I got HP 15-R203TX Notebook with free dos os and i have installed windows 7 ultimate os.

 

i am facing two issues while installing the drivers

 

1.when i try to install Cyberlink YouCam Software->sp70822.exe, i am gettint the error "You do not have the compatible VGA hardware or driver to run Yucam" ,how to use my cam?

 

2.when i install Cyberlink PowerDVD/Power Media Player Software-sp70823.exe  i am getting the "Software can only be installed on authorized Machines" ?

 

3.How to check NVIDIA Graphic card 2 GB configuration and i have installed 

Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver-sp69588.exe

NVIDIA High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver-sp69609.exe

But i need to check where this is configured properly or not

 

4.what will be the drivers installation location ,on my laptop all drivers are stored C:\SWSETUP director is this the correct location or

 

please help me its bit urgent

Hello i need please help with this problem so i start explain what type of problem i have. I unninstalled old AMD Catalyst driver and Intel too. Then i installed newest from Intel.com and AMD.com. After upgrade AMD newest driver my graphics card changed name from AMD Radeon HD 7650M to AMD Radeon HD 7500/7600M. Doesnt hurt i just tell you what happened. Then i start think graphics card would work better if i unninstall those newest drivers and install from HP for Intel and AMD and then upgrade them with newest Intel and AMD drivers. For AMD it works but not for Intel so i have only newest driver. But it wasnt better so i wanted come back. I used all that time for unninstall drivers DDu Display Driver unninstaller.  And i deleted folder swsetup because it has too much GB and i thought theres only drivers which i dont need if i have them installed.  I used restore point there where i had newest drivers for Intel and AMD without older drivers installed because i thought it would be better then again reinstall drivers.  Now unfornately i have several problems. When i start computer i have 3 errors

And what about AMD and Intel drivers?

Intel works but about AMD i cant tell that same. From AMD driver stayed only few folders which showing Windows i have AMD catalyst driver installed but its not working. When i unninstall him to install new driver i have Standard VGA driver something like that. I looked at him in Device manager and he needs driver because he showing he cant find alone. And thats the problem. I dont know from where i can install driver for this. And yes that errors are too problems. I thanks for any reply which can fix this problem without reinstalling windows which i dont want. THanks

Hello,

 

as AMD released Catalyst Drivers 15.7 I tried to update my graphic drivers through device manager, but it keep saying that my drivers are up to date. The version of my drivers is 13.152.1.9002 (found in properties of display adapter). I Don´t know how to solve this issue, because when I tried it update manually through AMD website by Autodetect software or other methods, it looked it is installed correctly but it wasn´t. My drivers wasn´t working so far. I couldn´t swich my graphics.

I have installed Ubuntu Linux 14.04 and windows 7 in my presario CQ60. The screen goes completely white or random colored vertical lines appear all over the screen when I turn on the laptop, and I can't see the boot options. But when I select Ubuntu from the list (of course by guess), the display works normal as if nothing happened. The display however remains the same (completely white or random colors) in case I select the windows OS. Why is this possibly happening and what can I do to solve it?
since the screens seems completely normal in Ubuntu, it's probably less likely that there are any sort of hardware malfunctioning but the display going crazy in boot menu is a surprise.

I have a HP ProBook 4540s with Intel HD Graphics 4000 and AMD Radeon HD 7500M/7600M Series Graphics.

The AMD GPU used to be working fine on all games and applications but now I am experiencing very poor performance with it. Even Intel HD Graphics 4000 works better than AMD GPU at the moment. When I launch any game with "high performance" mode (AMD GPU) the game has low FPS and is really not smooth enough, "laggs". When I play the same game with "power saving" mode (Intel GPU) it works just fine. It means that graphics card for sure has some kind of a problem. What should I do?

Re-installing windows or drivers do not help at all. I tried changing the thermal compound and do the dust cleaning but it did not helped either.

Im not able to adjust the brightness by using F2 and F3...bt my other hotkeys are working properly...and windows function of F2 and F3 is working..

I have searched everywhere to solve the issue but i didnt found anything...

so please help me out...its really irritating not to adjust the brightness and working in full brightness....

In March I bought a new HP Envy 14T with a 14.0-inch diagonal Full HD WLED-backlit Display (1920x1080)... or at least I think I did.  Recently a friend was using my computer and wondered if the computer was actually built with the HD display or not.  I don't know of any way to confirm this.  I tried calling HP Tech Support but the tech support guy had a difficult time understanding my question.  He asked if the display was broken (no) and if it was a monitor (no). So maybe the users here can help.  

All I can do to describe the display is that it has a matte surface finish; it isn't glossy or highly reflective like some MacBook Pros or other Windows machines.  

It also has a very narrow field of view.  If it is tilted slightly, the colors will "block up" or blacken becoming indistinguishable.  So I need to be very careful about the angle at which I set the display.  And onlookers need to be almost over my shoulder to be able to see the colors clearly.

 

Any thoughts?

I recently bought a new 4k television and trying to output the PC display as 3840x2160 at 60hz, but capped at 30hz. Is this a hardware limitation of the Intel 4600 chipset, or should I be able to output at 60hz? I can't seem to find if the HDMI port on this laptop supports HDMI 1.4 on any documentation.

My laptop went black but you can still see the screen if you shine a flash light on it.  When I connect it to an external monitor it works fine - and the screen turn on works again w/out any problems.  However, if I disconnect it from the external monitor, it will work for a while, but eventually will go black again.

 

I have taken the computer to Best Buy's Geek Squad to be checked and was told that the screen had to be replaced, which I have done.  However, it still having the same problem with the new screen.

 

Any suggestions?

Hi,

I am having an issue were when I turn my laptop on the screen turns on, the system boots & then the screen turns blank/black. The laptop is running fine and the OS has booted.

 

I have.......

 

• Plug external monitor into HDMI and I can see OS fine & external screen works fine.
• HDD Check Passed
• RAM Check Passed
• RAM reseated
• Hard reset performed (remove battery, power, hold power button then power back up)
• Occurs on Windows 8.1 64bit
• Occurs on Ubuntu 14.04 64bit
• Replaced HDD with SSD

 

All of the above I have tried with no resolution, does any one have any other suggestions?

 

Currently the issue is occuring nearly every time I power the laptop on and the only way to use the laptop when this happens is to plug in an external display.

i cant install amd drivers on my new hp 15 af008ax...

 

it has a a8 7410 apu with r5 graphics and a discrete amd m330 graphics... there is no switchable graphics option in bios after updating...

 

tried every amd drivers...

 

but there is unrecognised device in device manager with its name as video controller... hope it the discrete gpu...

 

there is anyway .. could not even decrease my brightness of my screen

I recently purchased this HP Laptop HP-RT243TX.

 

It had dos so I installed windows 7. This is a 64 Bit machine

 

I am trying to find the the below drivers

Also, I have a Nvidea GE Force Graphic card. I need the driver so the games work good.

 

I installed Nvdidea Experience howvever it says I need to have intel driver,.

Hi Friends, 

 

from past one month i'm facing problem with my pc , while is start the back light flashes once or twice than goes to black the pc is working but screen is black , i tried connectiong vga cable to  test in another screen it worked fine , but at times the pc screen start working itself while connected to extrenal screen & works normally , once i disconnect vga the screen again goes to black.

 

Can you guys help with some solution or information whats wrong.

last week it was working fine but iv just trying and its not working iv tryed connecting my laptop up to my tv with 2 diffrent hdmi leads and just keep gettin no signal coming up and on properts its says no 2nd screen detected ? any help please

Hello there everyone, my pc turns on and all the lights are on i even hear my loud fan turing  but the screen is completely black and no led code flashes.. does that mean that my screen is no good?. i know im probably a couple years late to ask this question but i never really looked into it because i though i was responsibble for pushing my pc to hard with the programs i have. thank you

I custom ordered a 2015 Envy x360 with a gtx 930m and my laptop was using Intel HD 5500 graphics out of the box. The BIOS has no option to configure boot graphics that I could find (even after a BIOS update through HP's driver/software update page). The 930m is detected and running correctly, but it is not the boot graphics and the only program I can get to actually use the GPU is Nvidia's Geforce Experience. Am I missing something here?

 

EDIT: I have also updated my Nvidia drivers from HP's driver update site.

DV7-7025dx bought in 2012. Today, on boot, horizontal lines right from the moment I turn it on. Lines are so bad I can barely see anything. Booted into windows - lines still there. After a few minutes they cleared up. Powered down, removed battery, reset bios, rebooted. Still there. Is the display/adapter going bad?
