to change sensitivity.

double click one time, single click the next....and sometimes no click at all....
The same touchpad that selects links without being clicked on, also randomly requires a double click or a single click, or a light touch anywhere on the screen, or a serious hard tap on the left corner. It is not consistant. Can it be adjusted or disabled?

went to rename mypavilion and it told me i could not use the following characters.... when I wasn't.
went to rename my HP 17-g161US pavilion and it told me i could not use the following characters.... when I wasn't. All I used was upper and/or lower case letters. I tried several combo's and it kept telling me I was using special characters.

My Laptop disp[lay won't show the full screen contents
The machine loads fine but items in the buttom of the sscren will not appear. I have restored the system. Used system recovery to no avail. Do I have to replace the disiplay? Is this a BIOS issue? Is it a grafics card issue? Should I call it quits and buy a new machine? The PC is 3 years old.
