I have formatted my HP Laptop hp pavilion g series with win7 32 bit which was earlier win home basic 64 bit. after that no function keys work like brightness, volume one touch etc. also no HDMI output available in TV.plz help me out

Red background blocks apps
Hello,
I have kind of maby a weird thing, a few hours ago i installed origin on my and with origin i installed the fifa 16 demo. when i was playing that demo for like 2 minutes it suddenly stopped and there came a popup with some text about that it used too much space( the app was 3.4 GB) but i recently resetted my laptop. After i clicked the popup away my screen display went smaller and my normal background went red and now i cant see my signs (google chrome, libre office, word). Is this a common problem and can somebody give me advise?

Screen goes black, comes back after restart
Problem started after sent to HP for repair (primarily overheating). Disk was wiped and restreamed, components unrelated to video were replaced...keyboard, fan....
When booting up an MMO (GuildWars2) the screen will sometimes go black. Only way to bring it back is to restart. I did a forced restart several times before I got smart and hooked it up (HDMI) to the TV. That gives me a screen to do a proper restart. It's gone blank once while playing the game, but it's almost always when I'm going into the game from a successful login. I do not have special video settings. No overclocking...nothing. I just put the game on and played. The issue did not occur before I sent it for repairs/restream. (It is, of course, now out of warrantee)
This can happen when the machine is freshly started (i.e. shouldn't be an overheating issue) or if I've been running it for a while. The last time this happened, I just shut the machine and left it for a while because I couldn't get to the tv. When I came back and opened it...I had a screen back.
I've tried "windowing" the game, but that doesn't bring the screen back.
I tried changing the video option to video card only, but that didn't solve the problem.
anyway...this mornging, I shut the computer down for updates...and the screen immediately went black. Hooked it up to the TV and the updates were being installed, waited. let it do a complete shutdown, and brought it back. Seems fine.
Any suggestions/insights for this weird, ghosty problem w/b appreciated.

Upgraded to Win10 and now my integrated camera is no longer found.
I upgraded to Windows 10 pro from Windows 7 pro and now my camera and fingerprint devices are not found and I cannot
find any drivers to update. Also I had 4 usb ports but after the upgrade, only the two on the left side work, the two on
the right side are dead. Any help, HP shows no updates, Windows has two for the Intel 6 chipset that fail and I have not
found any other help.

HDMI Not Working After Windows 10 Install
Hello,
My hard drive crashed and I had a new hard drive installed with a ground up Windows 10 install. When I brought my laptop home and plugged in my external monitor in the HDMI port, the laptop did not recognize it. I went to the Intel HD Graphic display area, Graphic properties, Advanced mode, then to Display, Multiple Displays and the Operating Mode lists Single Display in the drop down, but there isn’t an option to choose multiple displays. I also went to AMD Catalyst Control Center with no luck.
- Windows 10 ground up install 64 bit
- HP Pavilion dm4-1063cl Entertainment Notebook PC
- Samsung 27” SyncMaster P2770HD
I appreciate any advice you can offer on this issue.

Hp Envy brand new power on but display not working
I just bought a brand new hp envy 15-ae120ng notebook from the online hp store in Germany. I received the package and opened it and as per instructions connected to a power source and switched it on ,but light on the power button glows , could here the fan running but the display doesn't turn on ;it remains to be black. I have no idea what am I supposed to do now. After all the excitement , I'm completely disappointed. Could someone help me out with this ?

Windows 10 installation
I attempted to upgrade my notebook from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
It failed with the error "C1900101-40017 Windows update encountered an unknown error".
It failed at the 2nd reboot when i ended up with a blank screen.
I have tried several times, including the Windows 10 Media creation option.

Ever since updating to Windows 10 I can not view videos
Ever sinced updating to Windows 10, I am no longer able to view videos. I either get a green screen or no video at all, but I can still hear the video. Sometimes it seems to be skipping though. Please help - I am so frustrated!

Graphics Card Reseting
Hi,
I recently picked up an EliteBook 8440p, upgraded from an older model. I use this machine to play Eve Online while traveling. The problem I'm having is with the display adapter, it keeps reseting when certain parts of the game load up, Specifically, whenever my character in game jumps through a wormhole, or a stargate, the game freezes, the screen goes black, recovers, and I get a message saying the graphics card reset, it's very persistant.... I already contacted customer support about this matter, and updated every driver there is for this machine, nothing has had any effect. The older version of this machine that I upgraded from ran Eve Online without any problems at all..... Why am I having this issue with a newer model?

Probook 450, grainyness of the light colors
I have purchased HP ProBook 450 G2, J4T47ES#ABB about a month ago.The matte display has a grainy look, especially the lighter colors. It's very noticeable. Is this a defect or just the matte finishing looks like this? If so, I would have never bought it, if i knew it..

Black screen on awaking from sleep with motors running and lights flashing
Hi
I have a problem with black screen.
I have checked out all the solutions I can find and have failed to solve it.
When the laptop opens from sleep the motor starts and all lights flashing but black screen.
I have to shut and open anything between 1 nad 5 times and the screen will come up.
I have downloaded bios and all drivers from HP and have disabled hybred sleep and checked all power options.
I have tried removing the battery and removing the memeory cards all with no success.
I think it must be the signal to the screen not getting there I am at a loss.
The system is windows 8.1 and I did update to windows 10 however I have removed 10 and returned the machine to factory settings also with no success.
Please I need help.

both the f2 and f3 functions to brighten up my screen have stopped working. I have no idea why. I did upgrade to Windows 10 but they were working just fine. its been about 2 weeks now.

So I've had my HP Envy for around 18months now. Hardly any problems and I love the thing. I updated to Windows 10 around a month ago and I haven't used it since. Today I started it up and the screen wouldn't work which was odd. I tried again. Then thought hang on something is wrong here.
After looking online and trying every possible thing (holding power button, taking out battery and holding power button, attempting to plug into a monitor, pressing F10 on start up) and nothing worked.
Are there any ideas what could be wrong with it? I'm reluctant to take it to a computer shop as I'm not loaded and I know they rip you off. So yeah any advice would be great!

Need Help Finding an Old Display Cable
My grandmother has had this laptop for about 5 years and it really hasn't been used that much. Her display cable is messing up where it has to be at the perfect angle, otherwise the screen is just white. I searched on the HP website for the model and came up with nothing. Also searched on amazon and didn't come up with anything. Where do you guys go for old computer parts?

On Screen Volume Control Bar Not Showing up
Recently had to replace my hard drive. Now I am unable to get the volume control bar to show up on the screen. The shop that replaced the hard drive suggested downloading the quick launch buttons which I did and that did not work. What do I need to do/install to get the volume showing up on the screen again?

Laptop is still randomly going black.
I've been having this issue for months where I'll be using my laptop like usual and out of nowhere the screen will go black for a couple seconds and then come back on. Windows does not report any errors either, so I don't really think it's a problem with the graphics chip or anything (unless Windows isn't catching it?).
This issue has been happening ever since I recieved my laptop back from HP after having the motherboard replaced. I then had to send it back to HP for another small issue right after and I told them about this screen issue and they ran diagnostics on it but found nothing. I think it's possible that maybe a wire from the screen could be loose or something.
It's worth mentioning that this issue doesn't happen constantly. Some days it doesn't happen at all and some days it'll happen five times or more. It's entirely random and I'd love to find a solution for this problem.

my camerae is in device manager but not the control panel
The device manager says my camera is working properly but I cant find it anywhere else and when I try to connect to skype etc it won't work! I'm not very good at these things so can anyone help?
