Hi i have a problem of rendering into the diplay of font when scroll with the mouse or touchpad.. it's very bad (font are smooth) and before with windows 8.1 there wasn't this problem... What i have to do? i have all drivers refreshed of Hd Intel Graphics Family and of Nvidia Ge Force 840..  when i go on the  HP Site and search the driver of intel i download all but the pack is not install because "Not compatible) although i downloaded driver for Hp pavilion 15 138-nl...

Can you give me an help? thank you

Hi...!!

I have a problem with the Graphics Driver. My computer has Intel(R) HD Graphics. I contacted Intel and they asked me to ask help from HP because i have Hybrid Graphics Computer (no idea what that means).

I upgraded to Windows 10 from Win 7 Ultimate 32-bit. After the upgrade an error popped up saying that Video_TDR_Failure. So i did the system recovery and get back to the windows 7 ultimate.

In the device manager, I opened the Intel (R) HD Graphics because it has a yellow exclamation mark. After clicking on it, a message popped up saying that "Windows is not able to update the driver. The device is not working properly (Code 31)". I also installed the Intel Driver Update Utility and Hp Support Assistant to check the updates but it gives me nothing. I also contacted Microsoft and they told me to ask support from Hp.

Please help me to solve this problem because I want to upgrade to Windows 10.

After installing Wiindows 10, my pointer or mouse freezes or pauses for a few seconds before it can be engaged. I read a post on the HP forums that suggested installing driver updates. My computer is set to get automatic updates and states that there are no new updates to be installed. I have viewed and tried multiple suggestions on the internet but nothing has worked to solve this issue. I'm not sure why it was neccessary to upgrade to Windows 10 when Windows 7 was working just fine. For my use, this issue is nearly dibilitating. Can anyone suggest something else that might fix this problem?

When I play minecraft or some other high performance game the fan runs. When the fan is working sudenly the screen the black. The Laptop is still working with the fan running, and the wifi light is on also the power light is on. So the Laptop is responsive but the Screen is still Blank. I tried to solve this by reinstalling the bios and doing battery checks but that did not work.

No recent changes to computer except Windows 7 March 15th update.  Running Win7 64 bit.  Tested memory, hard disks with standard tests and all are OK.  Reinstalled Windows from MS Windows install disk (not HP).  Downloaded drivers from HP and installed one by one.  Identified that boot hangs (except safe mode) when video drivers try to load (used SP53025 ).  Error in Device Manager by video drivers.  Have switchable graphics.  AMD Radeon 6700M series.  Tried multiple drivers (with and without Catalyst, from HP and also from AMD website to no avail).  Wondering if this means the GPU has failed.  I have graphics, but running standard VGA.  Never saw any video issues before it failed to boot.  Did take my laptop on an airplane (carry on) so perhaps something is lose?  How do I tell if GPU is bad?  Can it be replaced by user?  If so, will drivers for new GPU be compatible with my System?

I was used windows7 32bit but now convert to 64bit. In 64bit my graphics is not working properly. My chipest is AMD A68M FCH and 1.48 GHz AMD Dual-Core E1-1500 APU microprocessor. Please suggest me how to solve the problem. Advance thanks.

I have saw , time to time , some white shapes on the screen... what can be the problem?...i have 7 months warranty.

A while ago my touch sreen stop working.  I checked to see if the driver needed to be updated and could not find it.  I also looked at avalable drivers for my laptop HP ENVY Notebook - m7-k111dx and did not see one for the touch screen.  Is there a place that I can upgrade the driver and start using my touch screen again.

I use a bluetooth mouse and a mouse with a mini dongle.  When I go into the mouse setup, I check the box to disengage the touchpad when another pointing device is in use.

That doesn't stay checked and frequently, I'm making mistakes because the touchpad is re-enabled.

I've bought an hp pavilion x360 13 s-109sl today, was pretty happy but after upgrading few driver it's not working anymore!!I don't know if it's an issue with a wrong driver since i've got an issue with synaptic drive wich i can't uninstal nor upgrade or may be my fault since i downloaded the wrong display firmware (hp spectre x360 instead of hp pavilion 360 both full hd)

can i recover the previous version of the firmware? or can you send me the original one? at least i pinpoint the problem!

the display is working fine but i cant use the touchscreen even in tablet mode

I just got an x360 Convertible (15-ap012dx) running Windows 10 out of the box.  I'm having problems with the trackpad settings.  I would be forever grateful if someone could help me figure out how to configure the settings so that I can: 

 

1)  Reverse two finger scroll in Windows.  I was able to change the scroll direction so that it is reversed in the non-Windows applications (e.g., it works in Chrome), but in navigating through the Windows apps (i.e., if I click the bottom left Windows icon), it is still not reversed and I can't figure out if there is a way to get it to reverse. 

 

2)  I can't seem to get it to recognize a two-finger horizontal swipe to the left to trigger my browser to go back a page when web browsing (in Chrome).  Is there any way to get this functionality?  Am I simply using the wrong gesture?

Hi I am facing with three problems

1.when I switch on the system the display of the power,volume were hiding and they were not displaying and when I go to settings they were hide and we cant on them

2.when I am uninstalling the apple software update I am getting this problem is There is a problem with this windows installer package.A program required for this install to complete could not be run.contact your support personnel or package vendor

3.when i open the any of the folder like word,excel,my computer the open folder is blinking for five times and we cannot stop it

Hi All

 

I was looking for a medium size 2 in 1 laptop for quite some time and almost shortlisted the HP Spectre X360 13.3 inch model. But bit disappointed to know that there is  no rear facing camera for this model eventhough this laptop is designed to use as tablet. John Lewis retailer's website shows that there is rear facing camera for this model but when I went there to see the laptop, there is no rear facing camera at all. Can somebody confirm that if there is any 2 in 1 laptop with rear facing camera please? I am not sure why this is lacking on most of the 2 in 1 laptops even though it is designed to use as a tablet?Or am I missing something in understanding the tablet mode of 2 in 1 laptop?
