Zbook14 G2 Windows 10 touching itself
One of our Zbook 14 G2's with a fresh clean install of Windows 10, using the latest drivers from the HP website is having trouble with the touch screen and phantom touches
Once in a while, using the laptop, the touchscreen will trigger right clicks and left clicks at a fast and random pace.
Do you think this is a hardware or driver issue?

Graphic Card NVidia FX 3700M Malfunction
I am using notebook EliteBook 8730w, running on Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit), the graphic Card NVidia Quadro FX 3700M is malfunction/faulty - screen display 000000000.
I have to disable the NVidia graphic card in Device Manager - Display adapters.
Note: If I enable NVidia Quadro FX 3700M, it wil hang after Windows boot up, and no display (dark).
After disable NVidia graphic card, now it is running on Adapter Type: Microsoft Basic Display Driver, Adapter Information: Shared System Memory: 256MB. Monitor type: Generic PnP Monitor with screen refresh rate 64 Hertz.
Seems like it is relying on motherboard integrated display?
I need to connect to a project or monitor/TV to discuss with customer, but there is no more project display option / multiple display option. Anyway I can get back the option so that I can project to a projector or monitor? Which display driver shall I install if it is relying on motherboard integrated display? or any other advice is most welcome.

HP Pavilion dv7-6b05tx - AMD driver problem
Hi, I need help about the display driver
Few days ago. my notebook started to restart itself (about twice a day), sometimes after restarted, it stucked on starting windows logo
But I tried to manually restart again, and it worked
But today, everything I do it just keep stucks at on starting windows logo
I tried to find the solution from this forum, and I stumbled to some discussion about this and it suggests that I need to go to safe mode and disable my display adapter drivers
I found two display adapters driver on device manager
1. Inter(R) HD Graphics 3000
2. AMD Radeon 6700M
Since I don't know why there are two drivers, I tried to disable both and I can login successfully.
So I tried few things:
1. Enable both the drivers, restart, but stuck on starting windows again
2. Enable just the "AMD Radeon 6700M" - also stuck on starting windows
2. Enable just the "Inter(R) HD Graphics 3000" - I can login but can't set to optimal screen resolution (max only 1280x1024). And I couldn't adjust the brightness
So I was thinking to unistall both drivers and reinstall new and latest driver, but I couldn't find it on the HP website

I tried to find the driver but this message popped out: "
We were unable to retrieve the list of drivers for your product. Please select the desired operating system and select “Update” to try again."
Oh I tried to delete both the drivers and restart the notebook, I can log in just fine but first thing it did was auto-install both the drivers, and it prompted me to restart, and after restart I stucked on starting windows again
So now I just disable the "AMD Radeon 6700M" drivers, and so far there is no more problem, but I still don't know what is the real problem with my notebook

videos and audios are not playing
from yesterday i am unable to play any videos or audio. although the player opens but the video never plays. not only offline ,the same problem is with the online. any online videos is also not playing ,be it youtube (it shows "if playback doesnt begin shortly try restarting your device" which i have tried but nothing happens or be it facebook. the video never plays. no audio is playing. i guess there is software problem. please fix it as soon as possible.help.

so i installed pes 2016 on my new hp pavilion 15, i have updated the drivers and everything, but the game is still laging so someone please help.

VIDEO ISSUE: What do you think ??
Today my notebook decide suddenly to shut down the display during working.
Connecting to an external monitor i see many video artefact (see pictures).
I noticed that the issue is still present during the post boot (when windows drivers are not loaded).
Do you know what kind of issue could have my notebook ?
Maybe the graphic card is done ?

HP Pavilion 14-n055sa intel hd drivers
Unable to install the update provided on the HP support site.
I have tried to watch nowtv and get a c00262500 error.
I then tried to access the HP website.
First the site tried to scan the laptop but could not complete the scan and showed all drivers for the device.
I tried to install the Intel HD drivers but this errors stating that it cannot be installed and that some manufacturers change chipset settings.

Will ZBook 17 Support a NVIDIA GTX 980M Video Card?
Currently has the NVIDIA Quadro K3100M in it. Just pre-ordered a new game (The Division) and worried that the K3100M might not perform that well. I'd like to be prepared to know "what" I could upgrade to to support such a graphic-intense game..
In case it matters, this is the processor.
4 th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-4800MQ (2.7 GHz, 1600MHz, 6 MB L3 cache, 4 cores, 47W)* Up to 3.70 GHz with Intel Turbo Boost Technology
It also says it has a Intel HD Graphics 4600 card as well so NO freaking idea how that works and how I know which one is actually running my game.

Laptop doesn't open start menu, minimising tabs makes them disappear
I've had my laptop since late September 2015. For the past couple of months the start menu will lock after a couple of minutes of being switched on. It seems to be getting worse, I can't use the taskbar, not even to right click, the date and time are not displayed and neither are open tasks. When I minimise a word doc, google chrome etc the page disappears which is extremely frustrating. I googled this and apparently it may be a problem with windows 10. However, I've tried to fix it on Microsoft powershell which hasn't worked.
Any help would be extremely appreciated!

Pavilion dm3-3112nr display driver for Windows 10
hi! i just begins to have problems with my display drivers. I have the Windows 7 driver running on Windows 10. Acording to Intel webpage, it runs with Intel HD Graphics. I try to search for a windows 8.1 or windows 10 driver, but the Intel software for upgrading drivers says i don't have a Intel device. So, I come here, becuase you always guys have my back on my old laptop.

Spectre x360 Touchpad
The touchpad seems not responsive and ignores touches. But if I wait a second or two, it will always take the touch. Any ideas???

White screen with vertical lines after sleep mode - HP Envy x360 15-W104NA
Thought it would be a good idea to buy a HP Envy x360 15-W104NA, after less than a month and many many Windows updates, I now get a white screen with fine vertical dark lines on the screen after it has had the lid closed to sleep, I can leave it for about two minutes, the screen goes black and one touching returns to normal, though I need to fully log in, no keypad option available. Frustration, big mistake buying such a poor computer, not cheap either. Going back to retailer for refund, not fit for purpose!

Trouble with hp 15 LCD display
I have an HP 15-r011dx Notebook PC. I recently replaced the original LED display with an LCD (HP 750635). I have a black screen and can only view when I adapt an HDMI to the TV. I believe I need a driver for this screen but need help identifying it.

hp spectre x360
I bought my hp spectre x360 a month ago. The problem it has is that the caps lock key keeps on blinking there by making typing quite annoying because the letters keep changing from upper to lower case and vice versa.I talked to an Hp assistant who advised me to reinstall the operating system. I tried to do as advised but am still having the same problem. Any advice??

Synaptics touch pad won't scroll after Windows 10 update

Hi all,
After upgrading my computer to Windows 10 home, the Synaptics PS/2 Port TouchPad will no longer scroll. It worked fine with Windows 7 before the upgrade. I have upgraded to the latest Synaptics driver version 19.0.12.104 but that didn't fix the problem. Does anyone have any idea of how to fix this problem. It is the only problem that I seem to be having with the computer after the upgrade.

Envy dv4 camera slow response
Hi, I have a HP Envy dv4. The camera (HP TrueVision HD) has a slow response, that is, the image takes time to change. I have updated the camera drivers plus am using CyberLing YouCam 5.0. Kindly help.

Display driver problem
Been using windows 10 for few months now then today suddenly System Thread Exception Not Handled error occurred and the pc prompted to reboot and after the reboot now I am getting an error message after few minuters of usage each time that video display stopped working and stopped working then the screen blacks out then after force reboot this repeats. Somebody please help
