hello I have problem with intel hd 4600 graphic card always after I install driver (I try from hp site,intel site also I try auto detect or windows 10 updating) always same IGFX stop working and computer turn off but if I turn off windows aero its working. I try different OS like linux (distrubutions like mint working because no aero but ubuntu with aero screen start lag apier dots all kind of colours until compiuter restart, also I try Mac os 10.9.5 mavericks (hackintosh) its also screen blinking appier dots on screen). I think maybe hd 4600 graphics processor burn it ?.... Also is geforce GT 740m witch I cant run without intel HD 4600 drivers on Windows OS but with Ubuntu I can install geforce drivers and choose use just geforce GPU and its working perfect... Its posible maybe some how turn off intel IGPU and 100% use geforce ?

Touch screen

HP ProBook 470 G2 overheating on Windows 10
Hi, in December 2015 I had serious overheating problems on my new HP ProBook 470 G2 when I upgraded to Windows 10. In the end, I went back to Windows 7 and all the problems were solved. With Microsoft now threatening to discontinue the free upgrade to Windows 10 by the end of July 2016, does anybody know if there was a bug fix on Windows 10 that solved the problem? I really would not like to go through all the pain again of upgrading, swearing for two weeks, and then restoring again!

cracked screen on spectre x360
After lot of search and impatience, i am writing hear with lot of hope.
I am from india and received this laptop (hp spectre x360, copper trim) last december as a birthday gift from my sister from the US. I am currently in india and have been delighted to use this product for 4 months.
Two day ago after using it i shut it down and to my nightmare next moring i found a slight hair line crack on the screen, which has now increased to lot of cracks after using as i had all my data on the laptop. I called the CC India and reported the problem but they said as this product is not available here, but have taken my complaint.
Its been only 4 month and i have hardly used it, i am really attached to this laptop.
i am so disappointed and restless, dont know what to do. please help me and provide me a solution and guide me.

To upgrade the video card chipset for laptops 4540 s (amd radeon hd 7650ddr32gb) what is left of the 4gb model is proposed that gaming? Is ddr5 for laptops on the market come from? In the latest version, which can help to improve graphic performance for laptops is what model? AMD Graphics problem
Hi guys,
My problems is with the grafic card for AMD (HD 7650M). I'm curently using the onbourd one but i want for games to use the dedicated one and i have no ideea on how to do this. I've serched in device manager under Display options but is not there. Tryed to install the catalist driver but atm is not working, or i cant make it work. Any advise on what driver should i install? Did any of you had the same problem?

well i think i have problems with the drivers in general and i have no idea have to fix it.
i tried 2 get the drivers from the offcial website but there are alote of options for each and iam confused about which to choose i allready chose and i thought that i did it well but i sometimes get black screen then notification at the side telling me that display driver has stopped responding and then succsesfully recovered beside there is a red dot on my 3d hp driverguard
so little help would be nice

Screen is sideways
My screen some how went sideways and I was correcting it with f4, extended, enter. But that's not working anymore for some reason. I tried ctrl+alt (individually and together) + up arrow, which did not work. Not sure if I have Windows 8 or 10. ( I upgraded to 10 and had problems which I reported. After more updates it went back to normal so I don't know if they switched me back.)

fps issues in all games
Hello sir,
I have bought the ac179tx model of hp. I have installed 4 gb external RAM.SO now my laptop contains 8 gb ram 2 gb AMD R5-M330 graphics card and i5-6th gen processor...I had a laptop with 4 gb ram i3-3rd gen processor and 2 gb amd hd series graphics card.That means that my old laptop was having lower configuration in all aspects.I used to play many games in that laptop which requires meduim graphics configuration like dota 2, need for speed etc.I can play those games easily in medium graphic setting in 50-60 fps.But this laptop doesn't provide me with the good performance compared to it's specs.Even some simple games like ridge racer can not be played perfectly.I have contacted my dealer and customer care office but no one can solve this problem..i need help please sir.thank you

Laptop screen goes dark when charger is connected
As soon as plug in the charger my laptop screen goes really dark. It is so dark that you cannot see anything but the laptop and everything else is still working and on. as sooon as charger is removed everything gets back to normal. The issue only started a week back. I have already changed the power and sleep settings to never turn off. but that doesnt help as the computer doesnt turn off with charger only the screen goes dark. Please Help!

tap to click stops working
Tap to click stops working after computer goes to sleep. It has been working fine until about a week ago. Scrolling and swiping still work fine I just manually have to left click as it will not respond to tapping. If I restart the computer it will work fine again till I close the laptop and reopen, at which time it will no longer work. What may have happened?

Hi Everyone, I have got my new probook last week and I am continuously facing this fingerprint reader issue, Whenever I try to enroll my fingerprint, it say "fingerprint reader is not connected" .. How do I access my hp webcam? The icon on the task bar was removed and I can't locate the progr
I would like to reciprocate because I have the same problem, when I updated the webcam the icon was lost, i follow some instructions given tome here and this is what i did: Uninstall Skeepe, uninstall webcam from your computer going through control panel and wait patiently until uninstall everything it will automatically will tell you everything, just follow the instructions and reinstall webcam again, this solved my problem and the icon came back automatically.

Compaq nc6220 Repairs Needed
Hi,
I have a friend with the above-named model. It was knocked off a table recently and now the display is problematic. There's still a picture, but it's all jumbled and can only be viewed with an external monitor plugged in. The built-in wireless is also not working, so it's not only the display that was damaged.
My question is: Do these symptoms point to any one specific thing (i.e. system board), or does it look like both the display and wlan adapter would need to be replaced? Are there any particular tests that can be run to narrow it down? And, once that's determined, any ideas on roughly how much the replacement parts would cost?
I'm guessing, given the age of the laptop, it'll probably cost more to repair than it's worth. But I need to gather the numbers first before I can advise my friend accordingly.
Any info you can supply would be most appreciated. Thank you in advance.
