Hello. I have a zBook 14 running Windows 8.1 Enterprise, 16GB of Ram, 64 bit, with switchable graphics (Intel HD Graphics 5500 and AMD FirePro M4150). I am interested in puchasing and hooking up this laptop to a mointor with true 4K 4096x2160 resolution.
From the HP QuickSpecs document for my machine it says the following.
DisplayPort w/MST (Multi-stream Transport) Supports resolutions up to QFHD 3840 x 2160, 24/30-bit color depth at 60 Hz, and WUXGA (1920 x 1200) monitors, with 24/30-bit color depth up to 120 Hz.

That would lead me to believe that it isn't able to drive 4096x2160, though from what I understand that resolution is possible over DisplayPort with the Intel Graphics HD 5500. Does the documentation not mention up to the 4096x2160 resolution because there weren't monitors available at the time of writing or will my zBook really not support that resolution or will it work through the DisplayPort (both in the laptop and through the dock)?
Thanks in advance for your reply.
