Drivers not working properly
I am using a hp 15-ac122TU laptop.I have downloaded all the drivers from the official hp website but its still not working.The YouCam software is not starting.It says " you do not have the compatible VGA hardware or drive to run YouCAm"..I started the preinstalled Chess in my laptop it shows "Hardware acceleration is either disabled or not supported by your video card driver, which could slow game performance.Make sure you have the latest Video card driver and that hardware acceleration is turned on".I see my hardware acceleration is enabled.When I play movies it stops sometimes and breaks the flow of the video.Sound quality is quite low.Please help me soon.

Dear forum,
My wife has recently purchased a HP Spectre x360 - 13-4105dx. This is with a Intel® Core™ i7-6500U with Intel® HD Graphics 520 (I.e the latest version of the i7 and intel graphics card).
My question is what is the max resolution of an external monitor that this laptop can support? I am considering purchasing an external monitor with 3440x1440 pixels (for example Philips BDM3470UP). Will this be supported?
I have heard of issues with Intel HD graphics not supporting resolutions above HD, yet the DELL XPS has a Intel® HD 5500 (older version of 520) that can support 3200 x 1800 for its internal monitor. (I dont know about the external monitor support).
So the question is: Can the HP Spectre x360 - 13-4105dx support a monitor with a resolution of 3440x1440 pixels? If no, then what is the max.

Liquid Damage Help
I accidentally spilled milk on my laptop on my way to work and i tried turning it on after attempting to dry it immediately but it was too late and it got under the display. Later that day i opened the laptop up and i saw that there was a burnt mark along with the liquid residue on the metal strip on the display cover, not the LCD. Before i opened it up, the laptop would turn on fine, its just that the screen wouldnt show as it would normally. I could see the image when i put it up to the sun and responds with the keyboard but there is no backlight and it's really hard to see the screen. I could easily buy a new LCD screen for my model but I don't know if its the LCD screen that doesnt work or the laptop itself. Help!

Automatic reset of color calibration
Hello,
first - sorry if there will be some mistakes, English is not my native language. I increased gamma of my notebook (via Color Calibration). But when I will run some program or turn off notebook, gamma settings are automatically reset. Without increasing gamma is display so dark. Can someone help me, please ? Thanks

screen brightness
My pavilion dv6 screen became at minimum brightness, and the buttons has no effect ( the screen remain dimm) after restoring to earlier rstore point it will recover but after 2 days it will dimm again, may be an update is the reason, but one update can not be rmoved, so I most restore evry time, but now I have no restore point, any solution ?

HP G61 not working
Hi I am trying to fix my mothers laptop, it is a HP G61 series and I have literally looked up and did most of the stuff I can, I didn't send it to a PC doctor or repair person because I don't have the money for that. I tried unplugging it and doing power button for a few minutes, it didn't turn on, I tried readjusting my ram, still nothing, i even cleaned it out, still nothing. What it is currently doing, is I turn it on, i hear the fan going, and the lights on the keyboard come on, but no display, and there are white blinking lights next to the caps lock button and above the number pad, its just a single blink, pause, then repeats. I would really like any help with this, thank you.

I was just wondering if there is a driver or any other program for my HP Envy x2 g010nr that is running Windows 10 for me to use Miracast wireless display options or the Windows Wireless Display Adapter.

Laptop cannot detect HDMI display
Hello,
I'm having trouble connect my laptop to my TV through HDMI. I tried everything that I could do as a OS beginner/intermediate.
Yes, I checked the display detection, changed screen resolution, rebooted with/without the tv plugged in, etc.
I know its not the TV and HDMI because they connected fine with a different laptop. The laptop just doesn't want to detect the HDMI or TV.

AMD Radeon graphics switching error
In the begining, with windows 8, Radeon work fine untill I install windows 8.1 on my laptop. after that my laptop doesn't support to switchable grphics and I can't even see switchable graphics any more when I right click on desktop or any other where in my computer settings.
I install windows 8.1 early of 2014 and now I'm working on windows 10 pro 64bit, still I couldn't fix this problem by myself or with any help I find through news forms.

AMD radeon 8750M bad perfomance
Good day dear colleagues,
I would like to ask about some support for my problem.
I'm using HP probook 650 G1 and running windows 8.1.
So my problem is bad perfomance for AMD radeon 8750M .
Acording to test program
for confguration win8.1 test program show ~ FPS 15
for confguration win10 test program show ~ FPS 30
I checked my old laptop HP probook 420 with same problem and test program show FPS ~ 15
So it's look like my Radeon 8750M can not work with windows 8.1.
Please help me to invistigate this issue and support to solve it.

Problem with drivers
I bought an HP notebook 15ac-118TU recently (26th October, 2015). I have been facing many problems in making this machine work-
- After the driver installation process ends, no message is displayed affirming the installation of that driver. Is there any way to check whether a particular driver has been installed or not?
- The option of modifying brightness (F2 and F3 keys) not working.
- Battery drains quickly (works for 2 hours only).
- The notebook is working too slow ( not expected with pentium dual core 5th generation processor).
If anyone has solutions to the above issues with this model, please help

HP 820 G1 monitor issue
Hi all,
I have HP 820 G1 (drivers and software updated through HP SoftpaQ, plus windows update)
It is on the docking station Ultraslim 2013.
It happens that when the laptop is shut down and connected with the docking station, that when is switched on again picture in neither on the external nor on laptop's monitor. Nothing helps so I need to switch it off by pressing power button again.
Can you help?

Hope My Post find you well
im suffering a problem upgrading to Windows 10 or 8 or 8.1 as i get a black screen in all cases but it differs in the time i get it
In windows 8 i Could go to the windows Desktop page after the setup but when i install the ATI Mobility radeon HD5650 drivers the screen stays black all the time and then i need to remove the windows and reinstall it again
at the end i come to a conclusion to downgrade to windows 7 and stay with it
after i got the option to upgrade to windows 10 i took the check on my laptop through windows and they stated that i am capable to run win 10 but during setup i got a black screen that didnt end for a long time and so i restarted the laptop and could restore the previous version of windows 7
im suffering through this problem since win 8 was introduced and tried with many IT friends of me that at the end i didnt find any way to go through the new operating systems
Is there any solutions for my problem ????
