HI,  i just bough a Hp  Envyx360 for use mainly in autocad

the graphics card crashes when using autocad and some web pages

 

as a civil engineer i use AutoCAD on a daily basis so it's a huge problem for me not been

able to use the the program a need the most, specialy after buying a new laptop 

to make it work better.

 

already tried updating and troubleshooting manuals.

 

 

Trying to convince myself from not having to return the laptop since y like it very much but if i cannot use the program i need the most then is not of use for me.

Small amount of soup contacted the vent side of my laptop, from then, the laptop has been flashing blue waves. Sometimes it works fine but most of the time it flashes blue waves and stays sometimes black or grey until for ever. Please help

i just bought a new hp envy 15 with nvidia gtx 750 and intel 4600hd, a few day later upon booting the screen had a bluish tint mostly on the black colour. at times the display is okay for a while but the tint always comes back. is it the screen hardware damaged or the settings tempered with.

please help

After installing recent updates on my laptop I cannot turn down the brightness on my screen as I could before and its giving me headaches and nausea and I prefer having the brightness much lower. I push the F2 button which lowers brightness on my laptop and nothing changes the brightness on the Windows Mobility Center after right clicking the battery icon says its at zero when it's still blinding bright. I really need help with this.

I am wondering if there is any monitor driver available for this touch screen on my hp envy 15t-ae100 notebook.

Currently i am using generic PnP Monitor driver with max. resolution 1366x768.  

I really need full HD 1920x1080 because applications windows becomes too large on this screen size.

Hello, I recently purchased GTA V for my laptop. My laptop came with 4GB of RAM pre-installed. I have upgraded it to 8GB of RAM. The game runs just fine, except for the dedicated video memory. My laptop has 512 MB available, when it should be 1024 at least. Is there any way to increase this?

I had to switch hard drives and now the AMD graphics card is not being recognized as a device on my 

 

HP Pavilion dv6t-6100 CTO Select Edition Entertainment Notebook PC

Model #: LT070AV

 

I installed the drivers from the HP site and restarted but still no luck.  The Intel HD 3000 card is still available, just not the AMD. I have one Unknown Device in my device manager so I imagine that's the AMD GPU but can't get it to come up no matter what I do.  I'm hoping the forum can help because I'm out of ideas.

I have an ENVY 15t-k200 (K2T37AV) with i7-5500u processor, 16GB ram, Intel HD Graphics 5500, and NVIDIA GTX 850M running Windows 10 64. The problem is running any kind of application that would require use of the NVIDIA card...the computer does not switch over to it.  I have gone into NVIDIA Control Panel to select the NVIDIA as the preferred graphics processor and selected the NVIDIA for specific programs as well, no change in performance.  I have updated all drivers, no change in performance. On paper, this computer should handle the games and applications I use with no problems, but running 3DMark benchmarks, I get very low scores and any graphics intesive application I use is choppy at best.

 

Please help...how can I get my graphics card to work properly?  Is there a bios setting I need to change? Or?

All lights come on on the panel 4 the buttons except the caps lock but the screen does not come on it stays black any solutions

I am having an issue with my laptop a few days ago the top left corner of my laptop screen suddenly dimmed and stayed that way, however after about 30 minutes it came back to normal. The next day it did it again and has stayed that way as this was 2 days ago at this point. I have attached a picture of the dimmed corner below. Does anyone have any ideas on what has caused this/how I can fix it?

Using windows 10, when playing any vidio, playback is intermitted , offline or online. my machine  has 4GB Ram , 64-bit, 215 GB HDD.   How can I get the best playback without the starting and stopping ?

I keep getting CyberLink notifications from HP for updates, but every time I click on it and wait goes through the update process, it says update failed at the end.  Several different updates have done this.  My laptop is only 5 months old, so it should be working fine.  Is CyberLink even safe?

HP Pro x2 612 G1 screen will not rotate after installing Windows 7 64-bit OS onto it. Installed updated video driver and the option to manually rotate shows up but there is no way to set auto rotation. When removed from keyboard the screen will not rotate automatically based on orientation of the device.

I had an Hp Pavilion touchsmart notebook,i turn it on today the indicator light on the power switch turn on but my Lcd has no display. i check the ram on my other laptop it works fine,i plug in my external monitor on the VGA port still has no display.Anyone pls. tell me whats the problem of this laptop and how to fix it?TIA
