Desktop Screen Flashes Between Blue Screen and Desktop Screen
The blue screen and desktop keep on flashing and I can't go on the internet. There's not taskbar and the internet explorer on the bottom dont show and I cant access the internet. Please help me find a solution. My warranty expired. The internet modem was just upgraded and I have reserved for Windows 10 to be installed on the background when its ready as the Microsoft email says on my email.

Brightness buttons not working in Windows 10
Hi
I have an HP 255 G3 Notebook running Windows 10 64-bit.
The brightness buttons (f2 and f3) are not working for brightness adjustments. Nothing happens when the buttons are pressed. The othe buttons are working fine (for example volume adjustment f7 and f8).
Any ideas on how I can make the buttons work?

i got my hp laptop 6 mnths back n now it encountered a problem ...that is...while opening the lid...the desktops surrounding frame is stretching and getting opened soo widely....and it causes great disturbance while opening and closing the lid of my laptop...??

how do I increase HP Envy Dedicated Video memory?
Hello,
I 've been trying to increase my dedicated video memory in BiOS but I can't seem to figure out how to do it or if it's even possible. Any Ideas will be greatly appreciated, It's currently set to 128mb and thats pretty much useless for most games now adays. I read somewhere that games will run better if you increase it.
When I do scans on my computer that check compatibility for games, dedicated video is always the only issue.

Warm yellowish tint after upgrading to windows 10
Bought the spectre x360 7/8/2015 with windows 8.1. The display was fantastic when compared with my old Dell xps 15z. THEN! I upgraded to windows 10 and the display changed to a yellowish tint. It was just like turning off a flourescent tube light and turning on a tungsten light bulb. Now my 5 year old Dell beats the Spectre pants down when it comes to brightness. I check the brightness settings on the Spectre and it's at max. Is there an update or a setting somewhere that I'm missing on?

After upgrade to Win 10 ENVY TouchSmart 15-j001tx Notebook PC display doesn't respond to touch
I just upgraded to Windows 10 from 8.1 and after I did, my touch screen doesn't respond or work. I basically have a non-touch display... ugh
I've searched this forum and the hp support for possible drivers but don't see anything. I've even tried the Win 10 Drivers Update process with no success.
Any suggestions?

HP 15t Laptop - screen goes black on plugging in
I upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 yesterday, and since this morning I have been experiencing a very irritating problem. When I plug in my laptop's AC adapter to charge up the battery my screen goes completely black. The computer is still on - in fact, even as I type this I'm typing it with a completely black screen - the screen just goes black as though the computer were turned off or in sleep mode. Adjusting the brightness of the screen in the display settings or power settings or even with the function keys does nothing - my screen stays black. The only way I was able to resolve this issue was to force restart my computer while it was plugged in; when it started again, the screen came up just fine.

my webcam won't stay on in skype - it flickers on and off and says it's not connected
can't use my webcam for skype - it won't stay on. It goes on and off and says it's not connected. If I go to the webcam it is working.

Screen in tent mode on HP Pavlion x360 s025nd
Hi,
It looks like my screen doenst automatically rotate when I put my laptopn in tent mode. And I can't find the settings to change that. Can someone tell me how to fix this?

Envy 14: Separate monitor is blank after Win10 upgrade
The Attached monitor worked fine (HDMI) while using Windows 7, but after the upgrade to Windows 10 the video output doesn't work (tried the mini video as well as the HDMI). The HP detection software says everything is up to date as does the Windows update software.

AMD RADEON 7600M SERIES Graphics card driver
Hi there, I'm using an HP LAPTOP G6 2303tx. I got a virus on my computer that requires to format the system for fixing the problem. I installed with WINDOWS 8.1 (64 bit). The problem was fixed but a new one comes out. I have downloaded all the drivers but only for AMD RADEON 7600M SERIES that I can't find. Instead I found AMD RADEON 7670M SERIES. I installed it but didn't work.

Hp Pavillion x360 touch screen stopped working
Hi,
I recently downloaded the windows 10 update and after that the touch screen on my computer worked fine. However, when I restarted to update some settings it stopped working. When I turn it into a tablet, it still doesnt work.

HP DV7 6135dx. Can't install ATI Catalyst Control Center. Need help!
Hi! Have laptop HP DV7-6135dx. Windows 7 x64 Ultimate.
I can't install Catalyst Control Center.
I see in "Hardware" Mobile Intel(R) HD Graphics and Radeon (TM) HD 6490M like video adapters. Both this cards look like drivers installed completely.
I'm trying to install CCC to have choice to select one or another card.
I've download all video drivers for this laptop model.
I've try to install:
1. AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver 8.830.6.2000 Rev. Oct 5, 2014
2. AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver 8.882.2.3000 Jul 31, 2014
3. Reference driver 12-10_mobility_vista_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc_whql_net4
4. Autodetect ATI Driver Software and it was install some driver.
Always i have error message "Application Install:install package error" and installation process interrupted.
I've try to fully uninstall all video drivers and install them from beginign, have try to clean system and registry by CCleaner, i think i've try everything but can't install CCC. It's always stuck with error.

Before i have install new Windows 7 i have seen on previous Windows 7 Catalyst....
I don't know why i can install it. Can you help me please?

drivers for windows 10
This laptop has a NVIDIA GEForce 7150m / nforce 630m display adapter. The current drivers are 9.18.13.768 dated 12/7/2012. I haven't been able to determine if this driver is compatible in windows 10. NVIDIA says see HP, HP says see Microsoft, and Microsoft says see manufacturer. When I click on the windows 10 icon in the tray it says the display manufacturer has not made the display adapter compatible with windows 10, and to see manufacturer. NVIDIA says they only provide updated drivers for retail products sold direct to consumer, otherwise see hardware manufacturer. Any help would be appreciated.

Intel Media Accelerator
I can't update this computer to Win10 because of Intel Media Accelerator has to be more up to date. Is hp and Intel working on this? Does any one know of a work around. This is frustrating. I need to buy 2 new computers, but this doesn't give me a whole lot of confidence to buy HP.
