Im running a hp laptop model hp g62-452tu.
But unfortunately it doesnot have any high memory graphic card for which i cannot play high grpahics game. Can anybody help me with this.....................
Or atleast tell me can i install a external graphic card in it or not.
If yes than how.

Hi, I have an Elitebook 8470p, I want to connect it to a Sony 32 inches LCD, but I cannot set it right.
I need a 1366x768 resolution but I don't see that option. I tried updating Intel Graphic driver but no dice, it jumps from 1280x1024 to 1600x1900 which cannot be used in my TV.
Is there a way to set it right?

hi i need urgent help. i am using window 8.1 and i got message "catalyst host stopped working" i checked and applyed the procedure about c drive and user floder , click properties and click hidden.....
when once i click ok it starts and then showed a message that one flie is showing error so i ignore that and continue. once it finished. i lost all documents, photo everything....
i understand that it was advised that user floder will be stil in right hand tree but it is not even there. i could not find that user floder any where and now so many thing lost as i do not have internet explorer there.
please tell me how to retrive my files

When I'm on the internet, like facebook, my window keeps suddenly looking like it's refreshing (blank for a moment) and sometimes it becomes and remains a blank white screen. Help! Has done this on other websites too.
I bought my HP Envy dv6 laptop in March of 2013. Ever since January of 2014, I have had this issue where a white, vertical line appears on my screen. I used to be able to tilt the screen and it would go away. However, it returned and it hasn't left. I'm frustrated because I had a 1 year warranty and that's expired. Is there anything I can do? Or am I just out of luck and I have to deal with this awful line until I get a new laptop.

I would like to have my desktop extend to the left om my laptop. How do I make this happen?
I have a HO Pavilion g series that's less then 5 years old. From day one, the video dispaly will enlarge ten fold when I plug the power cord in. When I unplug the power cord the video display returns to normal viewing size. Help!!

When turned on, the fan runs but there is no display.
No flashing lights. Caps lock also doesnt respond.
Occassionally, a single blink out of caps lock when power button is pressed.
Tried the hard reset method (press power button for 30 seconds...) with no result.
A month or so earlier, the notebook worked for two/three times after trying to run it for at least 7-8 times on each occasion.
EDIT: No display when connected to an external monitor.
Any help will be appreciated.

I have a Pavilion dv6 with HP TrueVision HD. I just noticed recently that my webcam is not working. I followed the troubleshooting guide, but it is still not working. I reinstalled Cyberlink from the HP site, and it won't open. I instantly get a message saying there was an error and wants me to send a notification to CyberLink. My webcam does not show up in the Device Manager. I cannot restore my computer to a point where it worked, because the only dates I have, I know it didn't work. Currently, I cannot just wipe my computer and reinstall everything because I cannot find the disk that came with my computer (I recently moved and I lost it somewhere in the move). Any advise on what to do would be greatly appreaciated. Thanks.
I recently downloaded an AMD driver update. It removed the switchable graphics option and I have spent hours searching the internet on how to get it back. I can't find any drivers or anything to get it back. Also after I did this Sony Vegas won't open. I have a HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC, Windows 7 64-bit. Is there any drivers or anything I can download to get switchable graphics back? Help would be much appreciated. Thanks

keeping getting a green screen when i play videos on my HP Pavilion 15, product # J1J16UA#ABA, Window 8.1 64 bit.
For some reason there is no longer a brightness or volume level meter appearing on the screen so I can't see how loud or bright the volume or brightness are set to. How can I bring them back?

I've just recently purchased a new hp laptop model # -r038ca and its been since day one whenever I play my online games on facebook after about 15 minutes the page goes black, there's still sound but I all I see is a black screen. I've updated my adobe and it started playing okay for abit but now its happening again. I would really appreciate some assistance on how to fix this problem.
