I need a stylus for my HP Pavilion X360 Convertible. I have one that was used for an ipad that is rubber but when I tried it, it didn't work so I wanted to find one that is compatible with my laptop. It needs to be shaped like a pen and not a lump of rubber because I will be drawing with it.

I frequently download photos,video off of my SDHC, SD, and CF cards using either the camera, cord or card reader or built in card reader.
Suddenly my computer now gets stuck on "scanning your device" when connected to the camera(s), external card reader, and the built in SD card reader won't read at all.
I've tried diasbling/enabling the Realtek PCIE Cardreader, reinstalling/trying all available cardreader drivers for my system one at a time from the HP site since it couldn't give me a custom list on the site, ran chkdsk on the actual cards (no corruption), rolled back the computer, let the computer update when it asks to. I noticed that it showed the PCI device driver wasn't installed, but that disappeared when I put the Realtek PCIE Cardreader that was originally on the system back on.

HP Envy 17-j070ca
Windows 8.1 version 6.3 (build 9600) 64 bit
Current Realtek PCIE Cardreader driver version: 6.2.9200.21220

I am having problems with my webcan. When I turn it on with any program (Skype, YouCam,..) the picture is in colors of yellow, pink, white, green - mostly only those three and shapes are blurred. I am enclosing the screenshot. Anyone know how to fix it? Many thanks!

problem persists even after re-installing the whole new Window 7
the system is working fine if it is being operated on Ubuntu OS

Mouse touch pad freezes in between and when I double click on mouse button then it resumes.
My HP Folio 13-2000 systems automatically upgraded to Windows 10. (I had been ignoring the 'upgrade to Windows 10' prompt, but, maybe when I was busy, without my being fully conscious, I may have agreed for upgrade?)
After upgrade the touchpad is behaving erratically.
I searched for Windows 10 driver for the touchpad on HP website, but could not find any.
I also tried reinstalling the Windows 7 touchpad driver. Still the problem persists.
The problem is becoming a big headache as text is being typed in unwanted locations, switching to other documents, and I spend a lot of time undoing the havoc caused by this. Kindly help.
My Hp Beats Special Edition Laptop will go blank shortly after i shut down the screen to induce sleep mode and lift it back up to continue playing a video. Afterwards i reset it and it's working fine again but i can't use sleep and then return to my application.
Since I upgraded to WINDOWS 10 (64-bit), I'm facing this problem.
My system is not detecting laptop camera. When I open the camera app, it says 'Something went Wrong. Make sure your camera is connected and not being used by another app'.
Also, I can't see imaging devices option in 'Device Manager'
I also have tried the following things and all of them ended in disappointment.
1- Installing HP universal camera driver again
2- Troubleshooting
3-Checking if camera is allowed to be used by all apps.

I went on software download page but was unable to find 'HP quick launch' software for windows 7.

I recently bought the HP Envy x360 and have noticed the graphics seem extremely sub par. Just basic things like menus look very outdated. I tried disabling both the onboard GFX driver and the NVIDIA graphics driver and noticed when I disabled the onboard gfx driver everything disappeared yet when I disabled the NVIDIA GFX driver nothing changed. This 'new' laptop feels outdated and everything is running quite slow.
Also want to say, if I open some sites, such as twitch.tv it will use as much as 50% of my CPU usage on that site alone. This was not an issue on my signiicantly older laptop.
Any help is appreciated.

I got my HP Pavilion Gaming Notebook two or three months ago and the camera (HP Truevision HD) worked perfectly. Little by little the image became darker until it was completly black. At first I could still take pictures or videos but when it became black I couldn't do anything and what's weird is that there is no error message, it just doesn't work...
I can't use my camera on Windows Camera app, YouCam or Skype, Facebook, nothing, and there's never been an error message or the like.
I tried uninstalling YouCam and installing it again, updating everything (YouCam, HP Truevision HD) or disable and enable it again, nothing really works and I don't know what to do, it's been more than a month since it started and I just can't fix it.

Has anyone, anywhere, managed to get Windows 10 to work on the gma 3600 series (mine is in the HP mini 210 4000 series)?
Previous posts on earlier builds of W10 suggest that manually installing the HP support drivers work and/or installing them in compatatbility mode works - but these approaches don't work for me?!
Any other suggestions (would be gratefully received).
Obviously, HP are currently developing the drivers for the 3600 to work on W10............

i changed in my setting that screen never goes to sleep even when he is on batery or power adapter.
But when i watch some movies or play some games screen sometimes go black even if play games with my joystik he turn off and when touch mousepad he again turn on. That is very strange to me becaouse in my settings he should never go to sleep.

Webcam video is not as sharp as video from my Galaxy Tab S. I can't find any driver updates or suggestions to fix focus.
My screen is always sideways when I log on, wake up or turn on. I then press the f4 button and have to put it to extend. I cannot use ctrl alt arrow keys to change it. I have tried to click on space on screen to go to rotation, screen resolution, etc. Nothing works to stop it from rotating everytime I try to get back on to my computer. I can flip it back but it is always flipped sideways when I try to get back on my laptop
What can I do to eliminate the flipped screen from happening constantly when I shut the screen and try to get back on?
