Graphics driver is not working

HP ENVY m6-1201tx Notebook PC
Model: C9M54PA
core i7 processor
8gb ram
AMD HD 7670 TM 2gb graphics
64 bit windows 8.1
recently i updated my windows 8 to windows 8.1
when i start my PC there comes a message on my screen , it says ,
" No Amd graphics driver is installed, or amd driver is not functioning properly.Please install the AMD driver appropriate for your hardware."
i dont have any option of custom switchble graphics if i right click on my desktop screen
i have downloded the latest version of my driver from amd website
please replay me soon

i have just bought this laptop from curry,s when i am downloading anything and play a video on youtube at the same time the sound stutters and makes a buzzing sound every so often or play a game on facebook the screen flashes white every so often ,now the computer so called expert in currys said that if i do one option at a time and it is ok there is nothing wrong with the laptop but i can add more memory to the graphics card if so how do i do this

Video driver problem on HP 2000-2d03sq
hi. i've been struggling with this for 3 days now. it gets on my nerves already. the problem is that the laptop won't recognize my ati radeon video card. when i run dxdiag or any soft that shows your hardware, only the intel hd 4000 shows up. i have installed every driver possible, every single one. i have installed windows vista sp2, windows 7..and now i am on windows 8,1. actually, windows 8,1 is the only one where the intel hd 4000 worked at least. i don't know what to do and i am tired of this.. please tell me what windows should i install, and what drivers should i install so it can finally work.
and on the top of that, i don't know what i did, but now i screwed up the whole video card driver thing..not even the intel hd 4000 is showing up anymore..the amd catalyst is giving me errors no matter how many times i install it and/or amd drivers.. and when i run dxdiag, on "display" it says: microsoft basic display driver..
please help, i want to play some games already

Probook 4720s lack of window performance only 3.5 point
I have a probook 4720s, it was working great till I replaced the motherboard. Now when I check the grade for window performance point, I only have 3.5, while I play some game it's not really smooth and lagging really bad. It a league of legend game so it won't require much of graphic to work. Driver is up to date. My bro has a cheaper HP but his point can go up to 4.6. You guys have any ideas how to fix this ? Any helps would be appreciated .. Thanks

Radeon HD 6770M driver update

I am owner of HP Pavilion dv7-6b21em, and have this problem since the purchase. I bought my laptop a while back (ddec 2011) and were unable to update my driver since...i have 8.882.300 driver version from 30.9.2011...I run windows 7 home edition as suplied by HP. It has ati(amd)/intel switchable graphic.
The drivers are a big issue in my laptop performance and have caused a few crashes now, so I would like to update them, but have found no new drivers at HPs homepage (driver suport one) and the driver I am curently using seems to be the last HP suported driver.
Has anyone found a stable way to update the drivers to newer versions?
Any help would really be aprishiated, since theese lack of HP suport is really rubbing me the wrong way...I mean I am using driver thath is older then my laptop is - well atleast from my purchase...

Videos freezing
Hi
I am a huge novice at this I look forward to hearing your solutions (please keep them simple though!)
I have a HP Pavilion 15-n096sa Notebook PC which is currently running win 8.1. The problem is when watching videos wether online or downladed the stutter and freeze for about a second ever 20 secs or so. the audio also does the same and makes a horrible buzz like noise.
I have tried disable hadware acceleration on flash player and updating to newest version. Seeing if my graphics cards need updating which they don't.
Any simple ideas which i haven tried. I know its all fairly vague but not as tech savy as I wish i was...

Full screen mode not working for many games.
I have an HP Pavilion 15-n245ee Notebook.
I am having problems with plenty of video games not working in fullscreen mode, (I end up playing them in windowed or borderless windowed mode if possible).
when I try to switch to full screen mode from inside the game, the screen keeps flickering endlessly (maybe trying to set different resolutions), I need to log off the user or restart windows in order to be able to use the notebook again.
I am not sure what is the main reason behind this issue so i don't know what information I should be providing to help pinpoint the problem.
Can any body please help explain and fix?

Broken hinge and screen failure (backlight only)
I bought my HP Envy 6-1215tx Sleekbook about 15 months ago, and like countless others - my hinge is broken due to the poor design (a quick google search for HP Envy broken hinge is rather illuminating).
This unfortunately happened about a month after the warranty expired, and I was unaware that it was an issue for so many other people, so I just had to continue using it as I rely on it for work.
The problem has now developed further - my screen has failed - only the backlight works.
Is there anyone who can give me some advice so I can get my screen working again?
Unfortunately I bought the laptop in China, not the UK, so the 1 year warranty stands, and is not replaced by the 2 year warranty that is mandatory in the EU. The place of purchase may also hinder my ability to use other consumer law that would have protected me out of warranty.

3190sl video card driver update
Hi everyone, i got a HP 3190sl with switchable graphic:
the lower one is Ati Mobility Radeon HD 4250,
the "gaming" one is Ati Mobility Radeon HD 5650.
The cpu is a AMD Phenom II N950.
The problem is quite simple: the drivers given with the support are 4 years old, and i really want to update my drivers.
What i did at the very start was just trying to update the single 5650 video card, but doing this i lost any possibility to switch between the 2 video cards, so i was wondering if there's something i can do. On www.amd.com i cant find anything related to switchable graphics, and the drivers for the single video cards are not compatible with switchable graphics, so what should i do?
With the notebook at his initial state, the drivers are obviously the same i could download fro the hp support, but we are talking about a 2010 driver, an old one.
I mean, did they just made a base switchable driver for this notebook and i must carry this very old driver through all the notebook's life, even 4 years after its release?
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

While on vacation, my twitter links opened readily. Now back at home, they will not.
This had been an issue I had repeatedly contacted HP tech supportabout on my brand new Envylap top.
I thought this issue had been fixed by insalling Adobe while away on vacation. But once back home, they will will not open just as before I left.
Also, images on xfinity home page not showing either.
Can anyone help?

Graphics card problem
I bought hp 15 DOO2TX note book, it is loaded with 1gb nvedia graphics card but while i check view detailed perfomance and system perfomance, graphics processor is shown as Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.2). I jst want to know whether it is ok or any driver problem.

Toolbar pops up during full screen videos and Games
This is the 2nd time i posting this issue, due to the fact that i have not gotten any help in over two weeks. Everytime i maximize a window to full screen to watch a video after a couple of minutes the toolbar displays on the bottom of the screen. This occurs watching videos and playing games. If it is a game I am playing and not streaming a video from Netflix it takes me all the way back to the Desktop every 1-5 mintues. This makes it immpossible to play any game. I have tried runing the computer on high performence thinking it was just something about the computer running in HP recommended. The auto-hide box is unchecked in the tool bar options. I am running Windows 7, and I have a HP Pavilion dv7 my product number is QD977UA#ABA. I have run two full system scans on Microsoft Security Essentials. It found one thing and has thus been removed, and I am still having issues. Any suggestions on how to fix is very much appreciated.

Hi i have a hp dv7t 4100 cto laptop .. i have windows 7 home premium os it read s all the disc i inserted..
but when i insert a new empty disc it is not at all reading or responding.
the same thing happens when i insert blu ray discs
i cannot write in cd/ dvd s due to this problem as it is not reading empty discs
i have cyber link power dvd and nero blu ray player
but still no response for blu ray and empty discs
what can i do now

g7-2269wm Black Screen but visible with flashlight
I'm having an issue with my G7-2269wm (Windows 8) laptop. The screen has went black however, if I use a flashlight I can see the desktop. I've replaced the screen, put a new wiring harness on, hard reset, reinstalled the graphic drivers and I still don't have a picture on the LED screen. Works fine with an external monitor. What am I missing ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
