I just a few minutes ago upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. My HP printer is working fine (yaaaay) but my 17" display is sized more for a regular display... borders on both sides of the screen when on MSN.com (for instance)... I tried changing the resolution but I don't need larger print... I need the screen to fit 17.3" If you need more information about my specific computer just tell me how to find the information for you... PLEASE help!!! Thanks!!!

All Video playback, YouTube, Facebook and Cyberlink DVD player, zoomed in
Yesterday after an update (not sure if it is related to the problem), my laptop's video playback became ultra zoomed-in on all video streams, such as DVD player, YouTube, Facebook, as well as every other form of video player.
I have attempted many of the things suggested to other people online, i.e. ctrl + 0, ctrl & - etc, as well as searching for updates but nothing seems to work.
Is this a common error and does anyone know how it can be fixed?

HDMI not working - AMD High Definition Audio Device - Not Plugged In
Until Saturday I was using the HDMI with no problems at all... plugged in and automatically appeared on both my TV's... however upon trying it today, nothing... on both TV's, different cables too..
I've read that it could be due to updates, and I have tried everything, reinstalling drivers, checking for updated drivers on HP and AMD sites, but nothing helped... tried a clean install with original drivers, still nothing... upgraded to Windows 10, nothing...
My system has two HD audio devices, AMD HD Audio Device, driver is AtihdWT6.sys version 10.0.0.0 and Realtek HD Audio Device, driver RTKVHD64.sys version 6.0.1.7548.
No matter what I do in the playback devices I cannot enable the AMD High Definition Audio Device in Playback Devices, just says NOT PLUGGED IN, whether the HDMI is plugged in or not, the boxes are greyed out Configure, Set Default etc..

when i run high resolution games as PES2016 .. the AMD Radeon accidentally disappeared from my device manager and
turned into video controller and cant refind it againe .. in addition to when i go to AMD Catalyst control Center it says that

dv7 screen brightness w/windows 10
dv7 screen is not bright enough and settings for windows 10 is not even showing a screen brightness adjustment. the keyboard keys that should work for brighness also don't work.
also, computer stays on all the time, and I hear the fan running. the sleep settings are set for 10 and 20 minutes but the screen stays on permanently

youcam issue
I have recently bought hp laptop having hp-15ac-122tu model. I have install windows7-64bit os. U also install all drivers available on hp site. But during opening youcam, a message shows like 'your vga hardware or driver not compatible'. Also the video display quality not fine even installing hp hd display graphics driver. On full screen videos pixels get worst. Please suggest for the same.

B&O Spectre X360 VIDEO DISPLAY CRASHING
Hello,
My Band & Olufsen Spectre x360 keeps having display problems. While using the laptop (eg - just surfing the net) the screen flashes and an error pops up saying "igfx HD graphics driver has crashed and has restarted" happens every hour or so. I've reinstalled the video drivers from HP and also the ones from Intel. both still crashing.
I returned the laptop and swapped it for another (laptop is only 1 day old) and the new swapped laptop is having the same issue.
Any chance of getting some after sales support HP?

Screen Brightness
After my upgrade to Windows 10, I haven't been able to increase the brightness. What can I do to fix this? All I did was upgrade. I didn't tamper with anything else.

If your having problems with Integrated Cyberlink youcam failure after widows 10 upgrade
Hi all
I had problems with my webcam ie totally dead, I did everything everyone suggested all to no avail. Most of the so called answers just sent me to other sites offering more useless info. I downloaded drive wizards and updated drives till they bled still no use. I did everything the control panel had to offer and device manager, still nothing worked, I searched all the forums more useless hoop jumping. So what I did was go to file explorer>This PC right clicked on C drive>open scroll to SW Setup>right click >open scroll to youcam right click to open and sroll to Setup exe open and follow instructions. It uninstalled and reinstalled using installshiel in no time and now have fully functioning webcam again. I don't know if it will work for everyone but if your having same problem and havn't found an answer try it. When activating webcam it takes about 15 seconds for it to fire up.

Issues with displaying three monitors
I currently have a HP Elitebook 8440P connected to a HP 120W Docking Station. Orignally I had two HP EliteDisplay Monitors connected to the docking station via DisplayPorts and using the extended display option was able to work off of both monitors. I was hoping to connect a 32" TV into the docking station and called HP Support to make sure it was compatible and would work and I was assured it would, of course it does not.
Once I got the ok I had the TV connected to the docking station via a HDMI cable to a HP HDMI/DP adapter, one HP monitor was connected via VGA and the other was still connected via displayport. I can still work off of the two HP monitors but while my computer recognizes the TV I can't get anything to move over when I extend the display.
My goal is to have the display extended across all three monitors and from some research I think my graphics card only allows me to utlize two displays. It looks like my computer has the Intel HD Graphics Core i5.
So.... Is there anything I can do with what I am currently running to extend to all three displays? If not, what are my options? Can I purchase a new graphics card and use this current laptop or do I need to buy a new laptop that supports three displays? Finally, if I purchase a new laptop will my current connections allow it to extend to three displays. Thank you for any help ANYONE can provide.

Stuck in HDMI mode. Black Screen, keyboard still responds.
So, I was watching a movie on my Envy 15 in hdmi mode on second screen only. My cable broke mid film and now the laptop is stuck in this mode and nothing comes up on the screen. The laptop turns on, as the fan turns on and the different lights on the keyboard work if I click on them (i.e. Keyboard backing light, mute button and caps lock). I've tried the laptop in an external monitor with a new cable and clicking the hdmi button and hard resetting but still nothing.
Please help me out if you have any ideas, cheers.

Unable to detect AMD High performance Graphics.
Specifications of my laptop is. Intel Core i7-2630QM (2.0Ghz) with HD 3000 + HD 6850M Graphics backed by 8GB Single RAM.
I formatted OS once, as was installing drives, i saw that my graphics driver was failing, re-attempted it, but still no progress. I got away with installing Intel HD Graphics drivers.
But then later on, i used AMD Auto-Detect Utility, and it wasn't detecting my Graphics Card at all.
A working Switchable Graphics suddenly High performance one stops working.

Cannot change brightness on Pavilion dv7-6100 Entertainment shortly after Win 10 upgrade
Now I am the one whose brightness has gone sour. I cannot deal with sending this laptop to the company for the extended warranty, because I did that once, all I had was a crack in the rim close to the CD-ROM drive, and even though I bought the HP extra operating install CD, I never got my browser and Windows settings back. They took EVERYTHING off, and it was only an external problem!
Additionally, I'm a former desktop applications adjunct prof at 2 universities and was a technical trainer on Capitol Hill. So, much chagrin....

Grey are on screen
Hi Guys
Had my spectre x360 for about 3 months and I noticed that the screen has a grey oval area about 1 by 1cm that is very visible when the background is black or dark when the computer is running. But cannot be seen when the screen is turned off.
If the the screen is showing an image with colour or above a degree of brightness it is not visible.
If there is not a quick fix (doubt it) do you think that this will be covered by the guarantee?
