Does anybody know how to re-install the touchscreen drivers for a Touchsmart 15-b100 series. I am currently using Windows 10 and the touchscreen has stopped working. Using windows upodate does not re-install the drivers.

DV6-6c65el graphic card issue
Hello all , I have a laptop , Hp Pavilion Dv6-6c65el and I have upgraded it to windows 10 , The problem that i am facing is the , the intel hd 3000 run smooth , but when i install my driver for the Radeon Tm HD 7690MXT , the latter run a black screen ,even was facing this with windows 7 , since my laptop crash need to format it all.I tried many posibilities , safemode , uninstall one enable the other and vise versa still the same , even tried the driver that windows 10 automatically downloaded , result the same black screen , or windows not responding , or windows shut down to prevent damage , all sort of message , finally i disable the radeon hardware , and run only the intel hd 3000 , can someone suggest me a solution to run my redeon hardware smoothly. I have even tried the updates driver from AMD , it does not work .

HP Pavilion G6-2312AX Display Flickering
Hi,
It's been more than 5 months since I noticed two narrow dotted lines on the top of my display. Whenever I switched on the laptop everything did seem fine but after a couple of minutes the so called lines started blinking/flickering. After a few days the whole display flickered accompanied by the two lines from top to bottom. I tried reinstalling the graphics drivers and tried to check if there were any loose cable connections with the help of a service manual, but I couldn't find anything. And the issue persisted. After a couple of months, I noticed the whole system was slowing down whenever the white lines appeared. I can't even move the cursor for a couple of seconds or type in something. I had to wait until the lines disappear. The issue happens 1 minute after the laptop boots and shows up the desktop window. I don't know what to do. Please help. Would it be a faulty cable or the inverter thingy?

problem with screen
A few days ago I accidently dropped my computer in the garage getting out of my car. Now when I
turn it on I can here it start to boot up, but it stops at what sounds like the bios screen, nothing is
showing o the screen. I just noticed this morning the the light onthe side of the computer blinks red
instead of grey and when I plug in the power cord it will turn grey for one or two blinks and then
returns to red. Also the wifi will not engage. Any information will help, thank you.

Media player doesn't work new laptop
The media player just stopped working along with the brightness control. I use this for college and thought it was a good buy. This isn't the first time the brightness stopped and I followed the instructions which worked but it did it again. Now the media player doesn't work. I shouldn't have to go through all this with a new computer, especially an HP. Please help

Pavilion DV7-4273us graphic driver
I need to update graphic drive for this laptop. Since it uses switchable graphics the new AMD drivers don't work. Is there a update for this laptop to use only the supported graphic card? As games and software get updated this laptop has become a nightmare to use. It doesn't even run linux properly. The oem drivers barely work even after a clean install of windows.
So is there a way for me to use only one card?

Hdmi no signal
I have a hp envy and I tried to hook it up to my TV with a Hdmi cable but my TV is not reconizing my computer. I follow the instructions. Turned both off then turn on TV. Had it on Hdmi then turned on computer. Nothing. Is there something I'm missing?

Switchable graphics preference isn't saved / resets
I recently played a game and had large problems with it (Life is feudal).
Throug trouble shooting the guys there told me, that my game doesn't start with the right graphics card, it uses the Intel HD Graphics 4000 (it SHOULD use the Radeon HD 7670M).
I thought I had set it to high performance, checked, it wasn't set. I set to high performance, started, crashed, - and the Setting was reset to nothing specified.
That repeat a few times, after a restart, after i sought out the file itself and checked it. Always after it showed up the game was reset.
I tested it with Opera - it was reset too.
EDIT: It seems to reset in the switchable graphics dialog, when I exit the game. It still doesn't work ingame, and the game tries to start with the Intel HD 4000 (looked in the logs)
It didn't even seem to do anything when i switched it ingame.
I tried drivers from AMD to fix that, but couldn't get it to work, I just got an error. I tried the newest drivers here (that btw. do not tell you that the catalyst center is included), but couldn't get it to work either.
How do I get that to work? I have some paid hardware here, I want to be able to use it too.

HDMI not working on brand new HP Spectre x360
Hi All,
Just purchased HP Spectre x360 - 13-4007tu in Oct. Upgraded immediately to win 10 on receipt and updated all the drivers automatically via HP support assistant.
Finnaly Got a chance to connect the notebook to my TV via HDMI. However it DOES NOT detect any external monitor except the built-in in the "graphics properties" -"select display".
But when I connect to my old lenovo laptop, it picks up the same setting ( TV via HDMI ) straight away
I have double checked all windows / Hp updates all latest ; go back and give a few tries and still no-go.
Please help as to say the least i am very dissapointed of HP for such a high-end work machine. The audio has been buzzy and scratchy but not crucial, whereas HDMI is for any presentation etc.

hp 2000 laptop black screen visible and mobile mouse. PLEASE HELP!
Hi. I had to hard reset my laptop last night and ever since it won't boot. The screen is cracked so i use it on an external samsung tv screen. The screen is just black but you can see and move the mouse.
I don't have a recovery disk. Im not positive which laptop it is. It just says 2000 on it. It does have windows 10 but idk if it is 32 or 64 bit. Please help. I use it as a dvd And netflix player for my family. It's all we have to watch tv with.
I don't know how to start it on safe mode. I am hitting ctrl f8 but nothing is happening. No blinking lights or anything. It's connecting to wifi.

Dual monitors, only one shows within Intel HD Properties
Hello,
I have a HP ProBook 450 G2, I have two monitors connected to it, one is fine but the other no matter what resolution I set, doesn't work properly, the screen goes small, black borders around the sides etc.
I wanted to change the scaling settings, however I noticed when i go into Advanced Settings (From within Screen Resolution), Intel(R) HD Graphics Control Panel I can only see Builtin and Monitor, therefore it seems like it is not properly detecting my third screen!
Any advice? Tried reinstalling chipset drivers.
Graphics driver from website says it's not supported!
Windows 7 64-Bit Enterprise.

envy x360 m6 convertible w105dx blank screen after waking up from sleep
Hi,
Every time I put my notebook to sleep (I close de lid) and I try to wake it up (I open the lid) the screen is full of little squares (they look like pixels). I can only see a little square that moves when I move the mouse.
If I turn it off by pressing the power button and turn it on again, its perfect.
My notebook is brand new.

core i5 monitor messed up
the monitor on my daughter's laptop is all messed up. i cannot open the laptop past a 45 degree angle. the top is not flush with the bottom.
can this still be repaired? if it can, where should i take it? thanks
