I upgraded my video drivers (Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver 10.18.15.4248 Rev.C) for my Spectre 13-3004tu Ultrabook and after doing so video playback online (YouTube ect) is all choppy and the audio is distorted. It was fine before I downloaded the new driver.

camera stopped working
I have the HP 15-p030nr laptop and just recently my camera stopped working. I was just using it 2 days ago, but yesterday I noticed it wouldn't come on. I tried restarting and that didn't work so I went and did a system restore and still nothing. The imaging devices under device manager shows the camera and says it's working properly and that the drivers are up to date. I only use the camera for skype and since it stopped working instead of video feed it shows a picture of cyberlink youcam. I've opened the camera desktop app and the cyberlink app and neither shows a picture. The light comes on still whenever an app is trying to access the camera. Not sure what to do. I've even uninstalled the camera restarted let it reinstall and still nothing.

i installed the latest drivers for my AMD Radeon HD 7400M Series
but i cant see the switchable graphics option...
why is that so?
and i also wanna know if my card supports the switchable graphics?

Audio not playing through 3.5 jack, after login
My sound doe not play through the 3.5 Jack on my laptop, but only after logging into windows.
I get the " windows start up sound" through my headphones, plugged in the 3,5 jack, when starting windows up. But after entering my username/passwords no more sound comes through the headphone. The laptop speakers work fine, and the sound cuts off when I plug in my head phone, but no sound comes through the headphone.
How can I solve this?

HDMI Monitor not working but TV out does
Hi guys,
On the 24/11/2015, I purchased an ASUS VE248H monitor and it worked wonderfully for the first 3 days now it doesn't recognise the signal from my HDMI port.
I have checked the monitor and it is fine, however the strangest part of the whole thing is that updating, downgrading, and rolling back the drivers hasn't fixed the problem not even restoring to factory settings and getting it inspected by the local PC shop could fix the problem. This has left me with the only solution to be some sort of hardware fault. However seeing as I am out of warranty there doesn't appear to be anything I can do to fix this.
I have concluded that something must be faulty in the port or the ports connections as it will not output to anyone of 5 seperate monitors and yet will work fine with my Sony Bravia.
Do you know of anything I can try, or even if I can send the laptop off to HP to have them diagnose the problem, I would be willing to pay for a service charge providing that it isn't 'excessive'
If I cannot rectify this problem or HP are unwilling to help as seems to be the case with the lack of out of warranty direct chat help, it will leave me no other option but to buy elsewhere in the future as this is the second product I have bought that has failed within a year of warranty expiration and I'm getting very sick of their lack of appropriate customer support in these matters.

Display Driver Stop Responding
When I play games on my laptop. I get an error message saying "Display driver Intel Graphics Accelarator Drivers for Windows 7 stopped responding and has successfully recovered" and Screen off for 2 seconds and on again for about 5 times and freezes the laptop. I have to hold the power button for couple seconds to turn off the laptop. This thing started after a service repair done by HP after lightening strike on my house's power grid. How should I fix this?

Adapter from VGA to HDMI
I have a new HP Pavilion Notebook 17-g-103na which I want to connect to an LG Display which is only a couple of months old but which only has a VGA connector. The notebook has an HDMI connector. Can you please tell me which adapter I could buy and whether they work well. I only need it so that I can work on difference MS Word and Excel documents at the same time.

Screen Tearing even with Vsync on
I have a couple of games that when I run them I get this clear distorted "tearing" line that rolls up the screen as the game plays. One game I see the tearing as it loads the intro screens w/o any motion even.
Now I got this same thing on my desktop w/ a nVidia card and turning on Vsync and triple buffering solved the issue. But on my HP Envy 4T-1200 I go into the ATI settings and set the Vsync and triple buffering and It doenst change a thing... I had the same problem with 14.4 and 15.11 drivers...
My card in my Envy is a ATI HD8750 w/ 2 gigs also everything is set to 60hz

Negative Image
When viewing pictures, some but not all appear as a negative image. Can't find a setting for black level. Is there anything I can try to resolve this?

Ok so I have a Elitebook 8560p with the AMD graphics, and I got it to work with 2 monitors + laptop screen before. But then I ordered new monitors, and moved it to a different room, and it won't do all 3 anymore. I can have any combination of 2, but not all 3. I have a HP dock on it, I also tried using one of those advanced docks, and it still didn't work. I also tried updating and down-grading the display drivers, no luck. Any ideas?

Closest service support centre?
Hi,
I broke my laptop screen and want to get it replaced. I've been told to go to the nearest service support centre, but no one can tell me where that would be. I live in Gold Coast, Australia.
Is there any way I can find this out?
I've called HP and tried the 'chat' option. Neither will tell me.

Widi software for windows 10
Hello All,
how are you all & hope all are fine.
I have upgraded my Pavilion g6-2330ee with Intel HD Graphics 4000 & ATI Radeon 7670M to windows 10.
I have tried to install the Intel Wifeless Display Software which I have downloaded the Windows 8 software version from software section for this devise. When I tried to install it; an error msg telling me that windows 10 is preventing me from setup process. I have downloaded Intel update software which has told me that Widi is not compatible with my devise which I was using it before.
Any Advise?

Can't play a dvd hp 2000 win 8
I tried to play a dvd movie and I got a message saying that I had to pay to upgrade my cyberlink if I wanted to play a dvd. I tried searching for media center and I found media player, but it wouldn't play it either. I tried multiple disks so it wasn't that.
