didnt got replacement in time
Hp provided me damaged unit.. and had 20 days till today didnt got new unit.. becoz of their employees working in doa process seems like they are drunked while on working.. sended me wrong doa letter yesterday now the whole process will again take 15 days... wow hp.. doing great job.. if there is any policy please return my cash i dont want your product.. hate hp

My Nvidia graphics card is not working.Hp pavillion 23 f202in
Hello,
I have a Pavillion 23-f202in AIO computer. In the specs it was told i have a Nvidia geforce 710a.The card appears in my display adapters in device manager and also has its own Nvidia control panel.Whenever i try to run any game (which has 3-d objects like Kerbal Space Program and Flight Simulator X) the screen where the oject is shown is black and the game just crashes after a couple of minutes.
(the black area is where the plane is supposed to be)
When i use my integrated graphics (which i believe is Intel hd 2500) it works just fine but it cant handle high settings.
(Flight Sim x running with integrated graphics)
It cant even detect the graphics card even though it is there in the display adapters in device manager.
I have also been noticing the "black screen" in other games such as Kerbal Space Program and Plague Inc. .The only game which works fine is Minecarft.huh.
Anyways, i was wondering what is the problem and can i get it fixed because the PC is still covered by the warranty.Is my graphics card dead? or is it some problem with the settings.I have already tried re-installed the drivers several times but to no avail.Thanks in advance!

webcam not working

My webcame stopped working all of sudden. I'm not at all sure why. I've looked for solutions online but can't find any.

Touch Screen Not Working
I got this new laptop for christmas and the touch screen has worked fine on it until now, the touchscreen stopped working about a week ago. I dont know what happened, I take very good care of the laptop and its rarely used. When I go to the corner settings the touch keyboard used to be white and I could click on it and the touch screen keyboard would appear on my screen and now when I try to click on the touch keyboard it wont do anyting and is grey. Please help, it is very agervating.

Touchscreen is not responding on HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14-b132tx Sleekbook Windows 7
I had a faulty HDD so I had to change it and so my laptop has a new HDD and a Windows 7 installed. Now, my touchscreen doesn't work at all. I tried the links posted earlier but it all covers Windows 8, and does not tell me anything about how to approach the problem if I have Windows 7. The control panel does not have the 'pen and input devices' tab. There is also no HP TouchScreen Configuration option. I don't have PC Help and Tools as well. Help will be very much appreciated.

unable to install drivers
I just bought this computer from india a week ago and I installed windows 7 ultimate on the same (64 bit). I have downloaded all the drivers I could find on HP website and tried installing all of them one by one. I am still unable to install two drivers (as what they show in OTHER DEVICES in DEVICE MANAGER)
1. 3D video controller
2. Universal Serial Bus (USB controller)
Under Display adaptors, I can only see Standard VGA Graphic Adaptors. I have tried installing the graphic drivers multiple times but still the same issue. I have also tried installing the USB 3.0 drivers multiple times but still the same issue as welI. I would highly appreciate any n every assistance on the same.

Hp Pavilion dv6 Notebook , Driver display stopped working and has recovered
Hi, I have a problem with my driver display....
I installed the Autocad program , and after 2 weeks, every time that I open the Autocad, after 4 or maybe 5 min. the screen goes black and after that a note shows up saying: Driver display stopped working and has recovered. I Try to update everything using the Hp support assistance and still i have the same issue. I don't know much about the computer and the driver so I will appreciate if somebody give me a solution. Thank you!!!

Video drivers on DV7 notebook.
I had to reinstall windows 7 from an installation cd after a virus attack. I cannot get video drivers to work after trying for over 3 days. HP specs says the system has an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 6490m. I have tried HP driver support and also downloaded the Catalyst drivers from ATI. Now device manager says that windows has stopped running the driver due to error 43. Can anyone please help me?

I have pavilion g6 1322tx notebook and it has 1gb AMD radeon 7400m graphic and intel HD 3000 graphic. When I open a game it tell me that "This game not supported in Intel HD 3000". So why do we have a AMD graphic card on this. I tried to fix this. But I don't have a way to do this. Please give me answer for this...////

HP G56 scrren not powering up on boot up

8.1 Graphics Driver
I also updated to Windows 8.1 64-bit and now am unable to use my external monitor due to a graphics driver issue. I have an Intel HD Graphics Driver 4000 that I've deleted and re-installed to no avail. It's been disabled due to an error code 43. I have contacted HP,Microsoft, and Intel to no avail. HP support is useless. All they want to do is to revert back to Windows 8 and delete all of my software. Not happening. Does anyone have a way to get a graphics driver that works. My external monitor works on another HP laptop that still has Windows 8.

G62 Laptop change primary video adapter bios with blank screen
Hello HP,
I have been trying to track down a bios menu map to help me change what display initialises at POST. The laptop screen is broken and of course the external monitor does not start until windows.
I am just wondering if someone could tell me what keys need to be pressed to do this blindly.
I couldn't tell you the exact bios version as I cannot see it only know the laptop was purchased around 2011.
Most of the screenshots online or videos don't really show in-depth bios menus, I'm looking for something along the lines of:-
Press Power button > Press Esc > F10 > Right Arrow > Down arrow > Enter > change value > accept value > save and exit bios so I can then view the bios change boot settings and launch recovery.
I know its asking alot if only i had identical laptop at the side of me!

touch screen not working
TWO days I've had this computer and already the touchscreen has stopped working at least four times! No reason; it just stops. I could be in the middle of a document or a free cell game. Is there anything besides rebooting I can do?

HP 550 display driver for windows 8
I already have a HP 520 laptop (Intel Celeron Processor). In that I have installed windows 8. It runs best and also shows windows experience index. Now I have a HP550 Laptop in that also I installed windows 8. It runs alright but if I tried to Index the windows experience index it start assesment and stops at Direct 3d 10 , finally says fails torate this computer.
Why it is so? Please help me. Is it possible to get windows 8 drivers for that hp550 core 2 duo display card.
