I just bough a hp pavilion dv6 notebook pc but the screen goes blank or black and when i connect it to an external monitor and install its vga drivers on it it also doesn't work.
Please kindly help me fix this issues.

Video Display on Laptop goes haywire when you go to print a document
Hello and Help..
I have a brand new HP 14-r001TU Laptop
It is running win 8.1 with all the updates it appears to work fine when browsing the web.
My printer is a HP 2540 with the latest driver installed, test pages print perfectly.
If I browse to a web page then want to print that web page then the issues start. The image on the page is partly displayed in a foreign language or script language, part of the page is usually ok. Graphics appear to largely be displayed ok, mainly the text component is affected.
i dont believe it's a printer issue but i may be wrong? The printer prints the corrupted page that is displayed.
Google Chrome was the browser, removing this program and defaulting to Inet Explorer has not fixed the issue..
Flash player, adobe, microsoft viewers are all installed and updated but still the problem exists.
I have checked to see if the intel graphics driver is up to date and it is..

I just recover this laptop and after the recovery I hear every thing work ok sound, caps lock, num lock, etc , but the screen is black.
In safe mode work ok.
I download the newest drivers, I make bios update, I use beta drivers but no luck.
any sollution please!

Problem with HP Pavilion 15 n239sl
Hello everybody 
I have this HP model from 4 mounts, and since last mount i receive messages in the right corner of the screen on the taskbar which says: "il driver video ha smesso di funzionare ed è stato ripristinato" My computer is bought in Italy, it has 2 years of guarantee or i thing so... I tried to update all drivers, but they are already updated, so i dont know how resolve this problem, please somebody help me
P.S - I watch many videos on Youtube, also play games and when the problem comes the youtube video just stops , like all page is not responding and then when the message disappear the page is reloading and video continiues to play, sometimes from the last scene or from the begging

Deleted video cart.
So, like the title said, i deleted my video cart. or driver. I'm on a HP PAVILION G6-1250SB with 2 videocards. a Intel Hd graphics 3000 , and a AMD Radeon HD 6470M. i uppdated my AMD Radeon HD 6470M and it said it was a 7000er. (i forgot the number) so i tought lets delete the driver trough device manager-> display adapters. and download it again. but it didn't work for some reason.. my video cart isnt in display adapters again. and if i go to my desktop and klick right , there isnt't an option anymore to go to the AMD page. Please help my. i want my AMD Radeon HD 6470M back..

Black screen while starting my hp laptop
Hi,
I am not able to start my new laptop HP 15-d008TU BLK 39.6cm (183623) which is procured in last month. When I try to start the system, intinallly wifi light (red light) initiated. However, after some i.e. let us say within 10 seconds, it switch off.
Requesting you to provide me the solution as ealry as possible.

AMD 4250 Radeon ATI M880G video proccesor
So I have an aging HP Pavillion dv7 with a 4250 Radeon chip. It's still a nice pc for most uses and the big bright screen is great for videos and surfing, thing is on the occasion I do get an itch to do some light gaming the old chip just doesn't seem to have the chops anymore.
I'd hate to have to toss aside the entire laptop over a vid chip so I was hoping there might be a driver update or "bandaid".
Oh, the pc model # is dv7-6153-nr.

HP Pavilion dv6 3111ee graphic drivers for Widows 8
I have HP Pavilion dv6 3111ee
I have installed Windows 8 and all drivers were OK, EXCEPT the switchable graphic drivers. The ATI card didn't work. I'm in a big NEED for these drivers to have Windows 8 on my notebook. I wonder, why wasn't there any update for drivers for this kind of notebook??? Or it's a message that HP doesn't support its devices properly???

Envy hinge issue
I've got the HP envy sleekbook 6-1126sa. The hinge on the right side of my screen is broke, I've never dropped my laptop and take incredibly good care if it as I need to use it everyday for work. However now the hinge is broken I can't even close my laptop as I'm afraid of breaking it even more and possibly risking a cracked screen if I do! I've had my laptop for just over a year so the warranty has expired, but I've also read that the hinges aren't even covered by it! I'm really stuck with what to do as I can't afford any costly repairs but as I said I need my laptop everyday for work and not being able to close the screen is becoming a real pain in my bum!! Please help me...

my Display has been broken(HP envy 15 touch smart -j053cl)
dear friends,
i just purchased a new pc HP envy 15 touch smart -j053cl 3 weeks before its under warrenty. now the problem is my screen has been broken while closing the lid with minimal pressure. its entirely the outer panel and touch screen is not working. i have few cracks on my screen. I purchased this notebook from Nigeria. When i try to apporch the service centre they said they may order this screen (full panel) but they said its not covered by warrenty. they said me the screen is soo costly cost around USD $ 420.
Actually i am indian. I came to indai for 1 month vacation I approached the HP service centre here in India they said the product didn't have the support in India and also they said the screen is soo expensive
I soo frustrated and panic.... even we get a new PC by that price kindly suggest me what can i DO to cover by the warrenty....

decrease type size in gmail pavilion g6
The print size in gmail is huge (about two words on the screen). When the laptop was new the problem was that the size of print in gmail was too small. I looked up the problem on the web and the solution was to push a certain key (like shift, ctrl or fn) and at the same time push the + key till the desired size was reached. I have been looking for the similar procedure to decrease the huge type size, to no avail.

Computer: HP Pavilion dv6-6130eo
I have installed windows 7 64 bit
Graphics cards: Switchable Intel and Radeon HD 6770M
So far, I have been using the graphics driver provided by HP including Catalyst Control Center, and it has been working fine.
I recently bought a new game: Wolfenstein:New order. I fulfill minimum requirements.
When trying to run the game, I am informed, that my Catalyst Control Center must be 14.4 or newer: Fatal error, and game cannot run.
How can I update my Catalyst Control Center to 14.4 or newer? Both graphics cards (switchable) should be working.
Thanks a lot in advance - This issue is really getting on my nerves!
