Hi!
I've upgraded OS version from Win8 to Win 8.1. Unfortunatelly, I can't compatible video driver anymore.
Video chip is Mobility Radeon HD 3200. There is only driver for Windows 8. When I try to install it - installation log says about Failed on driver installation step.
So as the result, I can't even run simple games that require OpenGL version higher that 1.1.
How can I install proper drivers and when I can find them?

Hello. I have a HP Pavilion dv6-6134tx Entertainment Notebook PC. Recenly I upgraded my windows 7 to windows 8. Since the windows 8.1 came out, I updated my pc to windows 8.1. Now i need the amd driver for windows 8.1 64 bit. My two graphics are listed below..... PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have an "envy m6" HP laptop which has switchable graphics between the onboard Intel GPU and what is, from memory, a 6600m amd graphics card (I think).
Due to the nature f the problem, I cannot currently obtain more information about the laptop. It does have a 3rd generation quad core i7 cpu and 8 GB of RAM. It has a Windows 8.1 64-bit OS.
I installed Catalyst Control Centre (CCC) 13.11, but evidently this was the wrong thing to do (even though i had installed and uninstalled other versions of catalyst previously) as can be seen in this post.
I tried to unistall CCC 13.11 (though it was only listed as "Catalyst manager" or something similar in programs and features) only to be told that it was corrupted and that the process was interupted. Instead I used the CCC 13.9 setup to uninstall it as I intenteded to install CCC 13.9. I opted for the "express" variant of the uninstall, which said it would uninstall all AMD software. During this, my screen went black, though the back light was still on and the mouse would appear if moved but would reset itself to the middle of the screen after a time, even if it was still being moved. After waiting for several minutes I turned the computer off (yes, there are a lot of actions I regret involved in this problem; I shouldn't have done any of this so blindly). When I reset the computer the HP symbol and loding animation came up, but then proceeded to a black screen like before. Also, I noted that every now and then the "ENG" and wifi bars would briefly flash on the screen. I tried to login in despite the screen being black, and, when change failed to occur, turned the computer off and on again, pressing the "F#" buttins to try and get into the boot menu to see if I could install a graphics driver from an external source. This failed to display. The black screen simply came up again. Interestingly, the HDD continued to click as if reading/writing no matter how long the computer was left. Eventually, now, the computer simply automatically shuts itself down after the HP symbol displays (though it does display the black screen first and the shutdown may not always happen).
The computer had a complete antivirus scan by Norton 360 only a few hours before this occured. When I first got this computer the AMD GPU was not in use at all, catalyst had to first be installed before even demanding games would switch from the Intel GPU. (It seems to have not initially had a driver.)
Is there some way i can install a driver from a disc or usb, maybe another computer?
Please help, I'm extremely worried.

As the title says my GoPro Studio 2 is crashing on importing video and on rendering video it states that the Intel drivers are old, but I have the latest ones [i.e. the 2011 ones] from HP installed.

I am using HP 1000-1414TX model.... it has a Dedicated GPU of AMD RADEON HD 7450....and its built in Graphics is HD4000 by intel!!...i have installed all graphics driver given on HP official site... but when running a game it always show that it runs on HD4000... although i put my notebook on High performance power setting and add the game file to High Performance mood on Switchable Graphics panel by AMD... but its not working....every single game is running on HD4000.... how to run them on Radeon HD7450 ?? need a solution badly.... help me ASAP !!
I have a HP ENVY dv6-7210us that had a broken base but was running fine with out issue. I replaced the base no it powers on but no video? any help would be greatly appreciated pulling my hair out on this one

I bought this notebook last month.It's specs are a4-4300m apu with 7420g graphic adapter 4 gb ram 1 gb 128 bit 7670m hd radeon card.
I am trying to switch graphic adapter but ı can not see any option to switch it.ı have installed ati ccc there is only option to switch mode about power saving / performance mode.. when ı switch ı can not see any difference while i am playing game.
in order to understand this option well , i have installed pes 2013 then i optimized it high performance mode. i thought that i changed graphic adapter but i clicked settings.exe from pes 2013 folder i saw there is no change .s
so i need your help how to i change graphic adapter ? or is my graphic adapter has crossfire ? thanks

I have a HP Pavilion g6-2305tx Notebook PC with switchable graphics. I have been trying to delete the driver for amd card to try new drivers but i cant delete the drivers. This is what i did:
* Express uninstall all amd components
* Used both Driver Fusion( even bought premium ) and Driver sweeper to delete all amd files.
* Clicked uninstall from device manager
But still the driver 8.933.3.3000 is present even after restart. So i cant install any new driver before i delete this one.
So can any one help???
Yesterday I installed the graphics driver update (windows 7 64 bit) in hopes that it might relieve some of the other issues I've been having with my notebook (battery life, general slowness and unwilling to cooporate). However, since the update installed, I have been unable to watch any video (DVD, Web etc) or play any games (this includes the card games etc on the original system). I'm losing patience with this laptop, I've already had to replace the screen and the charger due to unknown malfunctions. A family member with the same model has also had endless problems.
recently i've changed my HD of my G60 ( used to be with vista ) with the one of my girlfriend ( a G62 with 7 ). I downloaded all drivers that was available for g60 with 7 on HP, But the system detect my screen as a Cathodic while it's a flat screen. so i'm not able to put the right screen resolution. is there a pilote or something i can download/buy to corect this ?
I have hp pavilion g6 2010ax notebook with dual graphics (7640G+7640M) and windows 7 ultimate 64bit for about an year. Last week I got my motherboard replaced because of the defective audio port. After replacing the motherboard, I started getting a BSOD after "starting windows". The engineer told me that my windows has crashed and I need to reinstall it. After reinstalling windows (formatted my hard disk and started anew), it started fine but when I started installing drivers (which I got from hp site -http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?cc=us&lc=en&product=5269648), it again gave me the same BSOD on next restart. Then I logged into safe mode and after susequent installing and uninstalling, singled out the graphic driver to be the cause of BSOD (SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x3b atikmdag.sys).
I have tried a bunch of AMD catalyst softwares but none of them seem solve the problem. I even updated my BIOS (suggested by hp support assistant) but even that didn't work.
Now my windows is running with Standard VGA graphic adapter and I cannot play games, watch HD movies, adjust brightness and I can't even put my laptop to sleep!!!
So is it a software problem or an harware issue and how may I solve it?
