Black Screen HP G62 b07sl ATI radeon 5470 problems !!!
Hello everyone , I have a problems with my video driver for my laptop , when I install the last version driver from the website for my dedicated video card Ati Radeon 5470 , after restart I got a Black screen only . How can I get a old version driver for Windows 7 Home 32 bits ? the new version isn't good I tried all verison witch are available on official website and more... please help... Random FPS lag
Hi,
I recently purchased a new HP laptop. It has high specs than my last laptop and when it runs well it runs really well.
My issue is approx. 15% of the time when it isn't working well.
When I am playing games like League of Legends or Hearthstone, which I classify as relatiely low requirements, I get lots of frame lag. I also have problems with tabbing out of full screen items. I find this unusual as my last laptop run these applications without issue.
As I said, when the laptop runs well I love it. But when it doesn't it is frustrating when I paid that little bit more for better specs.
I've set power options to high performance, set settings to low quality (which I shouldn't need to) with no remedy.
I've checked all my drivers are up-to-date.
I am lost what else to do. Any help would be great.

Dear sir,
When I play movies (from an external hard drive), The video keeps breaking up and the picture is not clear intermittently stopping with lines or spots of different colours. A standard VGA is installed. Could you please help me with possible causes/answers. Do I need to install a codec or a service pack or is the problem with the graphic card?. I tried to play the movie on a different computer and it plays beautifully with crystal clear picture (the movie is HD).

Getting Bad Performance With Pavilion Laptop
I recently bought a hp pavilion laptop with quad core amd, 8gb ram and dedicated graphics card.
However i have been noticing the performance has been very much below par, compared to other computers with similar hardware.
For example CSGO benchmark with the same card yielded about 100fps on high settings, but i struggle to obtain a playable FPS at all, even with everything turned down low including resolution.
I have also noticed lag when using the system, switching tabs on firefox will hang for about a second, and it is very annoying.
I am running windows 10, and it was clean installed using a USB (previously ran windows 8.1)
A look at the Task Manager shows that there is sometimes VERY high disk and CPU usage (spikes of up to 100% for both)
Bear in mind that its quite a new computer so i dont think it requires cleaning yet.
I have installed the latest drivers from the HP website (before i also tried updating with amd catalyst and using the catalyst updated drivers) I also have got the most recent drivers for sound card and HDD
i tried disabling the integrated card so that it would use the dedicated one but it gave an error saying there are no drivers for the dedicated card.
Also i have it set to maximum performance at all times in the amd catalyst options.
I really am at an end with what to do, ive tried many different solutions but none have worked. Hopefully someone can offer a new solution or at least help me discover what the problem really is

Brightness Problem with new Windows 10
I recently bought this (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-15-6-touch-screen-laptop-intel-core-i3-6gb-memory-1tb-hard-drive-black/4221600.p?id=1219708598794&skuId=4221600) laptop and while I really enjoy it, the dim screen is a huge change from my previous laptop and I absolutely hate it. It's also causing problems with graphic design that I do.
Is there a way to get it as BRIGHT as possible? And stop it from dimming every time I go a page with a dark background?

Hi I have a HP pavilion G series, I updated some optional driver that included few display related which I don't remember exactly. Now my screen has gone black and nothing is displayed. I tried by disconnecting all the peripheral parts, connecting to AC power and pressing the power button for me minute but invain. I used HDMI cable to connect to TV screen but it says no signal. Help please...
