Hi, my laptop has a display device which consist of Intel HD 4000 and Radeon HD 7670M, it crashes without no apparent reason. It crashes on various actions such as going full screen on You Tube, or while I am streaming video to the TV via hdmi port, when starting games (PES, COD...), while copying images on documents etc. Also display can somtimes work flawlessly for several days. When it crashes blue screen appears on display with this technical information:

I have tried to reinstall OS and all of the drivers but it didn't help. All of my drivers are from this official HP driver support site:

Hi. I've been watching dvd's on my laptop through the cyberlink video player. It's suddenly telling me i need internet connection to play a disc now. I don't have internet, and it really doesn't make sense that i would need to connect to play a dvd.

I recently upgraded from 32 bit Vista to 64 bit Windows 7.  Now my webcam does not work and when I try for a search for the driver, it says all is up-to-date.  How do I get my cam to work again?

Hi Sir,

 

    I have above mentioned notebook, i bought it one week before from snapdeal...in that i have installed windows 8.1 32 bit OS. Everything is fine but the brightness adjustment keys f2 and f3 are not working...so please help me as soon as possible

I cannot find a touchscreen for this slatebook anywhere.  Is there a compatible one made? (761222-001 I believe)

(yes, I ran the serial on HP's site and found a 200.00 one, but that's a bit much...)

The Ultrabook was working perfectly until the Touch Sreen feature stop working, all the remaining features are working perfectly, when looking for the System properties show that is not supported any tocuh or pen feature.

Appreciate the support to solve this.

I am not great with computers!  in the lower right side of my screen in Taskbar (?) there was an icon to change magnification...it has dissapeared and I do not know how to put in back...HELP!!!  Thanks

I am  facing the problem while opening the Youcam application kindly advise how to resolve,

Hello forum ,

 

Iv got this problem with battery drain and i saw a post on the forum about uninstalling your graphics driver and reinstalling it. The problem is that when I reinstall my driver my screen goes from dark to light to dark to light and so on.. I know that when i get this fixed my battery life will improve, I even turned my blutooth off which makes a huge difference but it's still not performing as it should do. My laptop was baught on the 14th October 2014. Could someone please help me, I would be soooooooooooo greatful for any advice and guidence.

My computer is an HP Pavilion 17-e019dx Notebook PC.

 

My screen resolution will just randomly change by itself.  I will be on my computer then the screen will go dark and the computer will make a ding noise and then the screen resolution will change by itself. It does this ramdomly on and off whenever my computer is on.

hi, today I have bought this Hp notebook http://www.mediaworld.it/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=20000&storeId=20000&productId=33730698&langId=-1&partner=null ad you can see it shows that the graphic card is a hd8570M with 2gb.... the fact is that checking with ati  catalyst it shows that the graphic card is instead a radeon r5. so do you think that they gave me the wrong product? is hp selling two 15-g212nl with different graphic cards? or is a matter of dedicated/integrated graphic cards? please help me! thank you very much

My Hp Omen is new and it is displaying a flickering screen when the computer has been on for a certain amount of time. Please advise me on how to rectify this. I am using the adapter that was provided when I purchased the laptop. Even when I turn the laptop off and on the flickering will happen. The other thread that dealt with this issue yielded no help or results.

After a thermal shutdown my screen, in my homescreen there are pinkish dots appeared in my Notebook. The welcome sign had a transition effects. The windows logo had many green dots on it. Please. Answer this !! Why this problem occurs in my notebook ???

Hi guys,

 

I've just bough the HP zBook 15 i7-4900MQ Nvidia 2100KM 16GB and I'm experiencing this screen issue often when I wake my computer up or lift the lid (see photo below, not sure why its upside down after the upload).

 

 

 

Can't seem to find any other people experiencing this problem (or I'm not using the right search terms) so I figured I'd ask on here. I usually have to reboot to fix the problem.
