Soft touch saying Finger Print reader not connected
Upgraded simple pass soft ware and since then says that the finger print reader not connected though on start up the finger print reader does flash but if I swipe my finger over it just stops. it doesn't flash at any other time than start up. Gone into device manager and up dated reader driver for it but made no difference also in device manger is says it's operating ok.
Help please?

Graphics driver
I am having problems with the graphics on the computer. The computer freezes when running any video. I am constantly closing the window and re-opening the program that is currently running. I have tried removing the ATI Catalyst Manager and finding the most up-to-date one at HP.com. But it is still not functioning properly. Any ideas on what to do next?

HDMI port not working - 'not plugged in'
Hello,
I've been trying for hours to connect my external monitor via HDMI cable, but neither the laptop nor the Monitor sees eachother.
I updated monitor's firmware to the latest and no result. Still, my computer displays that there is nothing plugged in the HDMI port when I insert HDMI cable. The monitor sees that I have plugged in something in the HDMI port, but doesn't receive any signal from my laptop.
Would you please advise if there is any solution to this specific situation?
Also, be advised that even with the latest video driver downloaded from your website, I am still unable to play on OpenGL video mode.

Trackpad not working - HP Pavilion 14t
I have a 9-month old HP Pavilion 14t with no touchscreen. Recently, my trackpad will simply stop moving. I can do any sort of movement with my fingers on the trackpad, but the mouse on the screen will not move or click. As I have neither a touchscreen nor an external mouse, I would like to figure out why the mouse stops working. It stops moving out of the blue, and I have to just wait until it decides it wants to work again - usually, anywhere from twenty seconds to five minutes. I updated this computer to Windows 10 about two weeks after getting it, but I doubt that that is the problem, as this mouse issue has only been happening sporadically for the last couple of months.

Touchpad not working after windows 10 update
Since upgrading my HP laptop to Windows 10 my touchpad has completely stopped working. I currently use a USB mouse but this isnt a solution.
First of all, when I unplug my USB mouse the pointer disappears completely. If I go into device manager in the 'mouse and other poiinting devices' section there doesnt seem to be an option for a touchpad.
I have installed the most up to date drivers for the touch pad off your website countless times. I have tried reinstalling Windows 3 times and nothing has changed.
I have had an on going conversation with Windows support for about 5 months and nothing has been resolved. I am incredibly disappointed with both HP and Windows for the lack of support and solutions to an update which was supposed to impove my computer experience.
Here is the link to my conversation with Windows regarding this matter. I'm attaching it for reference so you can read it and perhaps suggest alternative options which haven't already been suggested to me.

HDMI not recognized, dim and brighten function keys do not work & Code 52 on AMD Display Adapter
The HDMI on my wife's HP 15-d017cl does not recognize the TV when pluged it.
The display dim and brighten keys do not change the display brightness.
The ADM Radeon HD 8400 Display adapter properties report "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)"
I downloaded a new driver from the HP website...no chaged.
I assume these problems are all related.

Graphics driver stopped working
I have a question. My new laptop is a HP ENVY Notebook - m7 - n109dx and while using a drawing tablet, I was getting an error that the driver IntelHD graphics had stopped working and was recovered. The laptop has an NVidia GeForce graphics card so why is it using the IntelHD graphics driver? Also, how can I fix this.

Where do I download the Touchsmart software?
I upgraded my TM2T to Windows 10 and I love it. About a month or 2 ago I had to reset my PC and Windows 10 deleted my touchsmart software (Which was working fine before the reset) I have been looking high and low for the place to download. I looked up my computer on the support site and it isn't listed under my laptop just bump top.

Elitebook 8560w suddenly very laggy.
I have an Elitebook 8560w with Windows 10 64 bit, 500gb PNY SSD, 8GB ram. I noticed it first onFacebook, firefox would freeze when I played any video. My GoPro Stodio was also very laggy. I did a complete restore... a fresh installation of Windows 10 64bit and reinstalled the drivers for my Quadro 1000m. I am stillhaving the same issues. I'm not much of a gamer so I haven't tested it on any games, but most video is terrible. Is it possible that there is a hardware issue? Any recommended diagnostic programs? Could I have the wrong drivers installed? I installed the latest drivers from the NVIDIA website. Please help!

two days back i purchaed new hp 15 ac 120tx laptop. default it has a dos operating system.. than i installed windows7 (64 bit) . installation everything is finished. than i installed all supported software/drivers after that i can't able to change the "Brightness" + and -. and also laptop have 2gb "Graphic Card" ( AMD Raedon) and this not installed properly. Once i on the system i am getting "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150002) " Erros is showing..
