I have an hp 15-ro36tu laptop with pentium core.I tried to connect it to my samsung smart tv, which says that it supports screen mirroring.So, i tried to project my laptop's screen on the tv by going to project ,add new device .But, my laptop can't sometimes detect it.And when it somehow after many tries detects it, ,,,, it can't connect to it.it says "YOUR DISPLAY COULD NOT CONNECT".I tried to connect it through another hp laptop and it connected instantly.I am sure that my laptop is not functioning properly.plz hlp!!!

Touchpad not working
My touchpad for HP ProBook 450 G1 is not working, the system displays message F1=Continue F10 BIOS Setup.

The above laptop was purchased just after Xmas and from the followind day the following message is displayed :
Display Driver Intel HD Graphics Drivers For Windows 8(R) Stopped Responding And Successfully Recovered.
I have updated all the Microsoft and HP Updates but the mesage still ocurs.
Can HP confirm that they are working on a solution to this issue, at least it is frustrating for the User and it also reflects badly on HP. I

Brightness and HDMI not working after driver update
Hi,
I recieve a notification to update my drivers from HP Support Assistant which I follwed and installed all the relevant drivers and since doing this I can no longer change the brightness of my screen or use the HDMI to display on my TV. I no that one of the updates was "Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver".
Can anyone help with this please have tried different things from other websites but nothing has worked.

windows 10 does not support 1920 x 1080 monitor
migrated operating system to windows 10. Windows does not allow me (at least as far as I can see) to change the resolution to support 1920 x 1080. (The monitor wants 1080p, but i don't see a choice for 1080p or 1080i). I used the HP support tool (HP Support Assistant) to update drivers, but it came back with no updates.

Video Card Upgrade?
Hello. I am here to ask you, could I upgrade my Video Card on my HP Pavilion g6 2303su? As Radeon HD Graphics 7670M is getting older and older, I was wondering if I can upgrade my Video Card to an newer model of AMD or even Nvidia?
And also could I kindly request you if it's possible to upgrade my video card, to give me some recommendations or even list of models of compatible video cards for my laptop.

Presenter mode in Powerpoint
Windows 8 was installed on my HP laptop and I can no longer project to a different screen in presenter mode when giving a powerpoint presentation. There were no issues when I had windows 7. Is there anything that I can do to project my presentation as now I can only mirror it? Thanks

HP Pavillion Laptop's touchpad freezes
Hi there HP community,
I had an availability to upgrade to Windows 10 for quite sometime but I waited to upgrade until my computer confirmed that my PC was ready for the upgrade.
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my HP Pavillion Laptop's touchpad freezes when performing certain functions.
I've used my HP Support Assitant to look for new drivers but it seems that I'm up to date.
I did the same with Windows Update as well.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
Does anyone have any solutions?

Youcam not recognizing integrated webcam
I'm having trouble opening up my webcam at the moment on my new laptop.
I have YouCam currently installed on the laptop and when I open it, it says that no webcam has been recognised, plug one in, etc, despite the fact the laptop has an integrated camera.
I have followed advice telling me to go to device manager, and select imaging devices, however this option is missing from the list. I instead go to sound, video and game controllers, under which Cyberlink Webcam Virtual Driver 6.0 is listed, and when I click it, it tells me it is all running fine.
I've tried uninstalling tjhe webcam driver, and reinstalling it but it has made no difference. I have literally no idea what else I can do.
A little while ago, having left the Youcam app running, it suddenly seemed to 'find' a HP HD webcam, but again when I tried to click to open it, it said it was unable to open it, and to make sure no other programs were running that might be using it (I had no other windows open at the time)

Running windows 10 64x
I have installed the latest HP drivers and I have a problem with the brightness of the screen as I can't adjust it not by the hotkeys (F2/F3) nor from the windows control (Disabled!)

font and screen keep jumping around as I type
I have read several questions about my question. I just have not seen any answers. When I type my screen jumps around and my font size gets smaller. I know it has to do with the mouse on the laptop as I use a mouse. How do I disable the mouse on the laptop so that when I rest my wrists on my laptop to work it doesn't go crazy? I had Windows 10 for a short time and I found a way to disable it temporarity but I can't find a way to disable it in windows 8. Please help.

Laptop display keeps turning off after 10 minutes.
I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and now my laptop's display keeps turning itself off after 10 minutes if I don't touch the keyboard or move the mouse.
I have gone through all the power options settings and anywhere where I could find the option I have set the monitor to never turn off, I still have the problem.
For example, just now, I was watching a show on netflix and the screen turned off after 10 minutes while the show was still playing.
I didn't have this problem on Windows 8.1. What can I do to fix this?

Screen size changes itself
While I am typing the screen changes size, either very large or very small. How can I make the screen size stay consistant? I also don't understand what I do that makes the screen change. It's very annoying.
