hi there, ive had this notebook since may 2015, never has failed on me until now, and just when i wanted to sell it to upgrade.....
the notebook;s screen goes quickly black then turns off out of nowhere, this is happening 2-3 times during the day...scared it will get worse.
what could it be? anyone else has had this issue with their notebook?
what could the issue be and is tehre any way to fix?
IM having a problem finding a newer update for my HD Graphics Card 4600 Display Driver because Im having a problem with upgrading to windows 10 and i need a windows 10 graphics driver... as well, when I play World of Warcraft its been Locking up in the middle of game play... and then I have to shut down the computer and restart it. Does anyone know what would make the game not lock up, and make it work with windows 10?

So I just bought my new HP latpop, HP Pavilion Notebook - 15t-ab100 CTO, last month. I had it custom made with the highest quality screen and drivers so that I could view HD playback. And now every time I try to stream or download a video from Netflix or Vudu, I get the same error message: "Oops! This movie won't play on your display due to copyright restrictions. It can be played only if both your output and display support HDCP. [#3338]"
I've also ran a scan of my system with CyberLink BD & 3D Advisor. The scan told me that my display is not HDCP compliant.
Can anyone tell me if there is a fix to this? Any help would be appreciated.

I bought a new star wars special edition computer on the 5th of November and immediately had this error start popping up on the screen from the right just above the time area the first day I got it. It came with a free service of free lifetime tech support, so I started calling them. I called them like 6 times and they told me it could be several things, first it was a pop ups, it wasn't, then it was outdated drivers, it wasn't, then told me they couldn't fix it, that I had to call HP because that's who made the computer. So I called HP, they told me they could fix it and tried whatever, then said that it would fix itself IF I restored the computer to factory specs, so I did that, and it did NOT work. They told me they would send a tech out to repair it IF it did not, and then when they called the next day to check in on it they told me they didn't have the parts to send a tech for that specific part, so they lied to me. It's a brand new computer, yet they originally told me well you don't have an in home warranty ?? So I said so what would you have said if I DID have an in home warranty? Oh I'm sorry we don't have the part we can't send a tech? I don't believe you don't have the parts for that part but they told me they have the parts for everything else for it but that. So I reordered another computer from QVC, and prepared the other computer to send back. I JUST got the 2nd computer on the 25th of November, yestereday about noon. I've been working on that computer and adding things to it and updating it all day and getting it ready and then just less than 20 minutes ago the same **bleep** message just appeared on THIS one. There is NO WAY that both of these computers have bad display units, there has to be something else simple that everyone else is missing that is causing this message to keep appearing. I took a picture of the message at one point when it happened on the 1st computer, it comes up and will cause a black screen then I have to click on it or opposite click on my wireless mouse to get the black screen to clear before the black screen will go away. What is causing this???? Someone please help me??
New info, I was copying this text from another box where I had split screen boxes where I had posted this same information on an intel forum and this box here for HP the message popped up on only, not the whole computer screen, so not the other box or the rest of the desktop, so that proves its not the display driver/card itself that is bad, so its something else that is causing this, if the whole thing was bad the whole screen would have crashed wouldn't it?
I installed all drivers (including AMD Radeon M330 Graphics) But still not able to get the function keys F2 and F3 ,please i am fed up of this i tried all possible ways but not got the solution ,please give the correct solution for this.

The laptop has less than a month (2 November 2015) having been bought at GAME STORE. in Bloemfontein, MIMOSA MALL. For the company of IBC (Ignite Business Consulting). The laptop is used for graphic designing, mostly. Well, the problem started when a small dot was discovered on the screen, bottom from the right corner. No action was taken seeing that most of the screen was visible. But then has days past, the dot started increasing. But now, the vidual shows the dot as an internal crack. How that happened, we don't know. We took back to the store, since it is still under warranty. But they refused to fix it, because like we said, it started looking like a crack. But the laptop stays at the office. 99% of the time in the same place. So that discards the idea of it having fallen down, stepped on or struck by anything hard. Well, after that we just decided we will have to find an alternative repairer. But before we could even do that, it started to not respond to the usb hardwares. It shows that it has power, but it doesn't read them. So then we decided to contact you, the manufacturer or owner of the product. And see to as how can we fix this. Because the problems we have encountered make us doubt ever buying this brand again. We hope that you can help and give us a solution on how we can use the warranty to fix these problems that by the behavioural of recent of ports not responding, makes it clear that it's a factory fault.

I have a HP Envy 360, I bought it about a week ago , and I'm having trouble with the display upon wake-up. The screen appears pixelated with multi-colored lines running up and down the screen. Any idea as to what this may be? I have to restart the computer for it to go away.
I have installed AMD Radeon R5 M330 Graphics driver but it is getting an error still and showing these type of drivers in device manager and when i uninstall first 2 drivers it restarts and then it installs same what is the error i am not getting please suggest what to do

I have a 4 year old HP Pavilion g4 laptop. Product Key is 3YFGJ-JV34K-9WMJK-BVH2K
The laptop screen stays black. I have disconnected the AC Power adapter as well as the battery. I've held the power button for 15 seconds with the battery removed. I have tried restarting without the battery and the screen still remains black.
I have also connected a separate LG Monitor to the laptop and this screen remains black as well. The are no other external ports connected, as I even disconnected my wireless mouse.
I am using a Windows 7 system. If someone could advise me what needs done, or at least give me step by step instructions, hopefully I can get it working or at least retrieve my files saved on the hard drive. Thank you.
I have the problem, that with a game (Life is Feudal) the graphics card runs very hot till the Laptop shuts down.
Now the basic problem is, that the game doesn't seem to be written so well as to use all the power of the graphics card.
But my question is, if I can somehow prevent those heat shutdowns?:
-) I know that the fan should be cleaned to have better heat management. Now how do i do that best with my notebook, so I really get everything out?
-) Is there a way to make the heat management give a warning signal, so I can exit the game BEFORE a heatshutdown occurs, so I can manually exit the game before it happens?
-) Is there a way to make the graphics card regulate itself, so it uses less power , and doesn't get so hot in the first place?
-) is there anything else I can try?
When I connect my HDMI cable to my HP 15-f211nr, the only scaling display option is "center image." Is there a way to scale the display to fill the external monitor screen? Thank you.

I bought one freedos HP notebook and installed windows 10. Every thing works find except for attaching my Samsung smart tv with notebook via HDMI cable. The notebook does not recognize the TV display. I tried fixing it, I uninstalled the Intel HD 5500 Drivers, installed chip set drivers from HP support page and installed Intel HD 5500 driver again. But the notebook does not recognize the TV display. What can I do to attach the TV with notebook?
I purchased a HP Notebook PC Model HP 2000-2d03tu in 2013. From the date of purchase it causes eyestrain. I tried to reduce it by multiple ways, from the instructions from so many blogs. But no result. It is continuing. I hate to use that laptop now, I had a high trust in HP, that's why I purchased it.
