Can anyone help asap?
I just got my brand new laptop which is the hp ab101ax, its a 64bit windows 10 OS, 8gb RAM and 1TB HDD, ever since i got it, i've noticed my screen flickers alot, by flickering i mean the screen dims then brightens, this happens so fast its almost like its flickering, i notice it more on applications that are white in colour, for example web pages in chorme and firefox
I've tried re-installing the video drivers even updating them to the latest version still no help. idk what to do it's really annoying as this is a high performance brand new laptop!

Pixels on screen distinctly visible
My hp ac027tx display got replaced by hp warranty as there was a dead pixel line at the bottom of the screen.
I don't know if I am getting bothered so much or if it is truely this way. I see pixels clearly, mainly in blue colour images.
It is 1366x7** display. I know it doesn't show perfect like 1080 display but I notice this everytime blue images comes on screen. The way pixels contributing the image. I don't know if Windows 10 has a role in this. In other words, lookin on a screen with a very low pixel density. It isnt noticable when viewing a video or playing games.
I have tried changing the resolution, updating all the drivers.
Is there a chance that the display hp gave me as a replacement on warranty claim be a primitive or a low quality display?
Advise if this is normal.

How do I turn the touchscreen off?
I want the touchscreen and tablet off. I didn't really want a touchscreen at all, but it was all the non-touchscreen laptops around were actually more expensive.
I've looked in the settings, but haven't found anything that can help.

Run game in Nvidia Graphix card
I try to run a game using the independent graphics card, and I get an error that says I do not have access to do so. I am logged in as the administrator, what further access do I need, and how would one achieve this?

Why is it that compatibility modes do not work?
Whenever I try to play an older game, the compatibility mode NEVER works. I have had 0% success.
The reason anyone buys anything is so it will do something for them, be it run, look nice, whatever. Why must I jump through 100 hoops to try to get a computer to work? Why can't it just play the games I want?

HP probook 470 g0 17.3inch screen
Hello,
I have owned my HP Probook 470 g0 now for 3.5 year, and i'm wondering, is it possilbe that i can change or upgrade my screen to a higher resolution. It's a 720p screen right now, but i would like to have a 1080p screen. So literaly change the screen on its body. i have to use this laptop for another 3/4 years and i'm wondering is this possible?

My HDMI port doesn't work on my Notebook

The StartUp Screen & The Home Screen has Become Red
Hi,
I have faced an Unusual Problem in My Laptop before A one days ago. I had been Browsing Internet for a Hours . Suddenly I noticed that , the Screen of my Laptop has been Covered by a Red Shade . I scared . I turned off the PC . And then Turned on .., and again I saw a Huge red Shade Covered my Monitor ( Like a red Curtain) . My monitor is about 9.5inch in Height & about 15 inch in Width . And Display is about 7.5inch. Almost 7inch of Display is Covered by that Red Shade . After turning on the Shade was Thicker and After a while It becomes Lighter and Still there is a Light Red Shade is Present . What Should I Do? I Need Help. Can anybody here please Help Me Out .? I am in a Trouble . If there is any way Let me Know Please .

Spectre x360 display/sound issues.
Looking at my display, it seems to me as though the contrast is too high.
Adjusting it through the intel graphics settings screen (intel) and lowering the contrast helped, it is now at the "40" value, but I feel like it is still too high. Browns are too orange, Yellows are too white. If I could lower that from 40/100 to 20/100 I think that would be a sweet spot.
Is this a known problem? What can I do to fix this?
Issue #2 is that my sound seems to be coming out of a 2001 flip phone rather than a >1,000usd laptop, is there something wrong with them (is it another known issue, do I need to change some settings in the B&O software?
Also, bloody 'ell! Is there a special button I should press to wake this laptop up from sleep, or is it normal to have to wait 10 seconds for the screen to go on?
The contrast issue makes me most annoyed, because I bought this laptop due to good screen reviews, especially since I often do work that requires good color reproduction.

Touch screen not working
My touchscreen went out few days ago so today I had time to review HP's online support along with using the HP Support Assistant. What I have noticed is that in Device Manager, if I Show Hidden Devices, I can see the HID-Compliant Touch Screen grayed out and then it refreshes on its own and then becomes solid/bold as if available. I can use the Touch Screen for a little bit, then seems to deactivate and go gray again, then becomes solid/bold as not a hidden device. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it connections within the hinges? If I Scan for Hardware Changes, it sometimes comes back on but when I touch the screen, most of the time it seems to deactive. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

additional monitor doesn't work anymore after software update
My notebook worked well for some weeks. I used an additional display (Samsung BX2431) connected by HDMI. After several recommended software updates (Windows and HP bios updates) the notebook doesn't recognise the monitor anymore. Please help.

display adapter error

I just bought my notebook and was installing the drivers when I got the error message for my display adapter in device and drivers properties that says
'Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)'.
my adapter is amd radeon r5 m300.
I have installed amd catalyst v15.1.7 with dotnet45
Tell me how to solve this and if unsolved how it will affect my system.

Window 10 wifi issue
Please help!!
I upgraded to Windows 10 and the wifi conection started to drop fequently. The laptop worked flawlessly with Windows 8.1.
I switched back to 8.1 and it worked as well as before. I upgraded a few weeks later to Windows 10 and having the sane problems. I have updated the Realtek driver with no improvement. Any suggestions? I prefer Windows 10 and would like to keep the upgrade.

I dont know the operating system, I just bought this, any who I tried to go to youtube and this computer will not play videos it starts off with a video and then goes black. Any video for that matter it will not play, I dont know what to do. I do not know alot about computers. I tried the Internet Explorer and Google to play videos and nither site I could Play anything from. So any assistance would be much helpful

For some reason every time i set an image for my background it stays black i know its not serious but it just bothers me. The theme of my computer changes but the image on my desktop doesn't show.
