I have installed the Intel HD Graphics 4600 drivers from the Products driver page, found at : here
However I am Still getting BSOD after waking the laptop from sleep Bellow I have listed the error found in event viewer
If I change the settings in the BIOS/UEFI to allow only 32 mb of ram to it, sleep works, if I max it out at 512mb, I get a blue screen, if I change it to 254mb, The computer can go to sleep and wake up but after sometime, it blue screens, all the hardware on this laptop is new,
I have two dims, and two ram sicks, both from samsung, 2 gb each, making 4gb all in all, I have tried them one by one, (putting one stick in booting with 512mb of ram to the igpu) but still with both sticks i end up with the error, so that means HP need to give an BIOS/UEFI Update to sort this problem out or new drivers for HD 4600 "windows 10"
