Hey. I have a problem regarding my video card AMD Radeon HD 6770M, I want to update it, but when I tried to update it with the latest AMD Mobility Radeon Driver the brightness is low and I can't change it, so I restored it to a save point to change it back to normal.

 

And the HP support -> Download drivers has only version8.882.2.3000, 338.98M from 2011-11-18, so I want to know if anyone can help me to find the latest stable version of it or how to update it manualy (if possible)

Are there any hp laptops that support 4k video, or any cards available to upgrade existing hp laptops that suppport 4k screens.

I cant use the HDMI port or the PCI, drivers need it, and i cant find them any where, its a HP 2000 using windows 8 64 bit and the especifications are  PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5229&SUBSYS_2128103C&REV_01\00000001004CE00000 and ACPI\ASD0001\2&DABA3FF&1 (This one says unknow divice).

Please any help.

Hi everyone,

 

 I have my new laptop (HP ENVY 15-k012nr ) and i want to have at least 1024mb of dedicated ram on my HD intel graphics, i tried it with BIOS, but theres no option to do this, so i wanna know what do i have to do ? (i have the latest hd intel graphics diver installed) Please i need help. ( The intel hd card has 1792mb of total memory) and my laptop has 12 gb of ram

I keep losing the internet screen.  The connection is still good, but the screen minimizes every minute or so.  Keep having to go to taskbar to get the page back on screen.  This doesn't happen with other apps.  Any ideas?

Someone please help. I have recently replaced the lcd display on my envy m6 but after connecting the new lcd i got no image. i know the screen is working because i shined the flaslight on the screen and i can see the image. Why is the image not coming through? my mistake was that i didn't remove the battery during instalation which might have caused the lcd display fuse to go out, from what i have read. Is that a possibility? If so, is the fuse a replaceable part? Is there anything else i can do to get my image back on the screen? I have also tried a hard reset to no avail.....

i have a hp 15 d103 tx

windows 8.1 64 bit

inel i5 4200m 2.5ghz

anti virus installed avast fee antivirus

im using nvidia 820m geforce 344.75 version  driver

ram installed 8gb

 

im experiencing  huge amount lag in games  and software (autocad)

whenever i run a game (for eg batman origins)    it run smooth  till 2 or 3 minutes after it lag horrribly

for sake first im getting 45 frames per second then suddenly frame drop to 13 or even to 10

i have to press alt + tab to check task manger it show cpu usage 30%

after that when again i press alt tab to back to game it runs fine for 20 seconds and again lag

i dont what the problem high cpu uasge

system idle process sometime shows around 82%

 

 

with 8gb of ram still expericing lag

 

this problem is with  all game that i have played and software like photoshop and auto cad

my cousin own hp 15 r007tx and having same gpu nvidia 820m  game runs for on his laptop without a lag

 

is it window 8 problem or something else??

I have a Pavillion 15-p053nd and want to use an extra monitor.

When connecting my laptop and the monitor by HDMI, the pc doesn't recognise an extra monitor. How to solve this?

Hi

I am hopeful someone help me.

I have a HP laptop with window 7, it is a G6 2292SA. it is only about 18 months old.

First off when i turn it on the screen stays blank, it does lighten up  a little like it is trying to start but it never does, I have tried to put a external monitor on and it to reminds blank. 

I have tried the windows B keys tying to reset it, but nothing happens, 

Can anyone let me know if you can reset the computer to factory settings in hopes of getting it to work, or is this not a good ideal. i will need to do this with a disk or a USB memory stick. as i can not see what is going on. I would also need to know i web site to get this information. 

Would it help if i did something with the BIOS?

Second it is known to drop the wireless connections  for no reason.  and the fan seems not to work to work all the time.

I believe my wife is right that Microsoft has programed it to self destruct so i would have to buy a new one, or is there a known virus that does the same thing? 

Any ideals on what i need to do other than hitting it with a hammer to make me feel better?

hello everyone, i was using my hp pavilion dv6 6070se laptop the other day just browing the internet when the laptop suddenly powered off as if the battery got disconnected, it wasn't a temp. problem because i always keep it in check and the laptop didn't feel warm at all, then when i powered it back on it was runing on the intel gpu and my radeon gpu just vanished, it wasn't getting detected by the device manager and i even tried re-installing the driver but even the catalyst install manager doesn't detect a radeon hardware, can someone please help??

Hello,

 

I have been having the same issue with my HP Envy 15's Display Driver for a while now, where my computer crashes and the blue screen in the attached photo appears when I watch any kind of video. I made an attempt to update the driver online but I can't seem to find the update for this specific product. Please let me know what I can do to fix this issue as my laptop is pretty much useless right now.

 

 

Furthermore, I am running a 64-bit version of Windows 7.

Hi, i installed WIN 8.1 into my ProBook 455 g1 (H6R14ES) and it seems like hd8750 is not working correctly, when turning on Dual Graphics (low fps while playing video games, lower then with turned off Dual). I tried to intall Catalyst Drivers from support, and it didn't work (there wasn't 8750 in logs too). Also tried latest drivers from AMD 14.12(Omega) - same problem. Solution from this topic  http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Display-and-Video/Windows-8-1-ATI-Radeon-8750M-Drivers/m-p/3074745#M75255  didn't help, only 7520g is intalled.

Dear HP, please help. It's the first time i'm expiriencing problems with your products. Waiting for answer...

Hello All

 

So i have a HP-Compaq HP G60-645NR laptop.  The colors on the screen had recently went haywire...going from Blue to Red to Green to Red and now Yellow.  I was told to try and attach an external monitor to see if its the actuaal screen or motherboard.  The external screen shows fine so Im took it as the actual screen was bad.  I bought a new screen...connected it and restarted it and it was fine.  I turned it off and went to sleep.  I turn the laptop back on in the morning and got the same messed up screen as before.  What else could possibly be the problem?  Im hoping not the motherboard so can someone help me.  I attached a pic of the screens from today.

Hi dudes! I recently(one year back) have got an Envy dv6-7229wm.

 

I was using it with no problems since my HDMI port stopped work. I don`t remeber if there was a driver update or windows update or what, all that I know is that it`s not working.

 

I cleaned the disk and made a new instalation of windows 8.1(UEFI), and downloaded and installed the oficial page HP drivers for my note. But nothing, there is no way my HDMI works. Do you have any suggestions ?

My APU is a Trinity A10-4600m, with an integrated 7660G. Does anyone have issues like that ?
