Hello,
First of all , i believe, i should state my notebook model and specifications ( 0f course not all but those they need) so it is easier to get a efficiently answer.
So here they are :

Now my main question is : when I use the Catalyst Control Center (CCC) in dynamic control and choose for a simple application ( like e.g Google Chrome or even VLC Player ) high performance graphics , then these applications crashes or either they work much worser from having them in the battrery-saving processor. Is this normal, or not ? In the case that this is not normal, is there any solution ?
Furthermore, I would like to say that when: 1.) I have the Google Chrome in high performance graphics ,then on Youtube the videos either play but not on full screen , or either they ain't start at all and all you can hear is the sound in HD videos (720p,1080p,1440p)
2.) In VLC Player the problem is kinda similar , you can only hear the sound and can't see any video.
Additionaly, some applications crashes after having a message about 3D graphics , so I am starting to thinking that high performance graphics should be used only in intensive graphics software and videogames. Am I right or wrong ?
Hope I didn't make that too long and boring with too much information , but I am not that good in technology stuff, so i am really looking foward to your help and replies.
Thanks in advancde,
your HP member.
